Ron and Abe were extremely professional. Very helpful, accommodating and receptive to my needs.
I called for an OTD price on a 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe and a man claiming to be the Internet Sales Manager told me "we are too busy selling cars to give you an OTD. You will have to come to the dealership to get a price." That is extremely rude and bad sales tactic. That shows me that this dealership does not believe in transparency. I bought a vehicle the next day from a different dealer that was transparent and wanted to earn my business.

Hiley Mazda in Burleson was an incredible dealership. I located them from advertising on Car Gurus as I looked for the best deal on a Mazda CX-
90. Ashlyn was very patient with me and Craig Maynard worked together to find exactly the vehicle my daughter wanted. The finance team
stepped in to find the very best rates and made sure that the numbers were true and right. Everything was handled over the phone and internet with
my daughter and 7 year old twins picking up their new beautiful CX-90 in about 30 minutes and a Saturday afternoon. Great folks! Could not
recommend them more.

We would give 5 stars because the salesman Ron was friendly and helpful and the finance guy Roy was nice and easy to talk to. But we are only giving 2 stars because the price of the vehicle advertised is not what was put on our sales contract. There was a $2000 price difference. We contacted Ron about it and he told us Roy would contact us but we have not received response.

The Cadillac SRX we went to the dealership to see was listed on CarGurus was listed
for $18,244. When we told them we had a trade -in and presented with a deal, the
starting price was about a $1000.00 higher than the CarGurus advertised price. We
got the car dealer run around from Randy, the manager, about how he could honor
that price, but he couldn’t give us as much for our vehicle. (2008 Lexus 350RX).
Basically an insult to our intelligence. He also stated to us that all his “pre- owned”
cars were checked out to be operational and all safety features are working.
However, the touch screen computer screen was inoperable. How thorough was that
inspection? We decided to walk away, feeling that we were lied to and disrespected
by the dealership.

This is a great dealership!! We were contacted by email when looking for a Hyundai Elantra GT. We didn't make it down to the dealership till Saturday and the car we were interested in had been sold. But with Arthur's help we left in a GT that was a step up from the original one. Great car, great price and amazing service. They blew away all the other dealerships we had gone to...I would highly recommend Hiley Hyundai for your next car purchase.

Deceptive pricing scheme - dealer adds compulsory $1,767 safety and appearance package to every vehicle and never mentions it online. The safety and
appearance package includes lifetime tinted windows, wheel locks, pinstripes, nitrogen in the tires, paint protection, and your 1st oil change free (~$250 worth of
stuff, if you even want it). As a result all their vehicles listed online have artificially low advertised pricing.

The initial point of contact closed the door in my wife’s face. Later Randy could not find the keys to car after I had reached out earlier to let him know I was heading their way to look at their vehicle. Vehicle had musty “wet dog” smell to it and sand/leaves under spare tire that looked brand new. When I voiced my concerns with Randy, he took offense and became defensive. I got irritated with Randy with all that had gone wrong with this visit. I will not buy a vehicle with Hiley.

This dealer tried to screw me out of a paid for truck wanted me to put down an extra $5,000 when they giving me $18,000 for my truck. Dan trying to sell me a truck that I didn't ask for with the same amount of miles on the truck that I'm asking for. very poor customer service. And tried to boost the sales tax rate up to 20.2% when is only 6.25% in the state of Texas. And I thought I talked to another dealership they told me that dealership was trying to rip me off because I shouldn't have to put nothing down with the credit score I had because the trade-in was the same thing as cash

My salesman was the absolute best. Got me into the car I wanted and was so nice, and patient. There are a couple things about the overall dealership, the fact that you don't fill up a used car is ridiculous. I'm making a purchase just like someone buying used and the fact that I'm treated differently is horrible. I loved my salesman but that almost made me go somewhere else. Every other place I have ever been or my family has been makes sure the customer is happy and treating me different because I was buying a car with 9000 miles (almost brand new) is not right. I left there with less than half a tank and live an hour away I had to fill up that night, I am very disappointed and will not recommend hiley Hyundai if someone is looking for a car.

My experience with this dealership was TERRIBLE. I went an looked at a Mini Cooper and decided to purchase, they told me they would put it in the back until the following Monday when I was suppose to get it. When I called to tell them I had finished the paper work they had told me they sold it to someone for 8,000 cash. They had told me it was in the back and it would not be touched and it was. I had even offered a credit card number to hold it and they said that they didn't need it, it would be in the back. I do not recommend doing business with this dealership, all they want is money and they do not care what deals/promises they have made to get it. Could not have been worse service.

I drove out to see the car and was told after 20 minutes of them looking for it that it was in the shop. But I called before going and was told it was going to be at the front waiting for me to see and test drive. This was an absolute waste of time. They never called me back , after the car got back.

I was contacted by 7 different associates late at night and early in the morning over multiple days. They continued to pester me for a week. To add to that, they really didn't seem to care about a sale. Go elsewhere. Trust me. They will never earn my business
