The sales associate was very helpful and responsive. However, the vehicle had damage
to the front end (bumper and plastic grill) and the sale was not made.

Yeah, not exactly happy with the response from the dealer. I simply asked for pictures but they needed my phone number for pictures? No
thanks. Last time I checked, pics can be sent to my gmail account. Plenty of other fish in the sea.

Sorry to have asked for the phone number but at the time of the request there were no pics online due to it being a fresh trade in. I was able to take some pics with my phone and was trying to respond as quickly as I could.

Great service an friendly staff.
Did receive a prompt reply to my internet inquiry. However, difficult to get straight answers. I had
question about price I needed answered before making the drive to visit. In several back-and-forth
emails, the salesman avoided addressing the question. THIS is what makes me hate car shopping! I
will take my business elsewhere.

A salesman contacted me the next morning and we talked about price and negotiated a fair deal. I drove the hour and a
half to the dealership and drove home in my new to me 2012 Equinox

I don't believe the salesman was completely honest with me about the condition of the car. However they did come down on the price of the car considerably seeing how I was kinda of missled. And let me also add that the salesman and staff were very pleasant and cordial.

Southworth Ford representative got in touch with me very quickly and was
very responsive to all of my questions. Sent multiple emails back and forth
within several days. Very helpful and kind staff. They offered the best deal I
could find so I went to visit. All of the staff here were very accommodating. No
one was pushy and not once did I feel like a car was being shoved down my
throat. Great buying experience and highly recommended.

The dealership contacted me the next day. Because I live 50 miles from the
dealership, it took a few days to get there with my schedule, but we did
purchase this car. It was a great experience and I would recommend this
