After getting the CarGurus alert that the car I wanted was available nearby, I contacted Huffines and got an instant response from Walter, who then texted me a picture of his business card so that I had their address. I drove to the lot, the car was up front, waiting for me. We were on a test drive in about 5 minutes and after having the easiest experience ever with my trade and financing, I drove home in my new car. I highly recommend this dealership because their team was fast, not pushy, courteous, knowledgeable, and I got the car I wanted.

They were on time, contacted me, I visited them great service just the car I chose online to look at was a little too small. Not the dealership fault. There wasn’t any other Mercedes SUV that I was interested e Percy that, they’re not a Mercedes dealership.

They kept saying they sent the numbers for the bottom dollar on this car and then said it was sold. Funny how all the emails came over except the "alleged numbers ones"

Wasted trip. Truck was dirty; warning light was on; salesman with whom I had an appointment was not the person who helped me. If you like the big dealership, being shuttled back and forth between salespeople then this is the place for you. If you want service and at least the appearance of a desire to work with you, then go elsewhere.

Bad experience, but great dealership !! I bought a truck from them and had it shipped to me. Everything was as described to me over the phone, but there was a major issue with the engine. This was something difficult to discover, and Huffines were GREAT to deal with. They quickly rectified the situation and are a stand-up dealership, I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Inquired about a car for sale and salesman could not find the car. No one could find it. A week later the sales manager emailed and says they found it and it's available. GREAT. Called back and couldn't find car again. After lengthy investigation manager says car was sold at auction 2 weeks earlier. Need to get your crap together and know where your vehicles are

Experience was fair. Ultimately buying from Huffines didn't work out. My valuable time could have been saved if my questions were answered in a more - timely fashion...

They responded very quickly & had the car ready for a test drive when we arrived.

I got a quick and honest response. The car is listed as an automatic but is manual and I was told that by the gentleman that texted me. I appreciate that he saved me a lengthy trip. Another person called too to follow-up but as of today, the listing still shows this car is an automatic.
