I had a great experience with LiZ The Car I was looking to BUY was a shinning 2015 impala I had my own financing organized and was discourage from buying because the car was not like the pics. it was not shinning clean or impressive. It looked like some one drained the life out of the car from missing parts on the outside inside scratches that was incredily visible to the untrained eye. i seen the car an still wanted it but the fact of not going from 17,490 to 15,500 was a jaw dropper. the vehicle was not detailed, it was missing parts under the hood it was running on E so the fuel pump is over worked i was amazed on how they was stuck on the final price of 17,000 including taxes. when i came 100 miles to drive off seen a car that was on life support and could not get it for what its worth. At that point i seen they were gonna force SOMEONE to give them what they want because of how bad they want it. I drove home happy knowing i got away from a problem and a snake. i refused to buy

Beside the weather ( rain ) everything when smooth

Car listed as 1000,162 miles only to find out after we drove all the way there and test drove it that it actually has around 250,000. Very high price for that kind of mileage and their listing should have listed the mileage issue. All their vehicles are high priced for what they are and they list every Expedition as a King Ranch and they are clearly not.

Very responsive and sent video inspection of the car I was interestec in. Felt they were honest and forthright with information on the car. We just happened to snag a new listing within our local market. Otherwise, I was seriously considering the car from International!

The dealer only emailed I called but the person assigned to my online inquiry was on a conference call and I could not call back. No other contact by the dealer other than the initial email reach out. I never did get my questions answered before the vehicle sold.

Scheduled an appointment with Liz a day prior to check out a car. The following day comes and she wasn't in the office yet. A fellow offered to help me out. I mentioned that I had an appointment for a car that was in the show room. He wanted me to apply for financing before even checking out the car. Didn't let me drive the car and seemed like if I was bothering him. I just don't understand why would someone have to apply for a loan before driving the car. Financing was the last thing to worry about on my end. I did end up purchasing a car at a different dealership with better customer service. I belive if someone is looking to spend almost $20,000 they should BE ABLE to drive the car.

They replied quickly and we went see tbe car but it was sending smoke from the tailpipe and the engine hood latch was broken so i couldnt take a look at the engine so the sale guy said he was gonna get it fixed and looked at that if we want he would call us in a few hrs to let us know what if anything was wrong with the car. He never called us not even to ask if we seen any other car we like in his lot which we did and where intrested but now they will never know cuase they didnt bother to call us back. 2 stars just for thier quick response.

Car had vibration/wobble in steering wheel and was priced 10% higher than same model, with 10,000 miles less and navigation. Buyer beware.

I drove 4 hours to see what they had to offer and 2 days later I called to make an offer. They only were willing to take off $300 and told me that it will sell quick even though it's been on the lot for almost 3 months. I gave them a firm offer and they said well I have a couple from Milwaukee paying sticker price so 300 off is all I can do. Last I knew it still sits on the lot.

I had called to say I was interested in purchasing the vehicle cash no finance. She told me to come and they will work with me. A waste of my time, when I showed up to discuss she said that they will only knock off $450.00 dollars. That's not negation to me!

I researched all over the place to find the car of my dreams and retirement vehicle. When I ran across this Jag, I realized it was out of state! I called, then Dennis Sr. called me right back. I received the CarFax, and looked up the BBB locally here in Colorado Springs, Co. and they referred me to the Northern IL. BBB. They both said the same good report, although the Co. is not Accredited with the BBB. I looked online as well and all was good. I truly believe that I have one of the best deals I've ever had in this purchase. I'm having John from J1 Auto Repair ( Mechanic ) to look the Jag over this coming Monday before shipment out to me. Thanks for being a friend. Can't wait to receive this Jag to know that it is mines!

We had been looking for Honda Odyssey for a while and came across the one International Car Center had for sale. We were coming from about 3 hrs away and had talked to other dealerships that said it was first come first serve and if we drove a couple hours and got there and it was gone, sorry... But the people at International Car Center said they would be happy to do that for us! We got there and everybody was great to work with. I didn't feel like they were trying to pressure us and felt like we negotiated a fair deal. I don't have any complaints about them. It was a very positive experience. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! I have been searching for used car for over a month now and have driven at least a dozen cars and quite frankly it was very frustrating because my last two used cars were lemons so I didn't want to purchase another headache. My search was within a 25 mile radius of my home and I just decided to stop because I couldn't find anything that suited me that had the quality I was looking for. When I decided to start over I expand my search to a 35 mile radius which is I found this little gem in Lombard Illinois. My salesman Junior was very responsive and always addressed my concerns immediately. He met all my needs and I was treated fairly with no high pressuring sales pitch. The buying process went very quickly and smoothly. My car suited me and had the quality I was looking for and gave me the peace of mind I needed. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family! Quality used cars, excellent customer service and definitely worth the trip!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!

I told them i REALLY want the 2003 Tacoma and i will have my credit union send a certified check today but i just have one question, is the frame rusted? They said they would get back to me on that. Then the same day they emailed me saying someone just came in and paid cash so the truck is no longer available. Nice job kicking a retired Marine / Disabled Veteran to the curb.

Dealer was very friendly, but the porsche is not what he said it was. The car looked very nice, but (told me the car was mechanically great) After arriving home, the next day, took the wife for a ride and the check engine light came on and the fuel gauge quit working after I put gas in it. That's what I get for trying to buy my dream car. Very unhappy customer. Would not go back.
