Great dealership. Amazing staff. I traveled about 30 minutes to Huntington Auto Mall, and it was worth the drive. The staff there helped me decide what car I wanted and were very helpful. They gave me their honest opinion on what they think is best. They told me about this truck. I had been looking for a truck for sometime after my older F-150 broke down. I fell in love with the car and purchased it. 10/10 visit.

I brought my daughter to this dealership to lease her first vehicle. She was extremely excited and wanted a jeep wrangler . Willie in sales made the whole process painless for us and had my daughter view several of the vehicles. He was very up front and made sure she knew all the features in this model. Willie also helped to keep the payment where we needed it to make our daughter comfortable with how much she was able to afford. Overall, this dealer was up front, friendly, and helped to make this experience positive for my daughter and I.

Called dealer 2hours before, the car was available. Drove over 1hour to see the car: an other story, the car just left for auction. Today the price went from$15000 to $17995.

I was contacted by Huntington Auto Mall in 24hs when I reached out via CarGurus which was a good experience. They continued to stay in contact daily and helped me to make a decision over a weeks time with me never actually visiting the dealership (over 2hrs away). We did the entire transaction remotely and it was very smooth.
It wasn’t clear on CarGurus that there was a dealer fee of $1200.00 for setting up the car but perhaps this is just something I don’t know about in general as when I called two other dealers they had similar fees. That fee was to clean, prep, and inspect the vehicle prior to delivery which I did not see any paperwork confirming any work done. I will say that the van was not clean upon delivery as there was a completely dirt covered roof, dirty floors/exterior, dashboard, and vents/crevices were caked with old dirt. Perhaps this is how used cars are sold, I do not know.
Overall though it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I’m very happy with that.
Called Dealer after seeing the car I wanted on CarGus. I dealt with Kaitlynn who was very responsive, very informative, and set up an
appoinment to come to see the Truck I was looking at. When I arrived she greeted me and even though it seemed busy we went out to look at
the car to take it for a test drive (she also printed up carfax report for me). I loved the truck after the test drive. I then examined the carfax and
took a detail so look at truck and engine. We then sat and negotiated price and I left $500 deposit for my credit review and get truck ready for
me. I did not end up buying the truck, only because of the color (found one similar and my color). I called Kaitlynn to tell her the news and
she said well maybe we can do business in future and immediately refunded my $500 no hassel. I felt very comfortable from start to finish
and even though I did not purchase the entire process was a good expierence. They have nice vehilcles over there go check them out.

All my initial correspondence with them was through email and they were quite fast in their response. So I went to the dealership to see the car. They were nice and showed the car to me and I took it for a ride. I was not awed by the car but it was in reasonably good condition and okay to purchase.
I made an offer to them by email. They did not respond to my offer at all. I expected a response of some kind, such as - yes we agree or maybe but we would like to negotiate or no we do no accept this offer. A response of some kind to close the communication. They obviously do not understand business courtesy. They showed so much interest in the beginning but left the whole process hanging at the end.

I cannot believe I walked in and drove out. They are amazing. My credit wasn’t the best but they worked their options and really helped me get the car I wanted. I’m truly great full. Kaitlin and Jessica, You are just the best.

I originally purchased an '11 Nissan Maxima from Moe at Huntington Auto Mall. It was a great experience to say the least. The whole team there was exceptional and made buying the car extremely easy, fun and exciting. About 4 months after I purchased the car, I ran into some financial difficulties and went back to Huntington Auto Mall to see if I could "trade down" to a more affordable car. I sent an email off to Willie to ask about doing just that with little hope of it being worthwhile. Not only did he find me another beautiful car, a 2013 Altima to be exact with much lower mileage but he was able to lower my payments to the point were it made sense financially for me. I could not thank or recommend Willie and his team enough. They welcomed me back and worked out another great deal and treated me like family. I could not be happier, thanks again Willie and Moe! Highly recommended!

Hands down the best service I have ever received from Huntington Auto Mall Dealership. My Salesman , Kaitlynn was exceptional! Just when I was about to give up on Purchasing a good car she renewed my faith. Car was service completely before i purchased it, by a truly courteous buttonef up staff. Didn't feel pressured to buy. Answered all my questions about the vehicle. Had Carfax on hand. Nice selection of vehicles.
These guys are great!!! Gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade-in, and price was as listed. Spoke to Stanley and he went above and beyond, thank you Stanley!! Bought 1 vehicle outright and financed the other, was pre-approved, but couldn’t use the credit union due to the fact I was pre-appoved through another dealer. They shopped around for a good deal and explained what I need to do to get a lower interest rate. Forgot the guys name that dealt with the financing, but he was very helpful... they were all very helpful. I recommend these guys hands down!! So you know, you go there with respect you’ll leave there respected. Oh and a few days after I bought the truck, the vent was broken and I didn’t notice. I went to pick up paperwork and they ran out the with a new vent in the box. I appreciate that because I already bought the truck, they could have kept that part. A+

We had our own financing and Dealer said they could beat our rate. They ran our credit again to find out they lied about how they could beat our rate and I find out they applied for way more than what the car was worth. Do not trust this dealership

called me and said they can help in my situation, took my information, ran my credit, never contacted me after, i called and spoke with a manager, told me i was approved but i need a cosigner, i provided information they said they will call back and nothing. i believe the reason was that the vehicle was undervalued on carguru and the site was like 3k more and i asked them to acknowledge the price they listed on carguru.. worst service ever.

This place is filled with scam artist they put inexpensive cars on the website that they never had I brought a list of 10 cars I was interested in that just went on the website and when I got there they didn’t have any of them but tried to sell me a higher priced car I will never go there again a total waste of time

I went to many dealers before I go there to buy an Odyssey 2010, they
were very kind and helpful, you feel very comfortable with them, for real
their target is not only just to seal their cars their biggest target to make
you feel happy with the car you going to buy and to be very satisfied with
that. They give you all information and do everything for you with smile and
never push on you for nothing. No games, no lies, no tricks.
I really advice anyone to go there directly and don't waist the time with
others!!!

attempt to rectify situation or
work out a deal and did not seem
to care at all claiming "everything
worked yesterday"... Stay clear of
this lot, they will rip you off if you

Went to look at some Maxima's,had a couple in their
place.Picked two that I liked and asked if they do tradings.That
guy their said not all the time,but yes they do trades.Checked my
vehical ran a kbb on the vehical came back with a dealer trade/buy
price.Went home that evening looked over the kbb and saw my
vehical was quoted with non of the options it has on it.Ran my
own kbb a dfference of more then two grand from what he
presented to me.Called the next day told the dealer of my
findings,told me to fax my kbb over to him.1/2 hr later calls back
offering me 500 more then his previous offer. When I asked him
about the kbb dealer trade or buy offer he changed his tune and
said that he can get the same vehicle for a lot less then what he is
offering me. Felt like when a vehicle is below what they can make
they are so willing to buy it,but when the vehicle is more then what
they want to pay for then the story is they can buy it at the
auction for a lot less. I feel its a double standerd. Anyway left a
bad taste in my mouth..
P.S. They make it seem like your getting a GREAT car for a
GREAT price,but when they tally up all these rediculous FEES on
top of the cost you know you better run the other way. If you
let them KBB your vehicle make sure they include
every spec that your vehicle is eqipped with not
just the basics.NOT bad ppl just bad info..

Mr Nagib, we don't use KBB as a way of value the trade or a way of pricing our inventory. Cars are valued using NADA book value. Condition and miles are guidelines to obtain a proper bookvalue. Fees such as taxes, title and dmv fees are in addition to the price of any car you purchase whether it was for sale by a private owner or a dealership. These fees cannot be negotiated or reduced. We regret that you were not satisfied with your experience with us and hopeful to be able to do business in the future.
