my son had been looking for Manuel Tranmisson Jeep, Irfan responded very quick , We set
appointment, had the Jeep cleaned and fuel in it for us, negotiated on trade in agreed to a price,
business mgr got a great rate for my son, and less than hour signed paperwork and was heading
150 miles back home. everyone there was extremely helpful and no high pressure at all. Will
send customers to them in the future.

Excellent communication!
Very professional establishment. I was able to schedule my appointment for a test drive and the vehicle was pulled out front awaiting my arrival. The sales representative communicated earlier that day that the vehicle was being serviced. The test drive went well and the only reason that I did not purchase from the dealership was there was no compromise on the price of the vehicle. The sales representative also followed up with me following our interaction to see if I still had interest. Again, this is a professional establishment and the vehicle appeared as it did online with the exception of a few cosmetic issues.

Pitiful. I emailed some questions, Irfan replied to call him.i emailed again, and he repeated his nothing response to call.
I work 12 hour days and was supposed to be able to inquire online, but no. Bad internet skills.

I was told that the truck should have been removed because they couldn't sell it because they didn't have a title for it ! Something I really didn't understand !

Response from current dealership:
In the State of Missouri you are not allowed to sell a vehicle unless you are in possession of the title. The party we purchased the truck from had misplaced their title and we were waiting for it to come in from the State. I apologize but we have to comply with the laws.

salesman was friendly and helpful, I looked at the car didn't buy.
Good contact. They knew nothing about the vehicle. It was a 2004 Dodge and with 89k miles. Carfax showed 8 owners, which is unusual amount look like it changed hands every year after the single accident the report showed. It has also been on their lot for close to 6 months , which me it has been seen and test driven and no one wanted it.
Logically I think something happened to the truck during the accident that made people trade it every year. The sales woman did not seen concerned and had no info on the vehicle. Pretty sure they know somethings wrong with it or worse they don't care.

Dealer did respond yet we have not made any kind of deal. The dealer did fine for me.
Terrible experience, both the manager and salesman had no respect for my time. I talked to both of them prior to driving over an hour and told them what I had to work with and sent them pictures of the vehicle I would be trading in. They both told me that they thought they would be able to make it work and once I got out there they offered me 1/3 of the price we discussed on the phone but had no reason why the price drop so much other than we needed to see the vehicle even though they said all the pictures and our discussion was accurate. I read other reviews online prior to dealing with them and there were a number of people that similar reviews, so it's my own fault you're not listening to them.

I appreciate the fact that you have frustrations about the drive, It's not our store in the wrong. I personally looked at your trade trying to help the managers help make a deal for you. You failed to mention the bed on your truck was cracked almost in half, not to mention badly hail damaged and never repaired. We are a full disclose dealership, all the damages being passed to the next buyer would not be fair at the price you wanted for your trade. It would not of been fair to the next buyer to sell them a vehicle and not tell them the true condition when traded. Certainly you understand that

drove two and half hours to get the truck I was buying from them to find out they had sold it 5 days earlier. I talked to them on the phone the day before to let them know for sure I would be there and they told me the truck would be cleaned and ready to go. That I was buying and excellent truck. I had even communicated on email. All I can say they are professional liars and unprofessional sales people. This is just a way to get you on the lot to purchase something else.

Another customer had driven here from Tennessee the same morning as you. Please also note it happens often at my store. EVERY CUSTOMER DESIRES A GREAT DEAL!!!The truck was offered at such a cheap price the only way to avoid this happening is with a deposit. I did however read your emails and you had not left a deposit and wanted a further discount. I apologize for the inconvenience but you had the same opportunity at the other customer who simply beat you to the deal. You should have not stated the truck sold 5 days earlier because that's simply NOT a true statement.

We are a value priced store, sometimes we lose business because we work on a smaller margin and some folks want to offer less. We have to sacrifice margin to put a quality car on the road. Our intentions are not to upset anyone, just sell better cars for less.
