I never had any contact with anyone but Francis Liggett and he was absolutely outstanding! He responded to any questions I had immediately and worked diligently to help me get the car bought. I had some concerns and to be quite honest if not for Francis working things out I would not have bought the car. Honda Carland needs to do whatever is necessary to keep Francis on the payroll. I have never enjoyed working with a car salesman until I bought this car from Francis. He was knowledgeable, informative, and response , not aggressive, pushy , or dishonest. He changed my opinion of a “ car salesman “ Can’t rate the dealership but Francis Liggett on a scale of 1 to 10 is a 20 ! Ten is not high enough!

I contacted Honda Carland regarding 2022 Civic Si, manager called me back soon after and was eager to sell the car. Before going to the dealership I asked for out the door price, he quoted me $43k!!! What??? They charge $7.5k market adjustment + $2-3k in junk fees…how is $28k budget car now sells for Audi money…that is crazy!!! I understand that they have a choice to jack up the car price and I have a choice not to buy it from them. My point of writing this review is to expose the dealer greed…I hope that they will see the backlash and reconsider selling cars at MSRP or close to it.

I had the worse encounter and experience. I’ve been car shopping for month and the process is stressful. I’ve been saving for a year so I want what I want. The first time I visited I spoke with a Chris. Who’s desk is upfront. He was aggressive and helpless. Acted like he was doing us the world lowering the car by 500 dollars. His statement we’re not consistent when we were negotiating so he must have been offended when we declined and left. Second time around he went with my mum whom on the way forgot her cellphone at home so used mine to call the dealership to tell them we coming tho we can just walk in. She’s old school lol Chris must have spoke with her. we arrived we were helped by a woman but upon looking up my number in the system she sent us back to Chris saying we were now his customer. I get the business but I was not comfortable with him. He was rude, aggressive, a typical heartless salesman. He approached me, laughed in my face openly. I was denied another sales guy

Good afternoon, my name is kenny kaplan and i am the GM of honda carland. My understanding is the guest wanted to pay 21000 inc tax on a vehicle that was 25 thousand and that was far from attainable. I believe we then offered them a vehicle that could attain their budget but they did not want that.
Test drive was long enough to really get to know this handling dream. Cutting a deal to my satisfaction was quite the experience as Rashan stood firmly on price while discussing one another’s lives finding common ground among diverse backgrounds. Striking the deal meant sitting with Cleo,the finance manager, to tie up all the loose ends and drive away satisfied. At each stage of my buying experience the cards were laid out while ultimately the bank dealt my hand. The folks at Honda Carland worked diligently and I appreciate that effort as well as my experience buying from them.

Horrible experience. I will say Katia and Doc were good. I bought a new Honda Clarity and there are in limited supply in Atlanta which is why I suffered through this experience. I will guarantee had i been purchasing an Accord or Civic I would have walked out and purchased elsewhere.
I had pricing pre- negotiated before going. The only thing we had to deal with was the value of trade. Even with that it took over 4 hours to complete transaction. The finance person I dealt with was Elrico Williams and not only was he terrible he litterally tossed the papers on the table after I told him I was not financing with Honda. He tossed the documents on the table told me to sign and he would be back. I have a credit score of over 800 and had alternate financing arranged. He came to me with a rate of 4.9% for 60 months. I emailed and met with Kenny Kaplan the general manager. I made it clear i wanted nothing. I was just letting him know how I was treated.

Todd was fine as a salesman. The reason I didn’t purchase the vehicle was because the vehicle had more dings on it than the pic shows. Which to me means a rough driver on the car.

Very good...salesman was not high pressure
test drive was pleasant
Horrible customer service. Inquired about a
vehicle and someone was quick to respond. Once
they found out I was an internet shopper coming
from a long distance to purchase they put me on
the back burner to get back to me once they
weren't busy with customers.
Then days later JP called me back and i asked for
a more detailed video, pictures, and specifics
about the vehicle. He made it seem like it was a
pain for him to get it and told me I should come
test drive it and look at it. I explained to him once
again I live out of state and he said he would get
them for me. Days later he gets back ahold of me
and says he's sent the pictures. I never received
them. Then he said he emailed them. I never
received them. So either JP doesn't know how to
send pictures or video to someone or he was
lieing. Either way, pretty pathetic.
So I called the dealer back and requested to
speak with someone else after JP couldn't do his
job. This guy treated me the same way. I
explained I live out of state and he said he
couldn't really get me video or pictures like it was
a waste of his time. He eventually said he would
and never heard back from him.
Watch yourself with this dealership. Shady, lieing,
lazy salesman that can't do their job or know how
to send pictures or videos. Salesman like these
are what give car salesman a bad name.

Love Honda Carland. They were respectful and easy to talk to. However, when I go to buy a car, I want the deal today. I do not want them to call me later and change their minds. People drive long distances to purchase cars.

Good customer service but could not get the car I was looking.
Experience was good. Not great. The used car office was a huge step down
from the main showroom. Usually there is a difference but this one was
significant. The sales guy was nice enough and the car is great. I was
thankful to have CarGurus pricing information. It helped a ton. They met me
at $500 off market value that CarGurus posted. The most annoying part was
that there was an Allstate office set up in the dealership and they made us sit
with their agent for a while. Total waste of time as I did not want to change
my insurance from my current provider and the people working there were
torturously slow! Other than that it was a pretty good experience. Nothing
glamorous about it though, that's for sure!

Great dealership and experience- Amir and Jerome in particular were fantastic and made the buying process comfortable and easy- Jerome went out of his way to call me the day after I purchased my car and told me he got me a better interest rate- something he didn't have to do, but did. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a car.

Dealer was friendly enough and communicated with me about everything via
email, but I was very disappointed in the way the truck was
represented...The ad gave the impression that it had 4 new tires, but it was
only 2...and the bed had some significant sheet metal damage that wasn't
disclosed...A 300+ mile trip for a total let-down...

They worked to make a deal but were one of those eliminated out of 25. It was a pleasure to speak with the sales staff. Good experience.
They agreed to a price over the phone, and then in person. But when you go out to pick the exact car, color, etc. they do not happen to have ANY cars without additional packages added. $$$ So they have you hooked on a particular car, excited about the deal they have "agreed to", but "unfortunately" they have to charge you for what they have added. HONDA CARLAND ADDED pinstripes, splash guards, trunk tray and paint sealer to EVERY Civic, and always do. Then they "unfortunately" charged you for things you don't want or need. In additon, their dealer doc fees are $200 more than Milton Martin, and they refused to match the other dealer's fee. They are out to take advantage of you!! I was warned about their add ons.. now I pass that warning to you. BEWARE
