Make sure you check vehicle history before you purchase from this dealer! They sale a lot of cars after accident! For the same price as no accident cars! Be smart ! I would not recommend that dealer.

Seems like they have quality vehicles at good rates. Manager responded to my interests in a timely manner. Unfortunately I found a different vehicle for my needs. But they seem very willing to work with you and help you get into a quality vehicle that is affordable to your needs.

After submitting online request, received a call from Charlie the very next day. Purchased this vehicle out of state and and had a great experience. They handled everything and staff was courteous and friendly to make it a smooth transition. Vehicle was exactly as described!

The owner was decent to work with. Trucks were in like brand new condition. Mileage was off a couple thousand miles. Listed with 9800 and had 11,600 on it. Pros: Good quality inventory, fair pricing. Cons: Felt like service could have been better. Waited a long time doing paperwork. We looked at this truck and orange truck which both had been selling slow on carguru. Over 200 days on the market. We liked the green one better, however the orange one had some extras on it. I inquired to have the couple extra things swapped onto the green one to seal the deal. I was disappointed that they would not do it because then they would have to take new pictures and repost add. I just thought I’m spending 35k on a truck that has been sitting for 3/4 of a year with no interest, you can’t take care of a future returning customer and throw on some simple bolt on items. Mind you I drove 5 hours to do business with them. Overall I got a clean truck for a fair price.

I visited this dealership last Saturday and purchased a 2019 Infiniti Q50. I asked the salesmen if the car had apple carplay, I spend a lot of time in the car and it's important to me to have map access and the other conveniences of carplay. He said it did. At this point I had looked at over a dozen cars, I test drove it to see how it drove. I didn't know how to work the technology so I didn't play with it but I trusted my salesmen's. I was 40 minutes away when I realized it had no navigation (which would be fine if it had carplay) but it also isn't carplay compatible and despite it having two huge screens, plugging my phone in would not put my maps on either screen. I called them to ask if they could help me figure something out. I was told I'd be called back. I emailed asking them to make it right and to cover the cost of an after factory unit and that I would agree to pay install. People make mistakes, how you rectify it matters. I'd steer clear of these guys, unethical.

Did not purchase from them but only because they didn't have the exact car I wanted. Even during this "new normal" they were extremely accommodating. I would definitely give them a shit in the future

DON'T BUY CAR HERE! I recently purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Camaro on Tuesday 02/25/2020 from Highline Car Connection, 1833 Watertown Ave, Waterbury, CT 06708. Within the first week of owning the car, I found frame damaged, the car was leaking oil, and was there was a rubbing noise coming from the car when you took turns. Highline refused to give me a refund or fix the the car. The dealership told me that I caused the damage due to my aggressive driving and that the frame damage was from a tow truck. I ending up having to get a lawyer and an auto expert to get my money back.

Very responsive dealership. I went during the week and the salesman was fully available to show me multiple cars. I ended up buying a great car at a great price. The sales paperwork was done in about a half hour and I was out the door.

Sales experience was excellent, Charlie was responsive and thorough. However, INTERNET BUYERS BEWARE. Drove 2.5 hours to pick up vehicle we were assured was very clean. Rushed through paperwork, truck still not In site. Drove around as Lou left, noticed 8” long chipped paint and rust on sill plate, not to mention a dirty interior, dog hair, stains, etc, because Lou and Charlie not there we left to beat snow storm back home under the assumption they would make it right. Boy were we wrong, to date (2 weeks from purchase) we finally got an email from Lou simply saying the warranty covers only mechanical issues. I’d have no problem whatsoever if this defect was DISCLOSED in the photos, description or from the salesman.

Worst experience at this so called dealership. My husband and I were looking for a Dodge Ram truck for our son. Inspected the truck after test driving it and I noticed the hatch trim piece on the inside sticking straight up. The salesman Mike said, “That’s not a safety feature so I’m not obligated to fix it.” We didn’t even say anything or ask for it to be fixed. Then we headed inside to negotiate, we wanted to get steps included and $300 off, he came back with, “I can do one or the other, and if I do the steps they will be the cheapest ones.” I mean really, who says this when you’re trying to sell something?! We left the dealership to discuss it for a couple days. I called the next day and talked to the owner who continued to say that I probably took what he said wrong. What??! He continued to give me an attitude of well do you want the vehicle or not. Also, some of these vehicles are bought/registered in Canada therefore the warranty is voided.

I had been going back and forth with Peter to set up an appointment of when I was able to pick up the truck since I live 2 hours away. I was already approved for the loan and insured the truck so I could pick it up the next day only to get a call that he sold it . This is why used car salesmen have the reputation they have. I would give 0 stars if possible

I called to ask about the car and paint to see if it was faded etc. Gentlemen on the phone said it looked great. But in pictures and zooming in. It appeared to have a bad spot behind convertible top on trunk. So I didn’t want to waste my time going there.

Dealer price is exorbitantly high. As a collector of these particular cars, I tried to negotiate (politely) with the seller but the mere suggestion of negotiation caused him not to respond. As a result, I’m not certain they want to sell this car, and certainly they don’t want to sell it via Gurus. Rather, seller says “come in” to discuss. Of course, if I had wanted to “come in” I wouldn’t have reached out via the internet. Sellers really need to come down to earth in the 21st millennium.

I was very interested in the car. I contacted them with questions. They got back to me a week or so later asking if I was still interested. I said yes and re-asked the questions. No response. Not going to spend big money to buy long distance from such a careless dealer.

sent a message the night before, and i showed up int he am even before they had a chance to respond, they still were very accommodating and welcomed, i just felt right about the place, very small, i told charlie what i wanted, and he was able to make it happen, it was a very quick and smooth transition so far. Lou was the final touch, did all the financial mumbo jumbo , answered anything i had questions on no matter how annoying i was!! i was in and out! i cant speak for my future encounters but i have to say this first one was pretty great! i recommend anyone to check them out! and Also lou throws in your very own LANYARD! cant pass that deal up!!

Great people at the dealer - Yet their internet sales / ads are misleading - two different times they posted ads for F 150 with various options - when I called and inquired- it was noted that the ads were a misprint.

This dealer responded right away. They have a ton of used cars for sale on the lot. I am in the process of purchasing the Toyota Avalon listed above. They will negotiate a little. One word of caution-be sure of what they are saying to you and get confirmation in writing.

Called Back in a timely manner

I drove about 40 miles to visit this dealership. The sales staff was helpful and went out of their way to answer questions and try to address a problem with the navigation system in the car I was looking at. The car was a good value but it had a black interior which was a problem for me. I would recommend this dealership.

Very nice people but misleading. They listed the car as a 2ss but it's a 1ss the lower model. It seems they sell alot of prior rental cars. As for correcting the listing they did for one day and then changed it back to 2ss the next day. If you're coming from far away like I did I suggest you ask first then drive. I wasted 5 hours round trip of my time. If it's to good to be true it usually is so don't waste your time.

I believe they have been the most honest dealership that I have ever dealt with when buying a used car.

Poor customer service. I live out of state, the truck I was interested in was sold last week. The dealer failed to call me or send a courtesy text to inform me of this. It would have been seeing as I rearranged my whole work schedule to make the 2 hour drive to buy it.

This car they showed me. You could tell it had body work done, not good body work either. Then brought out a Nissan Rogue that was dirty inside, and looked like someone with hooves dragged their feet to get in drivers door. Overpriced not worth the price you’d spend. I went to Elsewheres much happier with what I purchased

Almost bought this car. They were very easy to work with. Took the car to an outside mechanic for me and found the car had issues. Leaking head gasket, extensive surface rust on the underside, will also need a clutch and a few more things were wrong with the car. They were not willing to fix or drop the price. Then they drop the price on line and still say the car is in really good condition. It is not! Do not buy this car unless you want to have about $4,000 worth of work to do once you do. Really disappointed that they would even try to sell this car now knowing all that is wrong with it ! BE AWARE!

They detailed and even helped my unveil the surprise to my newly licensed driver. They were very helpful,kind and didn’t have that used care salesman feel to the dealer ship. Charlie was sweet and made the whole transaction painless.

Reached out to the dealer via email regarding a truck they had for sale and Charlie returned my email promptly. He was forthright with information and just persistent enough to show he was interested in making a deal. After a few emails back and forth we actually spoke on the phone as well and he was nice to speak with. He gave me a good offer on my trade in and although we haven't finalized anything as of yet the opportunity is there. If this deal doesn't work out I would certainly entertain trying again on a different vehicle.

This is a dealer who uses decieption in advertising. They stated on car Gurus that the car had never been in an accident. Which proved to be false once I challenged them. Beware of this dealer

I was informed that this car was no longer available. I then let them know the options I was looking for and they said they had some in stock. We set up an appointment to meet that day and when we showed up we were informed they did not have anything we were looking for.

MILITARY MEMBERS BEWARE!!! With 18 years of Active Duty Service when I see a slogan on a business that states, "Veteran owned and operated", I think, Veterans Preference, as would anyone and I would rather deal with a company like this over another non Veteran owed company. Not here, go to another dealorship! I inquired about a specific vehicle, after speaking with Mike the used car salesman, I decided to fill out the documents for pre-approval to purchase that specific vehicle, Mike asked if he the price into a certain range would I come in? I told him yes, so he met my number, he asked if I wanted to put a deposit on it, (good luck getting your refundable deposit back when you decide not to purchase, it takes weeks), I said no, if it is everything you say it is I will leave with it, and as a man of my word I started the 100 mile trip from Newport, Ri. I was 3/4 the way there when he texted me (not even a courtesy call) and stated the car sold. My problem with this: 1. They are veteran owned and operated, I am a 18 year Vet still in. 2. I was pre-approved for that vehicle. 3. We agreed on a price (basically shook hands). 4. He knew I was coming from 102 miles away 5. He used the fact that I was coming in to buy the car to get full asking price from the other buyer. Great tactic Mike!! 6. Granted he asked if I want to put a deposit down. This Company has poor consumer sales ethics, they use key word slogans to attract certain groups of people with guaranteed employment (Military) then give you no preference over non-military. Take that out of your slogan then. I was beyond angry but waited a week to write this review in order to stick to the facts. Like most companies they do not care about you, just your cash.

We ultimately decided not to buy the car we test drove at Highline, but our sales rep Charlie was extremely kind, knowledgable, and very low pressure. He could tell after our test drive that we didn't love the car (for no other reason than it just wasn't right for ut). He didn't try to pressure us, he didn't try to spin it. He just told us exactly what you hope to hear "This is your decision, you do what is right for you." Although we didn't buy from him, I would definitely go back to him in the future and would recommend him to anyone that ask me.
