There are times when Autocheck and Carfax can have conflicting data. If you have questions about a particular vehicle, please feel free to call us. We don't have a crystal ball but we work our hardest to be up front and transparent about everything we do. That's what's kept us in business for 42 years.

Hi Courtney, Thank for your Feedback. You are correct, there was an injector issue with this Excursion. We can't forecast when these things are going to break but we're up front with our customers and would rather disclose it than hide it. I just looked back at your contact history and it looks like we did let you know that it was in the shop. The repair was just not completed by the time you arrived. We had already ordered a complete new set of injectors ($1000) and will have them installed next week. We do have multiple parties interested in this truck, which is why we are not flexible on th

Especially after we've committed to spending a few thousand of dollars installing all new injectors. We apologize that the truck was did meet your expectations. We did not plan for the injectors to fail, but again, we can't forecast this type of issues and we always try to be as transparent as possible with our customers. Hi Joe, sometimes if we find that a vehicle has significant issues beyond a reasonable repair, we determine not to sell it in the best interest of our customers. I do apologize that no one reached back out to you to update you on the status of the vehicle.
