I bought the vehicle here but would not recommend it again. They attempted to push $2500 of add ons they had already done. They eventually tried to sell me a $4100.00 warranty and treated me poorly when I declined

Sent 4 emails to 2 different people asking SPECIFIC questions so I could buy this vehicle and all they did was send a generic response with an information packet that didn’t answer any of my questions, even said I needed specific answers and had sent emails without a response other than another generic response with the same useless packet.

The process was smooth, friendly and low-key. Took the truck for a drive, sat with Nicolette having a discussion without a sales pitch. Basically, asked if I wanted or not .. no pressure. I ended up buying the truck and was able to drive it home that day!

Called about a specific used car on their lot. I really liked it but their listed price was $1000 over KBB, so I asked if they could lower the price. They stated they were a “1 price dealership” and would not budge on price. A couple days after I passed on the vehicle they lowered the price to what I had asked and never gave me a call back. Then, they had the audacity to call me back as if I had never looked at the vehicle to begin with and tell me that that vehicle has since been sold, and if I was interested in anything else on their lot. Extremely unprofessional and extremely disappointing. Will not ever be doing business with this dealership.

Friendly salesman to start. Felt like my trade was undervalued. Salesman wouldn't do anything or talk to manager, Said it was a take it or leave price with trade. So I left. Shortest interaction I ever had with any salesman.

My salesperson, Jack was very attentive and not pushy. I had an unfortunate experience of having to wait almost a month for vehicle due to waiting for the title. This had nothing to do with IRA Lexus. When title finally came in, the deal we had made almost a month ago for my trade and vehicle price was honored. The Sales Manager who finalized the deal was very accommodating. He showed the warranty options etc, which I declined, and he quickly finished up the paperwork. I was in and out in under an hour! Great service all around.

When we inquired about a listed vehicle that had a “call for price” we were given a price within our price range. We headed into the dealership and after we arrived and asked to test drive the vehicle we were it was not ready for test drives. When I asked to leave a deposit on the vehicle I was told that the price we were given was not accurate and they were undecided if it was for sale and for what price.

Nicolett was great and showed me the car I wanted to see. She was very knowledgeable and gave any info I asked for. After a test drive, I wasn't wild about the car but we still say down to talk $. Apparently this is a "one-price" dealership... Which means no price negotiating. And when she went to get the manager to "see if there's anything he could do" he seemed rather disinterested.... Which makes sense I suppose because we were talking about a used nissan at a Lexus dealer

Over priced car and the used car manager was not willing to negotiate the price even admitting it was. They “plugged” a tire rather than replacing all 4 which needed it, and the frame wasn’t in the greatest condition. Overall I’d go somewhere else. They’ll try to take advantage of you with selling mediocre cars for outrageous prices

The salesman was very nice; no pressure (which was surprising). We decided to buy the car, because it was nice and reasonably priced. All was good until they sent us to the final "money" guy, who tried to sell us a bunch of junk that we had never expressed any interest in: long term "protection" of the car, some kind of coatings that protect from rust etc. Stuff that makes the dealer money but is of no use to us. We insisted on wanting to know why we didn't want these things, which put us in an awkward position: because we didn't ask for them, and we don't want them. He eventually dropped the sales press and we proceeded to buy the car for the agreed-upon price. Overall it was a good experience.

I inquired about a used car, scheduled a date for a test drive I could not make the original date, I showed up the day after the missed appointment and asked for the sales man who I’ve been talking to. They pull the car around front, and the interior was filthy. After the test drive I sat down with the salesman who tried to get me to make a partial payment and sign paperwork. I said I wasn’t happy about the price, he said the price is the price, I asked could you run it by your sales manager ? He replied if you want a car for that price look at a different car !! In a loud tone. I walked away. This was first experience with Lexus and could be my last.

I had a great experience with Ira Lexus of Danvers. They quickly responded to my request for information and we worked out a price over the phone for the car. I flew from Virginia to Boston, test drove the car and made the purchase . It was one of the best car buying experience I’ve had in a very long time.

Dealer responded right away they did not have a price for the car when I called as it had not gone through the shop, price given was about $3500 over market value (($7800) for a 2003 Altima.

Dealership wouldn't give me my trade value unless I told them I was going to purchase the car. We took a test drive which at that time my car was supposed to be appraised but never was. Instead I was told that they would call me with my appraisal, never did. The car was Lexus Certified but had brake rotor issues as well as scratches that they told me would be fixed after purchase. Stay clear!

Pleasant experience. Salesperson James Brooks was very knowledgeable about the Lexus line of vehicles; He spent a lot of time patiently explaining, demonstrating the electronics and operation of the RX350 we bought. Will buy again. Highly recommended. 10 stars to the salesperson !

This was a very unexpected pleasant experience. There was no pressure to accept the deal, they worked with me on my needs , were very responsive to calls and emails, and everyone I was in contact with was exceptionally professional. This is the second time I bought a car from Ira Danvers and both times, the sales person was exceptional in service and demeanor. Buying the car was so very easy and quick. All I had to do was show up with the proper documents.

We came to a number of $10,800 for a car over the phone then when I went into the dealership, drove the car and gave the info to trade in my old car I was told the deal was $11,800. NOT good customer service, we were basically lied to just so we would come in to the dealership. Then we got screwed out of the car for $10,800 (which they agreed to because we put up such a fuss) because they would only finance me through Santander for $350 a month! I had financing and they wouldn't take it because they wanted to get more money out of me through financing with them. I walked out and havent been back

Folks at IRA Lexus were friendly, hospitable, helpful, and extremely patient with this low tech guy. From the time they picked me up at the airport to the time I drove away 5 hours later, they trained and educated me on all the details and functions of my RX 450h. They deserve the highest marks one can give for all their efforts and care afforded me. Thanks very much.
