A team member from the dealership reach out to me within 15 minutes of my request. I felt this was great considering they are closed on Sundays. He was courteous and able to answer all my questions. With his help, I am waiting for the truck I request information on to arrive so I can go purchase it. This was my first time using this process and I can say I am completely satisfied with the results. Today, I went and picked up my truck. Everything went smooth, especially since the salesman (Dustin Lyle) kept in constant contact with me. He kept me with up to date information. He called me this morning informing me my truck was in, I went to the dealership and completed the process with no hassle. Thanks Huston Chevrolet!!!

Car was preordered by customer and not for sale

Car sold Prior to me able to get there... they sent me an "out the door" deal however, I needed to drive my trade up for an appraisal before I could commit and...the car sold the same day....glad I didn't drive 110 miles to find out...

Not the greatest of service. The salesman I worked with was new, and knew basically nothing about the vehicle I was interested in. Also didn’t have the best experience with who ever it is who answers their phone. The internet manager was the most professional out of all the employees I spoke with.
