Wasnât t satisfied with their offer on my trade
and the salesman just lowballed my trade by
$10,k and didnât budge even when I told him
that he was way off after I researched KBB.
His answer to me was we donât use KBB, so
then I explained that i went to a different car
dealership and the
offer I got from them was $10k more then
Huston, and he still didn't budge and he tried
to explain that Iâm still saving on the tax which
I ended up with a better deal with the other
dealership .
So I see that the salesperson at Huston
should of tried to meet with what I was offered
from other dealership.

Super friendly and accommodating
Brandon is excellent, unfortunately the asking price is about $5,000 more than CarGurus feels is a fair price. I tried to negotiate but here’s our correspondence:
The car is a 10/10 and also our market is different than the California market where you are. Ours is very close to every other car in our area.
How do you reconcile asking several thousands more than the market will bear?

I ended up buying a quality used Sierra from Huston. I got a great truck with low mileage at a great price. The sales rep provided a hassle free low pressure experience - no gimmicks or tricks. Will defiantly use them again for my next purchase.

I read the other review and it was entirely different than my experience. I
drive a lot for business and came to see a car there. They called and
confirmed and the car was cleaned and waiting for me upon arrival. No
pressure, no closer or sales pitch. It was a family run business with the
owners being brothers, and sons/cousins and crazy "Buck" working there
who had held my salesman since he was a baby. Winter haven is not
exactly around the corner and with gas at $2.65 they do hold to the
"appointment thing" which i hate but would have loved to work out a deal
and had we been closer it probably could have been done. But can't say a
bad thing about this dealership and I have bought over 50 cars in my lifetime
and this was one of the most pleasant experiences.

We were scheduled to see Mark, one of the salesman at Huston Cadillac on Tuesday afternoon. However, when we got there he proudly announced that he had sold the car! This is after he called us the prior day to confirm our appointment! Crappy customer service if you ask me!! We gladly purchased our car somewhere else.
Dealer did contact me back and after a couple emails back and forth they lowered the price 1000 dollars. I made my offer and never heard back. It has been over a week now and still no reply. The vehicle was over priced to begin with so I'll move on. The dealers emails sounded promising but they never followed through. Oh well.

Typical sales guy.(Marcus) Says he wants your business but not willing to lower the "good" price to "great" which is what I wanted. And only giving p-nuts for my trade..I was willing to drive an hr and half..to see this vehical..and could have poss been a sale..but.it didnt feel right.

Responded immediately to inquiries; polite, knowledgeable, and very friendly staff. Not really pushy at all, which was surprising. I needed financing, and the process was great: lots of options were clearly broken down and understandable, and they gave advice but weren't forceful about their opinions. Ended up purchasing there and wouldn't hesitate to do so again!

I would never deal with this dealer again. Less then honest. If I could give less then one star I would. Was told by the dealership that this car come with no way of fixing a flat roadside. This is not true, all Cadillacs come with a pump and fix a flat.

Sales rep was very nice and responsive but Sales manager had no personality a wasn't very professional. Used Car was avalable in stated condition. Tires were literally bald in an unsafe condition to drive. Couln't make a deal including our trade in.
