I asked for the price of the vehicle, received over ten messages wanting me to come in and look at it, I
explained that I needed to know if the car was in my price range before I wasted my time or their time, yet
they continued to pressure me to come in, they said that someone else would reach out to tell me the
price, they never did and until I unsubscribed I continued to get messages about scheduling a visit to see
a car that I still dont know the price of. If they were that pushy over the internet I would never in a million
years go in to buy a car there!
Car look like nothing in the photos. Rip off with the process fees. Cash deal should not include processing fee. Over 500 and more for paperwork come on. Car cost 2500, then other 3000 on top what deal. A 2500 dollar car ended up costing me 4000 to 5000 later.

Car that was advertised was not available because the vehicle didn't pass inspection (According to salesman). Dealer just tried to up sell me another vehicle out of my budget instead.
They replied told me that a car they listed for sale did not pass their internal inspection process? I call bs because why would you list a car that you don’t want to sell?

I am sorry for the delay in response. We have a wholesale to the public page we are close to other states that have much easier inspection requirements and sell lots of our trades without looking to inspect them they are clearly marked on our site. Very helpful and kind, however, I feel a lot of time was wasted because they didn’t tell us a price until the very end and the price ended up being too high. Not sure if that was necessarily their fault, but would’ve been nice to know sooner so that we didn’t waste our time looking at a car I couldn’t afford.

They contacted me a lot by phone, and left lots of voicemails. Which could have been good if I stayed interested. There prices were meh, just like all used cars at the time, so I ended up buying a new car from somewhere else but they seemed friendly.

Mike was great to work with. Even though he had other clients when we showed up later than expected, my wife and I never felt ignored or pressured and he answered all of our questions. He has a good disposition and left us with a positive car buying experience. It was worth the two and a half hour drive.

Ended up going with a more local dealership. Not through any fault of HiLo. Was a personal decision based on my situation. But my dealings over the phone were very fluid, their officer is very nice and helpful. Reached out a few times trying to accommodate my issues and expressed interest in helping me. Very pleased with my initial experience.

Good experiencia
Spoke to a salesman on the phone and he answered all questions I had about the vehicle. My main criteria was a clean vehicle with no rust and he assured me it was clean. I drove 4 hours to see the vehicle and there was clearly rust on both wheel wells! My wife and I were very disappointed for a wasted trip. Can’t believe they would ask almost $40k for a rusty vehicle!
The price listed for this vehicle is misleading. In addition to taxes and title fees (which are expected) this dealership adds $995 as a fee for “reconditioning” and to pay for the 6-month, 6,000 mile warranty. The car I was looking to purchase was a 2019 with under 20k miles so it was still covered by the Honda bumber-to-bumper warranty. I didn’t need the additional warranty but the dealership was unwilling to negotiate.

Great first time experience at Hi Lo. Desia was our salesman and did a great job with giving us space to test drive and discuss. My husband and I even took lunch to think and just talk about what we were thinking and came back without any interruptions from dealership. Not a pushy dealership by any means, which is a great feeling. Time allotment per each customer could be worked on, but I understand sometimes that can be difficult when there’s alot of potential customers.

The salesman (Cameron) contacted me right away and answered all my many e mails regarding
questions about the car and additional fees. He even did a FaceTime video walk around since I was
shopping and buying online. He also referred me to a shipping company who contacted me right
away with a no obligation quote on shipping the vehicle. I'm sure we could have come to a deal on
the car but I decided to purchase a similar one closer to me that I could actually see in person and

My car buying experience with Desia was fantastic. She was knowledgeable and patient as we went through the whole process.
We scheduled an appointment to go and see a
Toyota Sienna that was on sale. Mike was very
friendly and showed us the car. I drove it and
liked how smooth the car was. We checked the
car and noticed the the interior and it was poorly
cleaned and detailed. There were a lot of stains
and scratches on the inside. On the outside,
there were also a lot of scratches. I saw how
they tried to fix the damaged left by the last
accident. I asked to check the car's history and
Mike showed us the Experian paperwork. I
noticed that the description given online was not
accurate as the Experian report said that the car
was A Lease car and not a private owner. The car
also had a recall from 2016 that was not fixed.
Since I likes the car, I decided to make an offer
anyways. Mike went back and forth talking to his
general manager about our offer and to be fair,
the car was listed at $16,999 and our last offer
was $16,500. Well the manager said a big NO to
any offer that he was given. We decided to move

Got right back to me. We did not go out to dealership so I cannot speak to that.
After numerous attempts to look at the two different vehicles, I finally had a appointment set up at one of their dealerships. Upon arrival, nobody seem to know what was going on. Then I find out that one of the cars was sold already, and the other one went to auction. Drove almost an hour for nothing.

Salesman was great the other side was unreasonable on trade in low ball. Wouldn’t budge on pricing and let well qualified buyer only needed to come off 5k to seal deal and walk out probably won’t go back.

Not sure About them....inquired about a car and the Internet gatekeeper was tough to get around. Simply wanted to speak with sales person experienced with car and dealer, but gatekeeper wasn’t willing. Kept forcing me to commit to coming to their dealer. I finally gave up and said either I can speak with someone that can deal with me or not. Two days later the Internet person called again. I told them same thing. Finally another day later a sales person called. It took 6 days to speak with sales person. My impressions of the dealer is they are pushy and aggressive. Have to be able to deal same way in response.

The vehicle was not as described. We were told the interior was in excellent
shape but when we arrived the driver seat fabric was torn and it was stained
all over. It hadn't been cleaned out and was full of leftover food and trash. We
were also told the exterior was well cared for but the clear coat was peeling in
multiple spots. The salesperson you speak to is not onsite and clearly had
never seen the vehicle. I would not return to Hi Lo Auto Sales.

None of these cars are being sold to the public we have made an insurance claim and these cars are not available for sale to anyone. They are going to salvage. Hopefully you will continue to shop our inventory and find the right vehicle for you.

First of all, the manager here told me outright that his listing price was higher
than FMV because he did so many repairs.
In short, despite telling me they did repairs and that everything "checked
out", they would not tell me what repairs they did, nor would they let me do
my own inspection.
Went to test drive. Car seemed OK. Salesperson gave me car history report.
I left, thought it over, and asked them to tell me more about the condition of
things like engine belts, brakes, timing chain, valves/gaskets, because these
are typical repairs and they didn't disclose these details when I was at the
dealership. I requested that I be able to do an independent inspection so
that I could know what I was dealing with.
I did not hear a single word from this dealer for 2 weeks. NOTHING. I
reached out twice. The first time got no answers. The second time I was told
that they had reperformed their own inspection and that "everything checked
out". IDK what you think, but IMHO, that information is less than informative
and is worthless. I tried to explain to them that I never asked them to do that,
that if they had just listened to what I was asking they would've saved me
and them 2 weeks of wasted time and money.
At this point I made it crystal clear that I wanted to do my own inspection
with an independent mechanic. THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO HAVE
ANYBODY OTHER THAN THEIR OWN MECHANIC LOOK AT THE
CONDITION OF THE VEHICLE WHICH IS SHADDDDDYYYY.
Their reasoning was that it was the end of the month and couldn't risk having
the car off the lot. Ok, maybe that's valid if the inspection takes a couple
days. Get this: it would take 3 hours from the vehicle leaving the lot to being
back at the dealership. IMHO they were hiding something, so I quickly
moved on.
My main problem is that these people were atrocious communicators. They
wouldn't take my phone calls seriously, because apparently it meant I wasn't
a serious buyer. (I told them I would buy the car if I could do the inspection).
But you know, can't take the risk? Ok sure.
The salesperson told me to reach out and he would help after I test drove the
car. I did. Multiple times, over a 2 week span. He responded one time via
phone call, telling me it was his day off, he doesn't check email, that he
would read it and get back to me. Yeah I guess that's fair. BUT. He didn't! So
I called a week later, and was told by the manager that he would talk to the
salesman. I never heard anything (surprise). So the next week I called again
and was told they did some laundry list of things to assure me that the car
was OK. They wouldn't tell me what they checked, the condition of anything,
who did the inspection. They seemed to think this would quell my
suspicions. Well, it didn't, it just pissed me off and made me more skeptical
when they wouldn't let me get a second opinion.
TLDR:
They wasted my time, their time, and their money. THEIR LOSS!

I am sorry that you had a poor experience. Company policy is you can inspect cars by another mechanic at your expense by appointment not on a Saturday. We do have a inspection report and a list of repairs to bring up to warranty and inspection standards that is available upon request, I am sorry that this policy was not followed and I reprimanded the manager.
Communication was very good, with this dealership. Provide details in a timely fashion. Very courteous.

While we decided not to go with this vehicle because we realized we wanted an 8 seater, the dealer did follow up asking if we were interested in a crossover with 8 seats. So I'd say I had a good experience with this dealer.

Went to see the car, dealer siad it was there then called and said it was
sent out to get some paint fixed and be back in a few hours after i drove
30 mins. Would not preapproval over the phone out of 12 other dealers
this was the only one that would not just kept saying we will work it out
just come in.
i got the feeling they just want you to step on the lot so they can sell you
a other car at a higher price. I never did go look at the car. Found it all to
be in bad taste, pushy and it was $1500.00 higher with more miles then
other dealers.

Since I live about 30 mi away, I called to see if the car was still available . It was and it would be ready for me and my wife to see in the afternoon. I told the Hi Lo man that I would be there around 2PM. When we arrived around 2PM, the car was not on the lot. Hi Lo told us: "it is being prepared, will be here in about 15min, ...but when I pressed him, it said it could be as much as 30min". My wife and I decided to go do some more shopping and came back after about 1.5 hr. The car was still not there. We left. Obviously, we could not trust anything they said.
