They were so helpful and even with me making my auto purchase in the middle of the Christmas holidays, they went above and beyond to make sure they got it shipped out to me (over 10 hours away) so I could have a way to get home for Christmas with my family! I live in Greensboro. I told the salesman that the vehicle wouldn’t need to be shipped that I would drive out there to see it in person and I would like to take delivery the day I arrived with the check from my bank. Your sales rep who I don’t really recall their name adamantly stated that they would hold my bank check for 8 days. I explained that I sold vehicles for 25 years on and off and that was an unusual practice. Again he stated that 8-10 was a standard practice at this dealership to which I said that I was no longer interested and would take my business elsewhere and hung up. You record your sales team’s phone calls as most dealerships do. You can check your sales team’s phone’s log. Unfortunately this has left a nasty taste in my mouth. Way too pushy and called me way too much! If a carsales man wants the vehicle gone so badly that they call at 10PM at night then that tells me something is wrong with the truck. This dealership showed too many red flags!

I spoke to multiple people at the dealership and they provided additional photos. I confirmed the carfax
has no accidents or damage yet after driving 5 hours (which they knew how far I was driving) there was
obvious damage to the driver side of the vehicle and the interior was in much worse condition than
pictured. Had the condition of the vehicle been disclosed I would not have wasted an entire day and 10
hours in the car. Beyond frustrated

Elton and Eric were great to work with! They showed me the truck and went through the entire carfax report to
show me everything the truck had been through, service history, locations, etc. I was a little disappointed with
my trade-in value but understood it. The truck I bought was clean, serviced, and had brand new tires on it.
They have a great selection of preowned vehicles. I recommend anyone looking for a used car to seriously
consider iDeal Auto, they will take good care of you!!

The staff at this dealership is awesome. Tony greeted me with an awesome smile and a firm hand shake. That is necessary. Test Drive was sweet. Finance Manager had a great sense of humor, straight forward and up front. I really felt like I was family, the smiles and the warm fuzzy feeling of the appreciation for allowing them to sell me a vehicle. The guys that were not involved with the deal, were great as well. This environment was the best, focused, upfront and to the point. That is how they roll, guaranteed !!!!!

Prices were much higher at the dealership vs listed online. When I spoke with the manager to negotiate price, he was arrogant & dismissive. I would not buy from this dealership.

It took this dealership over a week to contact me back they actually contacted after I went to see this vehicle I went to look @ it it was dirty & smelled like a wet dog inside it was making a clicking noise the guy said he didn’t know what it was I went to open the passenger door & the whole piece of trim on the window almost came off the trim pieces @ the bottom was coming off the tailgate didn’t work & he also looked @ my vehicle for a possible trade he said it was gonna be abt 15 mins I guess they couldn’t come up with a value or something so he says they will just text me an offer witch they never did smh they are terrible on the used car lot but this truck is trash & I don’t even think they did anything to it but put it on the lot don’t waste your time going there I drove a pretty good ways for absolutely nothing smh

pricing, etc. Uses NADA inflated values to charge
consumers more. KBB or Edmunds are more
accurate appraisers. Within weeks of listing
dealership logged over 15k miles on vehicle.
Have to hit "1 star" rating as there's no option for
negative stars. Best advice - walk away from this
dealership.

Lastly, I emailed Mark to ask if he could forward me to someone else who would be willing to help me. Four days and counting…

The dealer did contact me, although there was a great deal of time that passed in between
emails. I am trying to purchase mostly online due to the COVID-19 outbreak and limit my
physical contact as much as possible. The sales rep was polite and relatively up front with me
and generally fair with my trade-in evaluation amount. But I feel like dealerships are not
considering the impacts COVID-19 has on people’s budgets and will only decrease vehicle
sales overall over time. This means dealerships need to be far more willing to bend on price,
especially with patrons who have already secured financing and are ready to purchase a car,
even during these dark times. I did not purchase the car because I was looking for a much
more reasonable price, reliability over time, multiple features, and low ownership maintenance
fees over time. I would still probably go with this dealer again if they have something I am
interested in. But they need to focus more on their online sales approach.

I contacted the dealer, about the 2014 Subaru Forester you mention. My daughter ended up buying the vehicle
and had it shipped to Columbia, Mo to the Subaru Dealer there. The IDeal dealership told us (both my daughter
and I-(me by 2 different individuals) there would be a 30 warranty with the purchase. The car arrived and my
daughter instructed the Subaru dealership to look the car over. At the end of the Subaru dealers inspection they
located a leak somewhere in the engine (estimated at top end of $1,700) and a smaller issue with a Fob?? My
daughter informed the dealership of the findings and requested permission to have it the engine repaired, since it
was within the 30 day warranty time period! From the beginning contact with the dealership, the dealership has
said they will not repair the vehicle. Not sufficient room for all comments! Bottom line, the dealership has been
reported to the Mo Attorney General and the North Carolina A/G as a complaint! Want more info? Give more
room!

They contacted me promptly and we made a deal on a truck. The problem with this company is before you purchase a vehicle make sure you carry it to a professional mechanic to check everything out because once you buy it they will not help you out with things like battery, radiator or any such problems as these even with a 30 day warranty that they give you. Make sure you get everything you want in writing before you sign any papers.

After driving 769 miles Honesty is all you can ask for when it pertains to cars
for sale this Dealer was not .You at least have to give a star no matter how bad
the review is .Being out of state naturally i wanted all the info on this car before
traveling to look at it so i emailed them with a variety of questions .This is
where the dishonesty started ,as my # 1 question was had this car ever been
smoked in .I was assured by the sales staff that it had not as more than one
salesperson verified this .Sales manager also agreed .Problem #1 The car
smelled of smoke and nicotine ,drivers seat had cigarette burns on it , the
cigarette lighter badly worn .After traveling this far to look at this car i decided
to test drive it since i had never driven a ML350 Mercedes .#2 one of the
wheels had been bent and warped so bad the vibration kept us from trying out
the car very much .I know it was probably my fault for trusting this dealership
and traveling that far .Never again

Had to send 2 interested in vehicle e mails. Tried to say the processing fee is what the state of N.C made for dealer's to charge.. No it's not looked the code section up. Then when did my research on said vehicle and brought a recurring issue with this type vehicle asked if it had been corrected, didn't hear a word back from dealer.

Very bad experience. I called in advance and they said the car was available. I went and looked at it and was told it was sold. I saw the car still advertised for sale 3 days later and made another inquiry. I received an email it was available. Then they sent me another message that the car was sold again. As the saying goes the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. They were very disorganized and wasted my time. The sales staff wasn't informed and unprofessional. I wouldn't waste my time with them again.

They contacted me within a day. I went to see the car with an appointment with Bill and was able to drive it without him in the car. I came back and negotiated the price and bought it. They said if there was anything wrong when I got it inspected at the Audi dealership, they would take care of it. The car was in perfect condition, Bill was great to work with, and I would recommend anyone to go there.

Although I didn't purchase the vehicle I was looking at, I did buy
another vehicle on his lot. George made all the numbers work
for me. Even delivered my car to me in Greensboro from
Raleigh. Highly recommend. Great atmosphere without the high

Quick and easy, I went in earlier than planned with a preapproved loan, quick test drive and personal inspection. Great service and the car was exactly how I imagined and some. minor cosmetic defects on interior, easy fixes. Highly recommend this dealer 9/10

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! This was my son's first time buying a vehicle and I could not have asked for a better experience. We chatted online with Will, the salesman for Ideal. He quoted us a price and we were very pleased. We made an appt. to meet with Will the next day. The next morning we looked at the truck online again through Cargurus.com and it was actually priced $4k more. I called and spoke to Scott, the GM of Ideal. I told him I was concerned that we were quoted one price and the price was now $4K more online. He assured me that they would honor what we were quoted. We went and test drove the truck. My son loved it. Very clean, well maintained! The cruise control did not work, so Will had that repaired right away. We requested a couple more things and they did not hesitate at all to oblige. My son was able to get a fairly good rate through Wells Fargo. Scott and Will were great to work with. We have recommended them to several friends and will definitely call on Ideal for future purchases.

Excellent customer service. Extremely friendly staff, helpful without being
pushy. They offered a good selection of quality cars, at very competitive
prices. The salesman, Todd, was extremely helpful. He listened to my
needs and treated me respectfully and fairly. The finance manger made the
purchase process easy. Love the terms and the car that I purchased. I
would definitely refer a friend and purchase other vehicles from this dealer.

So, I like these guys. They have cars. You walk in, they give you they keys, you drive off the lot without them and do all the burnouts you want. Or, try at least.
You haggle for five minutes, get a good price, and the car is yours.
It's low hassle. Not at all scary. I don't think they pressured me even for a moment.
