Found the dealership through Car Gurus by accident. But this was an extremely easy process! Staff were very professional, quick to respond! They even did a video call with me to look it over since I was over 4 hours away! Price point was great, and they will even ship the vehicle to you! Or in my case, ship the vehicle to my house, and pickup my old vehicle I was trading in! Absolutely awesome experience and would recommend them to anyone!

The salesman and manager not knowledgeable with cars. The vehicle we bought was not safe to drive home. Didn't know until we had our mechanic look at it. This dealer is in a hurry to sell cars and doesn't care if they are safe.

Received several emails that said someone would call me. Received no calls. The emails also showed the price being $1000 more than the advertised price. Reached out to several dealerships and had a much better experience with all of them.

The lot was soo full I waited out on East St. just to pull in and find there was NO place to park. 90% of the cars still had snow on them so it would have been almost impossible to look at any really. Very disappointing. They did contact me and apologize and said they were opening a second location that would alleviate the congestion. I purchased a vehicle elsewhere the next day.

Terrible experience, dealer made me send all of my identification, signed deal and then went and sold the car to a walk in customer. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SHADY PEOPLE!

Had to reach out to salesman numerous times and no responses. I got the loan approved, and had the cash for the down payment. But he didn't contact me for 2 days until he was back at work and then wanted to try and make the deal! Nope, sorry! You blew the deal! A salesman that don't like money, you don't find that every day!!!

They do not properly inspect vehicles. I purchased from a different state and found out the poor condition when it arrived. They did not disclose. For example, it has a rattling door from an accident and the headlight was out. Since it’s a landrover it will cost 3K to fix. Winston at the dealership said it falls under “cosmetic” and contractually they aren’t liable. Very frustrating.

Awful experience. I test drove the car. The dealer had me sign a form that said I would return the car just as it is. I did that. After I got home they claimed that there was road rash on a tire and I needed to pay them $100.00. I didn't hit anything. I drove straight to the highway and straight back. Plus they were using the car as a demo before I drove it. The salesperson told me that. Then he texted me later that no one else drove the car. These guys will do whatever they can to cheat you. I bought a car from them years back and had similar experience. I thought it was a one off experience, but nope here we go again. Be ware!

First, this dealership is a joke. They couldn’t care less about you. I had to hound the salesperson to give me updates on when the car was available. They blast music and only one person was friendly. Second, it took them over a week to “inspect the car” but it was filthy inside, the engine air filter had bird feathers and dirt in it, tires had almost no tread on them, and the brakes were squeaking. They were missing one key, the middle seat for the second row, all the floor mats, and the headphones for the rear seat entertainment system. They also wouldn’t budge in price for everything that was missing. They also didn’t disclose they were missing anything either. Don’t trust any car you see here.

A deal was made over the phone. We had agreed on sale price and I informed the sales person I would be driving 2.5 hours to come and purchase the vehicle. When I showed up, they had sold the car to another person. They offered to reimburse me for the rental car I paid for but never followed through. Absolutely horrible experience. They made promises and did not deliver.

The dealership responded immediately. He asked for my permission to email and text. I really appreciated that! He was kind and courteous without that heavy sales pressure most others force upon the buyer. I didn't end up purchasing from the dealership because I decided to stay local and purchased a new Jeep Cherokee instead. Nonetheless, I have nothing but good things to say about my experience and I highly recommend!

The location was 100 miles away from me and I told the rep that i’ll be driving up to see the vehicle. The car was dirty, scratches all over the place. The first impression of the car was negative. After minimum test drive we turn around and left the dealership. It was waste of my time. Life vehicle didn’t match posted pictures

Drove hours to try to make a deal. They called several times before the appointment, saying they wanted my trade in. The day of the appointment they offered an insultingly low amount for the trade in. Complete waste of my day.

Nice place everybody was polite and helpful. They got me the vehicle I wanted. "Jeep" Pablo was the salesman I worked with he was great from the beginning till the end. I had never had a rental car and he helped me deal with that. He went as far as taking it back for me.

I had good over all experience with the dealership. My sale man (Eugene) was great. He was very professional and he kept in touch through out the process. The only negative experience was that the dealership tried to make me finance with them. I told them I had already got a loan approved through my bank I didn’t need their financing services. They did all kinds of tricks to get me finance with them but I declined and it made them upset and made me even upset because they kept bringing up financing with theme every time. This was very annoying! Even at the point when I was signing the final sale paperwork, financing with them was still brought up. This very annoying.

They had a nice Ram 1500 Express that seemed reasonably priced. Val Yegorov helped me and was even immensely patient with me when I got fussy about some numbers and helped get us all to a solution we were all happy with so I could purchase the car with confidence. Definitely a place I'd look to again if we need future vehicles as they also had a lot full of great cars!

Consistently the worst dealership I’ve worked with. First, the sales rep mentioned that he has a hair appointment and would prefer me to come in during a time that works for him which is blasphemous. Second, they wanted to pull a credit application for a test drive! I’ve never heard of such a thing. The last few times I’ve been here their cars are dirty and questionable. Stay leery.

When asking about the tow capacity on this particular model with the rear ended it has they told me it was 9,300 pounds.. However, after doing my own research it was only rated for 6,000 pounds. If I would had purchased the vehicle it would have caused major damage to the transmission. Please do your research before trying to sell a vehicle or purchasing one.

Charlie was the sales rep who took care of the sale. He was very friendly and helpful. Charlie answered all our questions and set up a test drive. He took care of setting up the paperwork to get ready for the final step of the sale. Unfortunately the financial person was very busy and we did have about a 2 1/2 hour wait due to being short staffed. However once we did get to the financial person he did get the sale finalized as quickly as possible. Other than the wait we had a very positive experience.

Had a very bad experience. I test drove the highlander on Saturday afternoon and likes the SUV but when I will of sales to.take.it to my bank, dealer gave me only 1hrs to bring check from the bank. Knowing that banks are closed on Saturday afternoon, I proposed to put a.down pay ment and they refused to accept down payme and left me with the only option to finance thru the dealer but that came back with a hefty restriction - pay $7900 upfront and finance the rest with higher interest rate. I was very disappointed with their offer. They intentionally made it impossible to buy the car. I was very disgusted. I say stay away from this dealership. I will never pass by this dealership, let alone buy any vehicle.

I bought the car and was told the car would be detailed after the check cleared. There was dried wax all over the car. They said they would touch up some paint spots. They said they would put some gas in it because the low fuel was at 28 miles left when I test drove it. The car was delivered to me with 23 miles left of gas. Basically they didn't do anything they said they would besides delivering the car to me. I like the car but wouldn't recommend the dealership.

I decided I didn’t like the vehicle but I would return to the dealership again if they had something that interested me.

We loved this car and that is the ONLY reason we bought it. The salesman agreed to wait after hours for my husband to travel up to test drive the car. When he got there, the salesman was rushing him, saying everyone in the office was waiting to go home all because of us, said he had to hurry up because the police were coming since they were there after hours, and finally that he needed to hurry because the salesman had two dogs at home waiting on him. He was only able to test drive it a couple of blocks and was completely unable to look at all the features we had wanted to inspect. The salesman knew nothing about the car and wouldn’t let him see the carfax report because he didn’t have time. We bought the car a week ago and it still hasn’t been shipped to us. The manager did finally agree to put 2 new tires on it (the salesman wouldn’t even consider that) which is why they got 2 stars instead of one. If he didn’t want to stay late, he should’ve let someone else take the sale.

Got a text regarding the vehicle. Representative said the truck wasn’t on site, that it was going on through inspection. I said, OK, well I’m interested in the truck when it becomes available. He reiterated it in wasn’t there at the moment. I acknowledged I understood that and would like to be notified when the truck was available for purchase. Never got a return contact. Received an auto-generated email that the truck was sold a week later.

Our experience with Indy Auto Man was not good. We purchased a car on the day we called to set up an appointment to come look, (on a Friday). We paid for the vehicle, no financing was needed. We did not get the car for 6 days (Wednesday) due to them not getting a few minor repairs completed as needed per our purchase agreement. We called 2 different times and left messages on the progress of repairs but calls were never returned until the day we got a email saying the car was ready for pickup (Wednesday) We will not be doing business with this dealer in the future and would recommend others to be careful when they promise things that don't get done.

3 different individuals contacted me from the same phone number, via text, with the last one not even knowing which car I had inquired about, but asking me to put a deposit down. Red flag for me. I asked him to not bother me anymore, I’d take my business elsewhere. The second individual had me do the KBB trade in value, and I explained I was 4 hours away, but the 3rd individual had no idea of any of that information. How do you put a deposit down on a car that they don’t even give you the correct year of the one you’re looking at?! This experience made me question how safe online car buying is!

I got an immediate response to my inquiry. We live out of town, so I asked a lot of questions before going to see the car. Our salesperson, Noe, sent me video walkthroughs of the car and sent me photos of every tiny imperfection (there weren’t many). He was very transparent through the whole process, discussing the Carfax report in detail. We bought an 8 year old car that looks and runs like new. We scoured the internet and they definitely had the best deal. The people were professional and the process was easy and efficient.

They contacted me, but the experience was one sided. They refused to budge any at all in terms of pricing, when some of their vehicles are way over priced compared to actual market value. I told them I would pay in full and made them multiple offers and they said they were not going to move away from the price they set. They kept claiming COVID as a reason they couldn’t budge in reducing the price.

The actual experience of test driving & purchasing the vehicle went smooth. My disappointment came after I got home with the vehicle. I was instructed by the sales rep on where to test drive the vehicle which was on the nearby interstate & back. I drove with AC on & it wasn’t until the following day driving with the windows down I could hear an exhaust leak. After 2 phone calls to the dealership requesting they address this issue without receiving a return call as promised I took the vehicle to be repaired only to learn it also has a leaking strut which is an expensive repair. I placed a 3rd call to the dealership & here I am a week later still waiting on a return call. I feel a return call when promised even if they’re unable to provide assistance is the least that could’ve been offered. I plan to purchase an additional vehicle within the next year but will not be returning to Indy Auto Man dealership.

Terrible customer service spent all day emailing back and forth a waste of time with Jaime whom I told I was preapproved with a bank they worked with which he didn’t check and had me do credit application and then tells me sorry the car I wanted sold 20 minutes ago! That’s just wrong because if they were doing another sale on it don’t waste my time. But luckily the next day I got the same car through another dealership with my preapproval they lost business I will never work with them very unprofessional!

I was super excited to purchase this vehicle on June 1st which was my Birthday and was willing to drive 4hrs to get it however my wife and I had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I called this dealership at 7am to start the process. We were going back and forth trying to complete all paperwork on Monday so we can drive the same day. I felt I was given the Run Around all day. My wife had to take time off to close the deal only for the salesman to tell not to come. I've requested over and over for videos, photos and finance numbers and didn't received then until Wednesday after ONLY speaking with a Sales Manager. I had contacted another dealership in Indiana on Wednesday 2hrs away and the Salesman immediately took photos and videos after our FIRST conversation. The difference in experience was night and day. Needless to say we purchased our first Audi Q5 from the other dealership due a much better experience!!!

Hi John.  I am very sorry about your frustration with the lack of communication.  I would like to look up the situation to see if I can work on things going forward with my staff.  We do use an automated answering system for "after hours" business, Pat Anderson, and it does not have the technological ability to send photos or video.  That would have been who you were chatting with that early in the morning (we do not open until 9 AM).  I agree that it should not have taken an extra day NOR should a sales man have told you not to come, unless the vehicle sold OR had just gone through

This place is great. Victor the sales rep that worked with us was extremely adamant about finding the right vehicle for us. Even with my poor credit they were able to find financing at a reasonable monthly payment. The vehicles there are very low priced and all come with a vehicle history report. Excellent place to buy a vehicle.

I had arranged to purchase a car with the Indy Man. In the process I had an independent inspection of the car and it uncovered 3 problems. When addressed with the Indy man they responded by telling me that the problems were known and that is why the car was priced the way it was. After several discussions, it was left with we are looking into it and will get back with you. I have not heard back. This is certainly not transparent. Trying to reach someone on the phone was next to impossible and I never had anyone return my call. I had a couple of text messages was as good as it got. I heard several times that the poor service was due to the pandemic. Interesting how other car dealerships don't have the same pandemic problems? Very disappointing with the whole experience.

Reached out multiple times before finally getting a sales person assigned to me. Sales person didn’t seem interested in working with me or providing information about the carfax. Listing has discount available on multiple websites, but sales person won’t budge to make the deal. Doesn’t seem like they want to sell the car. If management sees this, would love to have them call me, doubt this is how the dealership is, I’m just stuck with a bad person

Well I attempted to purchase this truck but didnt really get any help from the dealer. I submitted my capital one pre-approval and filled out a credit application online with Indy auto man. I assume they submitted my application to a different lender because I received a text from Kevin who I guess was the salesperson stating that his manager said I needed $5000 down. I kept trying to reach Kevin by phone and email because capital one told me that they never received an application from them for me. After several more attempts to reach Kevin and have my application submitted to capital one, I went to ray skillman and purchased 2015 Silverado through capital one. I guess Indy auto man didn't want my money, but they sure ran my credit with a lender other than capital one and offered no type of feedback besides a couple text messages, and answered none of my questions.

This company has an owner who gives back to his community and has an excellent sales team. They will not hound you on the lot either. It is very nice. Kevin Dunn is great to work with and you will feel relaxed in his presence. I loved the car however it didn’t have some of the items I wanted. The Indy Auto Man way is giving back to the community and providing a relaxed environment for making your car purchase a great experience.

Dealership is great. Maybe just a little slow with the updates. When I first inquired about this car. It was already sold and the internet specials didn’t know. But they quickly informed me about another one. Even though I really love this vehicle with the white exterior.

I talked with one lady and she was unprofessional in her emails, I talked to a gentleman and told him then about this lady and then she is emailing me again but friendly this time, we couldn't make a deal since it did have the options I was looking for. Very quick responses to emails though I've had other dealerships ignore all emails. I do appreciate the quick attention.

sent email at 8:30 am with 3 questions on vehicle. recieved a phone call shortly after by the iij internet girl, who knew nothing. explained I was a buyer. I was informed a sales person would contact me. sent two more emails with no response from sales, onlybthe in internet girls saying sorry the sales person was with customers .. I guess they have one sales person?2 what a joke, have to beg a dealership to sell me a car

I was not happy with there non refundable policy of $500. This makes it very difficult for out of town people. They really weren't knowledgeable of the car they were selling. I have bought many cars out of town and out of state and I've had great results. This one didn't work out that way for me. Even though I probably would have bought the car I wasn't willing to chance $500 on nothing but pictures to go by.

Went to purchase a vehicle and was quoted $2500 to fix something that a Chrysler dealership charges $1000 to fix on a vehicle that they have on their lot. Would not recommend for sure.

They were late in following up with me after I had questions about this vehicle. 2-days and the weekend went by with no response, then the vehicle sold before. I was disappointed it took so long to get some simple questions answered. I was very interested in the vehicle and lost out on the opportunity to purchase it.

They send me some other options of the type of car I was looking which is wonderful. :) looking forward into getting one from them so far they have been keeping I touch with me, I’ll have a test drive scheduled and I hope they keep it up. Terrible customer service was going to drive 150 miles to look at a car and could not get them to send me any pictures of the car or anything, was told the car was in their service department but wouldnt say what for 3 days later i was messaged saying it had a bad connector and a timing cam solenoid, just seemed very reluctant to give any info out on the car.

From the beginning VAl Yegorov was professional and very helpful. I feel he went above and beyond to make this deal. It was a difficult deal due to the nature of the situation (making a sale over the internet, telephone, text and email). He even went so far as to pick me up from the airport. If I was the manager of a car dealership, I certainly would hire him. I appreciated all his hard work, his sincerity and most importantly, his professionalism. He is a credit to your organization.

Would not recommend. Salesman was very indifferent and not very knowledgeable. (Later admitted he was new). Seemed like I was bothering him with phone calls since I was trying to purchase the vehicle long distance. When I did go in to buy the vehicle, the salesman was again callous as well as the owner/manager. In other words, not very friendly. Almost like they were doing me a favor by letting me buy a car from them. Bad experience.

If I could provide them a negative star rating I would. First person to contact me, did a good job (Taylor Bustos), he attempted to be as helpful as he could but had to pass me to a sales guy, Xander. Xander did not respond to two attempts on my side to touch base and finally on the third roughly 36 hours later, told me how busy he was and he didn't have time to respond. Xander then decided to get cute and send me 14 emails with one question about my trade in each email , literally seconds to minutes apart. After the first 10 emails flooding my inbox, i asked for him to consolidate his questions into one email and I would be more than happy to answer them all. Again 4 more rapid fire emails with one question. To me that shows a complete lack of respect and indifference to my needs. After informing him that due to this treatment I would no longer consider doing business with him or the dealership, I received no apology, but did get another note asking if I was interested or not

Our experience at Indy Auto Man was fantastic. We called in advance to inquire about the 2014 Kia Sorento SX and informed of them that we were driving 3hrs to come see the vehicle. When we arrived everyone was very nice and polite We were greeted by Kyle the salesman who already had the vehicle pulled out and ready for us to test drive. Kyle is an amazing salesman...not pushy at all and answered all of our questions. He wanted to make sure that we were happy and satisfied!! This dealer went above and beyond when they contacted me regarding this vehicle! They sent me a personalized vehicle and the salesperson even said my name in the video. They showed me a small blemish on the vehicle, invited me in for a test drive and invited me to call or email with any additional questions! I was very happy with their contact, even though my purchase date is a week out, they still contacted me.

They are Great! Taylor and Sam They needed a down payment bc my credit bad (understandable) so I once I have that I will go back even if they dont have that particular car, I want my sale to go Taylor and Sam, no other car lot...they are deserve it.

They wer ok with there help. Unfortunately they wer very slow in processing and communicating back so I lost the truck I was looking at and they still ran my credit which wasn’t really cool.

This would remove the vehicle from the market. It is non-refundable so sometimes that option doesn't work for everyone. Poor experience. Drove 4 hours to see the vehicle and it was not as advertised. A mechanic had driven it over the weekend and it looked like crap! Dirty, tailgate missing, brakes were shot, etc. I had spoken to the salesman before making the trip and was not informed of the condition of the vehicle. A wasted trip!!!

I called multiple times during the week about another car they had in stock that they had just gotten in. It was a red Subaru Outback with limited miles on it. I believe I would have bought this car, but no one returned my call all week. When I called again on Saturday, they told me the car had sold. I was pretty frustrated because this was just what I was looking for. I still have not found a car. Because of the inability to contact anyone live at this store for days on end and not get a call back, I wouldn't go back here again or recommend them.

Yes I’m car man was super helpful. Tristan and I texted back and forth. They are a straight up dealership. Tristan was nothing but helpful. He learned the truck had a bad motor and instead of covering it up he told me about it. Which I really appreciated.

Same as most car dealerships. I contacted them about a truck and wanted to know certain information that most car dealerships probably don’t want to reveal (I asked them how much they got the truck for?” I’m pretty positive it was a trade in and they just refused to answer what the trade in value was on the vehicle. They dodged that question at least four times and soon as that happened they got put on the typical car lot list. If they would’ve just answered my question like men and just been straight up with me I would’ve given them 5 stars. Since they danced around my question then just stopped responding all together because they really didn’t want to tell me the answer to my question they get 1 Star.

Terrible service I scheduled an appointment when I got there they said I never did. I looked at a truck that clearly needed more work than it was worth then after pointing that out the salesman said his manager knew about those problems but he wanted to just sell it. About 20 minutes in to talking to the sales man he gave me the keys for the test drive said I could only drive it for 10-15 minutes and I had to hurry because he had other customers and tried to rush the whole time. Please save your time and money and do not go to this dealer everything they have is way overpriced or really cheap because it’s junk

We were told the truck was beautiful! We got there and about 60% of the bed was primered! They were getting ready to paint it. The bed was completely rusted out. Was worst experience ever , waste of time and felt like we were totally lied to!!!!!

The staff has been very nice, but did not stand by pricing listed on cargurus. Listed the van as in transit with price at $7570. When I emailed to inquire they stated they would let me know when it arrived. When they notified me it had arrived, I wanted to verify the price before driving hours to see the van. The price was quoted at $11, 495 by one staff member and the original $7570 by another. I asked the person who quoted the original price with a screenshot of that price if it was available at that price and they are only offering $11, 495 now. They want your business, they are friendly, not sure about trusting what is listed.

Large crack in sunroof that wasn’t disclosed. Sales guys acted like he was surprised then a minute later said it was priced for it. Claim to offer KBB prices on trade in but they have a special KBB site that shows lower prices then the normal consumer site. Offered about $3-4k less then fair trade in. I walked

DO NOT BUY HERE! Returned my call quickly. Exchanged many text and pictures with dealer as I lived 9.5 hours away. I made the long trip with a rental car, got a hotel to get my dream car. Loan approved and scheduled to pick up car Saturday morning. Salesman asked me to come in later due to his work schedule, I obliged even though I had a long drive home. When I arrived there was no parking. Salesman was friendly. Car did not look like the pictures at all! The rear bumper looked like it had been hit. The passenger side had a deep gouge out of it and the hood had deep scratches. A/C did not work. Car was filthy and not ready to be delived. These were all questions that had been asked prior to making this trip. Every picture sent the damage was creatively left out! I was deceived!! They wasted my time and money.

The 2012 Audi they (still) have for sale there was probably my first choice out of the 4 or 5 that I had saved around me. Ariel was nice and answered some questions for me and hooked me up w/Burt. I spoke with him and he was nice also,but didn’t seem interested in talking any deals which kind of annoys me. I know it’s a money making business and all,I’ll make my point later. The asking price at the time,June 19th, was about $15,500-$15,800. Burt sent me an out the door price with tax,doc fees,etc. I responded and asked him if he would move on the price,and I disclosed what I had in cash. No response. They are now asking for the vehicle what I had a month and a half ago. I don’t really live near there, so I don’t know if just telling you how much cash I had wasn’t good enough or they didn’t think I was serious? Not responding to me about price was annoying, and now I see what you’re asking for it. Wish we coulda got a deal done.

From the point of my initial contact, through to the point of driving my car home, Indy Auto Man was professional, expeditious, and personable for every step of the way. That included me having the car inspected by my personal mechanic, shopping financing, and having IAM repair (and guarantee) the work that they did to the car. They went above and beyond, and because of that, I can easily refer them to others, and will do business with them again whenever I plan to purchase another car. Victor Figlin was awesome.

Went to look at this car after emailing a sales rep back and forth for a couple days, got to the dealership and the car wasnt there??? A males sales rep told me that it went to the body shop the previous day. I had been emailing the female sales rep all day the previous 2 days. Would have been nice to know so I didn't make the trip.

Very friendly staff and made the buying process easy! Quick to respond to my emails. Very happy with the vehicle, very clean and had to search for any blemishes! Only downside is the dealership fails to provide any additional warrantee, not even a short 30 day. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

I didn’t find their financing terms to be reasonable. If you don’t have sub prime credit or a co-signer they won’t work with you. But they have a great selection of vehicles.

I came by last week and test drove two cars at Indy Auto Man- they were both in great shape/condition, and they were fairly priced. The whole process was a breeze, and being approved didn't take long at all. Unfortunately I wasn't able to commit to purchase because I had already fallen in love with my Mercedes. However, I felt the need to leave a review because everyone was friendly, and the place is very well kept. If you need a car, stop by and ask for Clark- he'll get you setup, and show you their inventory of great whips.

The dealer didn't respond so I called them. After speaking with a man on the phone he told me that the truck we were wanting was sold, We were disappointed especially since they still had it online. A few days later while we were at another car lot buying a truck a lady called me to see if we were available to come test drive the truck that we wanted. I told her what I was told a few days before by the mam and she was shocked because the truck was actually available. Had they contacted me sooner there might not have been a mix up and they wouldn't have lost such a big sale. They definitely need to work on their communication with buyers!

Yes, I think I wouldn't buy a car from them , the first car ad said it had frame damage and was listed for 25295, when I inquired about it they replied with a different ad, that ad had a Mercedes and the ad said it had 30k plus miles , but the picture of the odometer had it over 38k miles, when I asked the salesperson she was confused and said I needed to speak to the sales manager, not good at all.

The car was not advertised as being "wrapped", which is an applied coating to the exterior and changed the color from blue to silver - and I thought it was a silver car. The Rep was helpful and disclosed the wrap and then sent a bunch of pictures, but I don't want a wrapped car!

My experience was great! We should up 45 minutes before they closed with no appointment and managed to pay cash for a car and get out of there in an hour. My only concern was the fees on top of the sticker price were more than expected, but then I don't think Indiana enforces a maximum.

I spoke with the sales lady in advance of my trip to the dealership. It was 45 miles. Explained to her my situation and what I needed to happen relative to my trade. I was wanting to trade a 2016 Dodge Ram for a 2007 ram on their lot. What I expected was to drive away with their truck with a few thousand in my pocket. The truck was 9 years older. But the first thing they did was offer an unreasonable amount for my trade. The offer was an insult and would have resulted in me paying them money in excess of my trade. My advice is go somewhere else to buy your used vehicle. They will try to rip you off!

Tabatha worked so hard to get this deal to happen, which it did, financial dept over did himself, they handled a major problem that happened for me, they offer an offer with you financing contract that you sign, especially great for an "as is" that they really try to help you on your purchase. On Monday I emailed dealer thru cargurus about a Chrysler town and country. I got a call at 9am on Tuesday and we set up an appointment for around 6. I live an hour away and was going to leave after I got out of work at 5. I called when I was 20 mins away to ley them know I was on my way. I was supposed to meet with Tabitha. The guy I talked to said Tabitha was busy, but He said he would have the car ready when I arrived. As i pulled in a parking spot i seen the van i was going to test drive along with someone else getting in the driver seat. I found Tabitha and she said she was so sorry someone else was test driving it first. The person bought the vehicle. 2 hrs wasted plus half a tank of gas. Why take appointments? Why confirm appointments? Shady bussiness practice. I guess used car dealers dont have a bad rep for no reason.

It is regrettable that the vehicle you wanted to see sold shortly before you arrived at our dealership for your appointment. Car sales ALWAYS are based on a first come first serve basis. The only way to “hold” a car, would be by placing a nonrefundable deposit on it. Had you arrived on time for your appointment you would have been the first person to look at the vehicle, however, in spite of your phone call, you were still 45 minutes late, not arriving until 6:45 PM.

Quick follow up on the original request that evening by manager, I needed a LB and asked him to verify. He said a rep would contact me, after which I got three generic emails asking where I went. I responded to all three that I needed a LB....I STILL don't know if it is/was. Will never inquire about a vehicle from them again, what a total waste of my time.

I was interested in a car and the salesman did contact me was told the car was there and ready for me to see the car two different times I go there and the car wasn't there I also was told by the office girl that she call me when it was back from service .. few days later the sales manager calls In response to my interest. I share the run around I was getting with him. Then he tells me the car was sold a hour ago. Next day I get another text from my first salesmen telling me the car was there and ready to drive so again I find out the car was sold . My feelings are if they can't get their act together to sell me a car then they're not going to be any better keeping me a customer after I buy something. It was a waste of time this went on for a week.

This review has 2 parts. The first part is all 5 star rating material and the second part is 2 star material for the dealership. The good: Eric my salesman was top notch and very professional. He was extremely timely in his communication- follow up calls and emails and even offering other auto suggestions and sending them to me to review. Eric was great and delivered on everything he said he would. The dealership showroom and selection of prestige automobiles in excellent condition is most impressive and the best I have ever seen. If they don't have it then you do not really want it 270+ cars. no old iffy cars on this lot. The 2007 Audi A6 we purchased with 53k miles looked like it just came of the showroom! The best condition 9 yo car that I have ever seen. the price was excellent and they will bargain to the point of matching a similar model and mileage to within 75 miles of their dealership. The bad and 2 star part of the experience: the actual deal. You go to close on the car and surprise !!! The finance guy shows you the final tally (we paid cash). there is a $195 charge for something called ETCH. this is the dealerships way of padding their profit by that amount. It supposedly is an identification they put on ALL their cars for identification purposes if it is stolen and recovered. this is pure is that is what a vehicle VIN# is for. I don't need duplicate Car Id protection. this hearkens back to the dealer tactics of add on tactic from the 1980-90's scams ie. polyglycoat finish, rustproofing and the $300 scotch guard fabric protection-take a can of $4 scotch guard and spray the interior of the car. Also they added a freight charge of I believe $125 for the auto. since when do you pay freight for a used car? You pay freight for a new car coming from the manufacturer to the dealer for the first time and not on a used car. Frankly the whole ETCH left a very negative impression of the dealership in my mind. this is a very low brow tactic and frankly beneath them given the 5 star presentation and selection of premium cars they have. If my wife had not totaled her car and needed one and this was my second trip of 230 miles to the dealer then I would have walked on the deal with the ETCH. I would advise future buyers to walk or tell them you are not going to pay for the ETCH and freight. This tactic in no way can be blamed on the salespeople as management obviously keeps them on a tight leash and gives them little power to negotiate anything. the salespeople are also obviously not to mention the charges for ETCH and Freight until you go in to close the deal with the finance guy. Poor business practices that they have to stoop that low for a few $$$ more. If it's a legitimate charge then factor it into your car price up front and not as an add on. so overall 5 stars for sales people and dealership selection. 2 stars for the clowns that actually call the shots and hamstring their salespeople.

returned call. I offered a price that was 2,000 dollars less than the price they were asking. It was a point for negotiation. The salesman seemed offended at the offer, which in no way was offensive. Once he explained (chastised) me that a 10,000 dollar car with a 2,000 dollar offer was like me asking for a "20% discount," and was certainly not something they could do, I then asked if they could call me back if they could come up with any type of discount, but they never did. They were not offensive in an aggressive way, but you could easily tell they were not conducive to negotiating a deal.

Went in facility spoke with sales but I guess the big guy was fiance manager was not nice,and not saying this because they advised would need 1000 down cause the did contact me a aday later with a choice of cars to chose from . I just watched how sales women had to stand at his door until he acknowledge her was just kinda not warming.

This was a great dealer. The salesman Matt Miller was amazing! He answered all my questions and even fixed a few things on the Prius before I signed to finance it. I highly recommend his dealer, the cars are affordable and they have an assortment of vehicles to choose from.

Terrible! The car was posted at Cargurus saying that had 20,000 miles. By watching the pictures I saw the odometer with more than 75,000 miles! I was almost traveling there to purchase the car! This was very odd, not sure if can be trusted!

Good experience. The car had some issues, antenna broke off, which agreed to repair, if not too much work involved. Driver side mirror would not move up/down, agreed to repair. Missing passenger part on door handle. Overall car was in good condition. However set on purchase price

As far as pricing, we price our cars according to the market based on aggregate data from multiple websites that advertise cars - CarGurus, cars.com, AutoTrader, TrueCar, etc. Typically our cars are ranked as good deals on CarGurus, but we have outliers as well, due to the pricing process we have - some deals are fair and some deals are great deals according to CarGurus.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! I went to go check out a 2004 BMW, when I arrived I sat down and was told that they were gonna pull the car up so I could test drive it, about 10 minutes later the lady comes back and tells me to hold on "they're having trouble getting it started because someone left the lights on", now right here I'm thinking automatic red flag... The lady asks a coworker to help her go jump the BMW, me and my girlfriend waited and waited some more.. 15 more minutes go by and she finally pulls up with the BMW, I get in it and start driving, not even 2 minutes into driving and the car is giving off a smell like it's burning oil, I waited to see if it would go away, it did after about 2 minutes and then came back again but wait it gets worse.. I'm on the highway test driving the car, it's literally been 5 minutes of driving the car and the gas light comes on!!!! Ok so the car wouldn't start, it stinks like it's burning oil and then I can't even drive it because there's no gas in it?!?! (Btw, I went and read reviews and several other people have complained of no gas being in the car so they're doing this on purpose so you can't test drive for very long) so anyways I take the car back and the lady asked how it went and I told her I barely got to drive it because the gas light came on and she says "oh that's nothing" ok so it's "nothing" that you guys don't keep enough gas in your cars for them to be properly test driven? I then asked her what kind of warranties they offer and she tells me the car doesn't come with one.. She then goes on to ask me for my info asking me how much I'm gonna put down asking for check stubs etc, but I never told her I was taking the car!!!! I asked her a second time about warranties and this time she tells me I can purchase one but it's gonna be $2500!!!!! She then again continues to ask for me info and money and I told her that before I made any decisions I was gonna go elsewhere and check out some other cars and I'd get back with her on Monday (it was Saturday and they're closed Sunday) she starts acting super anxious and irritated and refers to her computer screen with her hand and says "why Monday?!" And I said because I wanna think about it. She then leaves and comes back offering me a lower monthly payment and I told her I was still gonna think about it, so she leaves again and this time comes back with the sales manager/ owner Victor, (who by the way thinks he is smarter than his customers) this is the best part... He tells me that the banks are wanting money with people getting there tax checks and all and once so many people spend the banks may not approve me on Monday, so in other words he tried to trick me into taking the car by lying to me and telling me I may not be approved on Monday, and I responded that's fine I'm still gonna look elsewhere, this guy made me really mad because he talked to me and my girlfriend like we were a couple of idiots that didn't know any better. I left and will never be back!!!! I HIGHLY WARN YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONMEN!!!!

Unfortunately customers with troubled credit are asked for a down payment, which ranges based on their credit history. If you factor in sales tax and fees, you were approved for over $5000 loan on 2004 BMW 5 Series. Wouldn't it be called approval?

Scott/ finance/ GM was excellent to talk to, explained, all paperwork very well. Victor( sales) very helpful, answered all my questions. Vehicle could have been cleaned up when I arrived, especially since I called and gave a 2 1/2 hour window ,that I was coming to look at it. This the first time I ever bought a vehicle from a dealer, used or new that it was out of gas, when I drove it off the lot. I waited for them to clean it before I took it home. I expected a little break in price. Since the tires needed replace, it was dirty, and no gas. However , they did not reduce any. The truck was what I was looking for so I did purchase. They could have thrown me a bone. But overall a positive experience . They are headed in the right direction as a dealership . I would buy from them again.

The add didnt mention the Expedition didn't have a 3rd row seat. Drove 2 hrs to see it, only to find that out. Salesman (Patrick) was not concerned that we drove that far for nothing.

Due to long distance from the dealership and shipping costs, we were not able to make this work. I have upmost respect for the staff at Indy automan. They went above and beyond there word during my purchase. I brought two Mercedes a ML 350 and a S 550 there were some minor issues with the S550 that delayed their delivery time a day. They fixed everything as promised all the staff from Lisa my sales person to Mike the finance manger to Eugene and Victor the owners where outstanding. When I picked up the car the next day we notice a sound under the car a flap came loose this was right at closing time most staff had left. Mike and Victor contacted one of their mechanics who came back to fixed the 5 minute repair, get this the mechanic lived 50 minutes away so Mike took me to dinner while the mechanic returned and repaired the car while choosing to miss his sons graduation dinner. It was a experience I will never forget how the staff at Indy automan treated me and my wife during a stressful day by making us comfortable with their care. I would recommend indy automan to anyone. Thanks to their care and compassion about what they do!!!

The salesman jeff was wonderful. I left that day with a 2010 jeep commander and I love it. All vehicles are very clean with low miles and reasonable prices. I would recommend indy auto man, and if you go talk to jeff he will treat you right.

I felt dealer ripped off by the "vehicle destination charge" that the sales manager stated was a federal law. I found out later it was for new cars only. I should of done mt homework, The suburban brought down after one day. No warranty. I paid top dollar for this car. I was disappointed. ...

I bought a 2007 Audi A4 at Indy Auto Man that I first found through Car Gurus. It was a good deal and right in my price range. The buying experience was great; they were transparent, friendly and didn't pressure me into buying. This was my first time buying a car and I was anxious that I would make a poor decision, but when I actually made the purchase I felt confident I was making the right decision.

The 4runner we looked at was completely rusted out underneath! They tried to cover it up with spray paint, but it looked like it had been sitting in water. I think it is still for sale for the same price.

Call them to get information and buy car, some one did call back gave them my information, tried to schedule a time to test drive. They never called back so I call them again to set up time and got different sales man, also was checked into the financing, no call back on either. This went for a week and half, I finally called again the car was sold, no call back about financing and also talk to sells about two other cars I was interested in, no call back….i gave up what waste of time.

The moment I drove onto the lot I was never greeted. 1/2 hr after opening and the entry doors were still locked,. Once I was able to gain entry after walking around their office bldg(with huge windows) they tagged teamed me. I was turned off immediately once they started talking. Vehicle was raggedy as well. Next!

Let me first say I don't sell pre-owned cars. I'm a buyer. Which means this review, unlike many of the others for "Indy Auto Man" is authentic. Indy Auto Man has a lot to learn if he intends on being successful in this market. I can't trust an owner who uses multiple names when doing business. I want to know who I am speaking with when I do business. Additionally, if you have a rare name and use it, don't use it (or your aliases) in your reviews to give yourself five stars in order to raise your average. That is not only unprofessional, it's suspect. I'm going to gather that "Indy Auto Man" knew I had some idea of what I was doing. Professional phone calls for transactions in the amount he WANTED do not end with, "uh...I need to call you back." I never received a call back. I'm not surprised. I think it was obvious I sensed a scam. Whatever the scam was, I'm glad I avoided it. Indy Auto Man or whatever alias you are using at the moment, you couldn't sell me a glass of water after several stranded days in the middle of the Mojave. I can't trust anyone who practices business like this. I don't feel this business is legitimate. I'm sure there will be some absurd response to this but excuses aren't the answer. You have already constructed several. If you work on your character, a positive reputation and success will follow. You're competing with businesses that already know this.

WORST experience ever! I got lost was testing driving this car. when I arrive back at the dealer 30 minutes later, the had Carmel Police waiting for me. They are not honest and will not make any repairs to the cars they sale. they will not give you a fair price for your trade. Do Not Buy a Car from these people. YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU EVER MET THEM! Customer was provided with a phone number for the Carmel Police Station and Police Officer's name, so she can call and verify that we indeed ordered a VIN check, as opposed to reporting a customer to a police. After asking a customer why she thinks we are liars, she stated that a salesperson from Indy Auto Man called her under pretence that he missed a phone call from her.
