Pros: Dealer was very responsive with calls and texts.
Cons: listed a car at a good price with no stated issues then auctioned it without giving me a chance to buy it when I started asking questions and wanted a test drive.

Very Nice
They lie and try to manipulate customers who don’t know about cars. Anyone who wants full details i can send my full bbb complaint, and you might as well check out others which will show you reasons to steer clear of this place.bad will be listed first as well as good things on the bottom.
Bad:
First off the advertisement on the website is a lie contains incorrect pricing, false information (if anyone wants to dispute this i can send a copy of the bill and videos of the website)
Secondly their word doesn’t mean anything! They tell you they need some time to prep or get the car in the shop (call ahead of time to make sure it’s even done)
They say they’ll honor their word (which is commendable) but refuse to write it on any document that you may need for court proceedings should something go amiss.
They will tell you a car is in condition it’s not! Make sure you thoroughly check the vehicle, for missing panels, features that aren’t working, or noises (before and after things come ou
Spoke with the sales manager who was willing to do business with me over the phone. Since I live 2 hours away so this is usually an impediment but I did in fact buy two prior cars over the net. She was very polite but in the end the vehicle simply didn’t match our needs so didn’t end up buying from them. Nevertheless I do feel I received courteous service during my conversation. Kudos.

Very deceptive about pricing,tried to add on exhorbitant fees for
administrative costs and 900$ for what they term a security
package.i bought elsewhere

never wast your time with this dealer, they are very
dishonest people. they post a nice car with very good price,
when we called them, they confirmed the car is still
available, but when we got there for test drive, they told us
th car is just sold

The sales rep "Al" was very patient and professional throughout the visit. He went above and beyond to try to earn my business but unfortunately we were not able to come to a deal at the end which was not his fault. We had a pleasant experience.

Super poor, they utterly lack customer service. Inflexible with negotiating pricing. Small show room and lack of dealer desk and chairs, you stand and negotiate. Plus, dealers are waiting outside the dealership waiting to poach you.

It could be the typical dealership games with a new vehicle in

I spoke on the phone with Raymund Vaelnzuela, he gave me what I thought
was a fair price. I went to the dealership, drove the car, and shook hands.
We did the deal without any signature until the end.
I highly recommend this dealer, and strongly suggest people seek out
Raymund.

The salesperson added over $1800 (almost 20%) in various "transaction"
fees (before sales tax) to the advertised vehicle price. This included a
"banking fee" even though I clearly stated that I planned to buy the car with
cash. When I asked to provide a written breakdown of the various fees and
explain the purpose of each, the salesperson flat out refused. At that point I
walked out. Don't waste your time, this dealer cannot be trusted.

I have bought 7 Hondas over my life.
Never from here and most likely won't
return. 5 hours of around and around.
Paperwork was all wrong when I arrived
to pick it up. They gave me the wrong
info for the insurance company. Fought
me on everything. When I asked who it
was financed thru, the sales person
couldn't figure it out as it wasn't on any
of the papers. Then there was Names
spelled wrong. Didn't want to give me
proof of the warranty (used car). The
only saving moment was when on of the
managers came over and handle all
My questions and gave me what I
needed. Overall a poor showing for
Honda brand.

Worse dealer on earth, don't even try to go to this one. This is my
story:
I saw a car in Internet and contacted the Internet manager, who told
me the car was available, I told him I was in another state so be
sure I wouldn't wade my time and money but he assured me the car
was there. Just before leaving there I contacted again and talked to
a girl who rechecked for me and told me the same: the car is
available, so I got there 3.5 hours and talked to a person, I
explained him about my appointment to see the car, this one told me
right away, sorry that car is not available, that one was sold couple
days ago, but then I saw the car, he then told me somebody let
some money deposit for it, so he couldn't sell it to me, you can
imagine how I was, then I got and idea, call the dealer from right
there, just to check and for my probably "surprise" the person who
took the phone call checked and rechecked for me and told me:
sure you can come the car is still available, nobody has paid
anything for it, if you come today the car will be your. Then I told her
I was outside in the parking and somebody told all the bulls. She
told would send somebody to help me, somebody that I never saw,
the only people I saw was some guys like jokers.
They don't respect people, nobody deserve this. Hopefully
somebody read this review and others in Internet and don't waste
their time and money if coming from another state, like my case.

Over priced for the car.

This Internet sales girls had no idea what was going on. They told
me the car was still available, and when i spoke to the finance guy
and an actual salesman the car was sold. Filled the online credit app
out and online appraisal for my trade and they never even received
it, thank god i didn't take the 2 hour ride. I purchased the car from a
real reputable Honda dealer .

I showed up to see a car i was told was there and car was in "service" Made a second appointment and car was not on the lot eventhough it was a short ride there and it clearly not cleaned or serviced. They quoted the 2010 toyota for 11,995 and eventhough suggested some flexibility at first they lost the sale by insisting to their adverstized price.
