The staff were very professional and friendly extremely patient with me. The
vehicle was very clean and looked great. However, I did not realize until I got in
the vehicle that it did not have a sunroof and that realization made me feel
claustrophobic. Fortunately, However, there was another RX 350 on the lot that
had the sunroof plus more features and the color is eminent pearl white (my
favorite) that I found more appealing at this dealership. I ended up purchasing that
one instead. It is the perfect vehicle for me. I am very please with my experience
at Hilton Head BMW because they made me the best purchase deal. I enjoyed
the experience and would purchase again.

Communication was poor throughout the process.
I was contacted by 3 different people regarding the vehicle. One simply stated they were from BMW and to call them. After hours of waiting for a price, I complained to the general manager about a salesperson demanding proof of insurance before they would reveal the out the door cost.
I immediately received the information. The website info and vehicle were nice. This was all that I needed from the beginning and would have sealed the deal but was retaliated against a short while later from a salesperson with a text from their personal line for my perceived rudeness of requesting vehicle details.

3 different people emailed me from Hilton Head BMW. None of them answered my questions in my email. The Sales agent emailed me back a week or so later saying she noticed I didn’t have my phone number listed. Yes she still didn’t answer my questions in my original email. Now the car is at another BMW which I assume is owned by the same group with a higher sale price. So the car has more miles and higher price.

I drove from Charleston to buy a BMW here because the price was cheaper in Hilton Head for the car I was looking for. The person that sold me the vehicle was named Roger. When it came to doing paperwork he made it as seamless and quick as possible - he was great. The entire sales team was friendly, welcoming, and kind. I would recommend Hilton Head BMW to others if they are looking to purchase a BMW.

I was told the car was available through email and text. Then scheduled appointment for the same day. I drove
an hour and 20 mins from Georgia. When I got there to the car was not available due to mechanical issue.
Which I can understand. Then a day later I receive another email stating the car was no longer available and
had been sold. Make it make sense.

At first we got there and the car was out for a test drive because they didn’t get the email from their call center that we had an appt to test drive the car. We drove 2 hours and if the person test driving the car decided to buy then we would’ve drove 2 hours for nothing. Outside of that mix up, the staff was very nice and remorseful for the mix up.

I was interested in this car. Spoke with Mark whom put me off on another salesman. I’m 3 hours away. I talk with the dealer ask if there was a hold payment that I could give him until I arrived the next morning. He told me they didn’t take holds for preowned . He said tell me when you coming and I will hold it for you. I said I will be there when you open in the morning. He said okay. My bank already had my paperwork written up. I was stopping by to sign those papers pick up the check and head to Bluffton. I’m leaving the bank and on the road @8:56 the salesman called me and said the was sold!

I spoke to someone on the phone and told them I was interested in seeing the Jeep. I then showed up fifteen minutes after the phone conversation and no one assisted me and my wife. I walked around the lot and found the Jeep tucked in the furthest corner of the lot. The vehicle was extremely dirty inside and out and the windshield had writing saying the Jeep was not for sale. I then left the dealership. This Jeep is very overpriced for the condition it is in.

I contacted the dealer via email about a trade in value for my car and the cost of this vehicle. The showroom salesman called me and was rude and spoke to me disrespectfully. He gave me my trade in value and the cost of the vehicle. I asked if that was the lowest price he could give me. He then gave me a lecture about selling cars online and how that is the absolute lowest they can go. I told him i needed time to think about it and to look over my finances. I emailed him later with questions and a counter offer. He never responded. He has never contacted me again. This dealership is 3 hours from me. I was willing to drive that distance because I really wanted the car.
The online salesperson was nice and helpful, however.

I arrived early and initially had a great feeling as Nick was working the lot.
He welcomed me and seemed like a cool guy. I was then handed off to
Charles whom I had online correspondence with. We test drove vehicle
and all was well. I was going to look at about 4 other Jags but after 30
minutes I dropped all others and went back as this was the vehicle for me.
I was headed for purchase. There was a moment that soured everything
when the finance guy tossed my papers on the desk after I declined any of
the up-sells he had. The addition of GAP insurance and an extended
warranty were not necessary in my mind. This changed the tone on
everything. The deal they came back with was a little higher due to
something I initially overlooked (miscalculation on my part). That really
didn't deter me but the rudeness of the finance guy just kept replaying in
my head. Throwing the papers down was really a no go. I left the car I
wanted and took my money to my 2nd choice.

After an email and a phone call, I took the next day off work to travel 2 hours to look at this Jeep. Around 11:30 that morning a sales representative sends me a copy of the car fax (wasn’t made available free prior) in order to make sure I knew what I was driving down to see. After reviewing the car fax I did not make the trip. Replied to sales representative who wasn’t very concerned regarding my disappointment in the way this was handled. I lost a days pay for a trip I did not make.

So, after much back and forth with this dealership I finally set up an

in August of 2017 I responded to Hilton Head BMW's on-line ad for their
2014 BMW Z4. I was contacted by one of their salesman and made a very
reasonable offer. To date I have not heard back from the dealership via
phone call or email in regards to my offer or continued interest in the car. I

I received an alert on car gurus about a pre-owned vehicle at this dealership. I responded immediately. I received an email from 2 different people at this dealership. I called them next day, left voice mails, no return calls were received by me. I called again the next day and got his voice mail again. I called again and asked the person that answered the phone about the vehicle and she told me it was sold. Disappointed, several days later I got another email from a man at the dealership about the vehicle and I told him I was informed the vehicle was sold. He emailed me back saying it was still there and I replied that I would like to see the spec sheet on the vehicle and could he tell me the current cost and the car fax. After this exchange taking place over a course of minutes, hours later I re emailed him because I got no reply and then 30 minutes later he emailed me and said, "this car is on a truck going to a dealership in Oklahoma unless you agree to buy it right now for 33900". If this is the way that you would like to purchase your next vehicle, by all means, this is the dealership for you. If, however, you envision a much nicer and friendlier buying experience, then you need to run as far away from this dealership as possible.

The dealer was very honest and up front about the vehicle. The whole buying experience was pleasant, albeit a bit long (it was the end of the month with a higher volume of sales at the time). This dealer has the best deals in the state if not the South East for BMWs.

They had a nice used truck that they knew was over priced and
because the mileage was low the wholesale kelly blue book was
$11,370 was asking $21,000 reduced to $16,500 they knew the car
was overpriced $5,000 on a 2004 was not right and I think I was
taken advantage of me I will not ever go back to a dishonest dealer
to make an quick buck at my expense and I will tell my buddies and
business associates not to go there they need to be held
accountable for their dishonesty even though this was my
responsibility they knew they were taking advantage of me and in
the long run this will cost them don't shop there go to an honest
