Not satisfied with going there with pre qualification and then not being able to work out something. That they said they would use the pre qualification, we arrive from about 56 miles away and nothing but issues. They wanted to use there bank and only there and couldn’t compromise on the price.

My contact with Craig in sales was an awesome
experience. He was very informative in regards the CT6
that I wanted to purchase. Unfortunately, we could
couldn't agree to the final purchase price point. But they
were my second choice had I not went through with my
purchase of my CT6 from another dealer.

Hill Cadillac are very professional and polite. Although I wasnt able to work out a deal for the car, Hill Cadillac pulled out all the stops to try and make it happen for me.

We visited Hill Cadillac . I purchased 2016 CTS 3.6 all wheel drive however when we purchase vehicle we were promised a shirt and hat and weather mats. we received the weather mats no hat no shirt as promised would not visit this dealer again.

Dealership contacted me immediately after i contacted them through carguru. Recieved a phone call the very next morning from Mike Torrence one of the sales professionals. Made an appointment to see the 2015 SRX which was cleaned and waiting for us under cover due to rain. We inquired about another SRX which he showed us and we bought. Mo pressure, went over the entire car great job. I would highly recommend this dealership. This is the second car we have purchased and both times the experience was exceptional.
