This was the easiest experience purchasing a car that I have ever had. The car was delivered to my driveway. I don't even live in Charlotte. Every individual I came in contact with was kind and helpful. They will answer any questions you have .Abby, Carl, Lonnie are the absolute best!

I give this place no stars - I contacted them that I was interested in the car and wanted to make an appointment to go see it. Abby said ok and we communicated via phone, email and text about a specific car that I was going to buy which was what my appointment was for. We were communicating on a Sunday, which they are not open, so the earliest I could've made the appointment was Monday which I did. Well after all this back and forth the night before and the next day about how was excited about the car that I was going to buy, she just nonchalantly TEXTED me (not call) that the car was now unavailable and someone had walked into the dealer and bought it that day, right before my appointment. Seriously? She didn't have the courtesy to allow me an opportunity to buy it she just sold it from underneath me - talk about crappy customer service. I was so mad but oh well, it was meant to be because I found a much better deal at another area dealership and a much nicer car.

Carl Fitzgibbon was amazing. I drove 2 hours one way to look at the suv and he was prepared with everything I needed. I spend less than an hour in the dealership and I was on my way home with my new 2024 Hummer EV SUV!! Never in my life has car buying been enjoyable until HiLine. I would recommend to everyone!!

We gave them 3 hour notice of arrival. They said they would have the car ready. We arrived, they had done NOTHING, the car would not start. The battery was dead. One hour and 15 mins of waiting time for that. We test drove the car. It has SERIOUS PROBLEMS nearly causing an accident. Someone had previously test drove the car, had the same problem with it, parked it, left the hazard lights on thus drained the battery. I believe an employee knew about the problem and either said nothing or did nothing, thus wasting 7 hours of my time from drive time to back home time. The salesman was unknowledgeable about the car looking up features on Google as we drove the 5 mins circle. It was an absolute disaster. I left angry.

Typical used car salesmen. Car was not ultimately as described in terms of condition. Didn’t appear to be cleaned very well prior to delivery. Dealership overall didn’t seem to understand how to process an out of state transaction so registration proved pretty difficult. And ultimately once final papers were signed, no one would respond to me and if they did they were incredibly rude. Would never do business with this dealership again.

Car was not there. Salesman treated me like I was he thought I didn't have enough money. I was told that they were a haggle free dealership. When I told him that I would be putting down 10,000 down or buy right out. He changed his tone. Only to find out that the car was in the bodyshop. I left and purchased a 2023 from another dealer

I went to purchase 2015 Chrysler 300. We drove 1 hr 45 mins to get there. When we get there the guy was looking under the hood of the car. I ask what was wrong. He said nothing wrong, they were cleaning it up. First of all the salesman lied because the car was still dirty. Later he said it had a battery issue. We went outside to look at the car again, Turns out the car had an issue they tried to cover up. Then they tell us to buy it and drive it home and 1 hour 45 mins away. Then the car would not crank at all. One of the managers came out and said they were gonna run car through shop next day, change the battery if that's the issue, then call to come pick car up. We shook hands, and left in agreement. Next day someone from the dealer text my wife and said they reevaluated the car and raised the price back up on it. Worse experience ever at a car lot. Liars, with weak Character! Unless its a great car I would not do business with these folks. No integrity!!

They are horrible at following up on customer issues. Sold me the car with no trunk springs. I purchased the springs and let them know that they needed to at the least do the install and still haven’t heard a word from them. That’s not good customer service.

Follow through service was good but fell flat. The dealer allowed me to take the car for a used auto check with my mechanic. I did speak with their onsite services techs, they briefly shared with me some minor things they did to the car, but in their opinion the car was road ready. Once I got it to my mechanic though, totally different story. Car had major issues even though the dealer told me the car was ready to go. Highly disappointed with what I was being sold as a sound vehicle. Looks can be deceiving! Buyer beware!

Awful customer service didn’t understand which business auto loan I was applying for and pulled my credit when I was already pre approved. Went to another dealer with the same pre approval letter for the car and was able to get the vehicle that same day from a different dealer. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Staff argued with us instead of listening to what we had to say and did the process completely wrong wasting hours of our time in the process.

First I would like to say I love my car, it's everything, my experience with them was not the best, it was hiccups alone the way, my salesman was polite but the bottom line is making a profit and because I had my own financing the temperature changed and I felted it especially from the lead salesmen, who turns down Navy Federal Credit Union? They do. I felt disrespected and mishandled but after 2 days of dealing with them, I realized that it was laughable to think they cared about me, it's all about the Benjamins. So if you go here make sure you need their lenders and let them lead, last but not least I think they sell quality cars and that's what matters right?

Had a very good experience. The price was extremely attractive which is what drew me to the car. I hadn't seen a price like that at any other dealership for the Hyundai I bought. Skip my salesman was very friendly and helpful. Greg was as well. They even picked me up at my job and took the car to my mechanic to ensure I was comfortable with it. They we're also very honest during the whole process. I definitely recommend!!

I only rated with 4 stars instead of 5 because I ultimately did not purchase a vehicle from them. However they have a very nice selection of cars, especially in the luxury class. Our salesman Cliff McKee was thorough, explaining the car we bought after test driving it. The car had had a thorough inspection and detailed before our arrival. It looked like a new car on exterior and interior. Looking under the hood was amazing to find all looking new and so clean. After deciding we wanted to purchase the car, we then met the financial advisor and he carefully explained each item line of the finance. After completion, Cliff then presented us the 2 keys and wanted to show us how to use each of the interior features on the dashboard of the car. He was knowledgeable about the safety features and how they would operate.. We appreciated his time and expertise and his goal was to be sure of our satisfaction. I recommend this salesman and Hi-Line Autohaus to anyone interested in purchasing a new car.

Anton worked with me on the purchase of my vehicle and provided me with the best service from the beginning of the process to the end. Where can I even start with the experience I receive from Cliff as soon as I walked through the door he was phenomenal! Just from my past experience at other car lots he actually made me feel like I was more then a sale he actually cared ! The characteristic that I like most about Cliff is that he’s honest , I definitely would recommend Hi-Line Autohaus and will be back to purchase a car in the future . I love my car I purchase from the lot & it was mark at a great price . Last but not least my car didn’t come with any car mats Cliff went above and beyond and put some non factor mats in the car that was brand new to satisfy me as a customer ! Super folks at Hi Line Autohaus. I live 3 and half hours away. They answered all of my questions, sent additional pictures, followed up. Customer service was great. Didn't actually purchase the vehicle I was looking at due to circumstances with family, but definitely will do business with Emanuel if our paths cross again.

From the time I emailed to the time I left. This dealership was great! The only feedback was a broken vent that was not disclosed. I noticed after I got home, I notified the salesman who could have offered to fix it but he did not. That would have given this experience an Awesome review but for now great is what it is ... Luckily my fiance rigged it but its a Benz c300 should not have to..

I went in to this dealership to see two different cars. The one I liked and was VERY interested in, was sold without anyone contacting me. Also, I thought it was strange that it wasn’t on the website. The car I test drive vs. the one advertised had different odometer readings. Poor customer service even while communicating my frustration... all I got was “okay”.

I called and dealer was upfront that they don't negotiate price. If they would have been somewhat flexible on price, I would have made a trip to Charlotte from Cary :) I felt price was about 10% higher. I could be wrong, as I didn't personally see the car. But, I appreciate honestly telling me and saving the trip.

It’s fairly obvious why...he sells a ton and is already proven there. If we left with nothing, he was completely fine with that too. Just wanted us to have the vehicle we needed and were looking for.

When we arrived , the dealership had many cars to choose from and we were searching for the one we saw online. The salesman, Brian Richardson, was extremely helpful and kind and answered all the questions we had. He was very thorough in all aspects and was accommodating to us as we test drove a vehicle before buying the one they had that we wanted which was the one we had inquired about online. It was exactly as advertised and we were very pleased. We felt very comfortable during the whole process and appreciate the amount of time he spent with us. Told me the car that I'm interested in was not ready yet. Will be ready in 3-4 days because they have to finish inspect and clean the car. Called back after 3 days and was told the car has been sold...someone from out of state brought the car (wired the money) when the car was not even ready...Not sure what really happened there...but I don't really believe the story that was told to me.

The dealership called me about 4 times to come and test drive a vehicle that had not yet been serviced and neither did it have a price. I asked the salesman once they are able to provide pictures and price to them at that time give me a call. It took the dealership almost 5 days to get the price and photos of the vehicle places online

I went to Hi Line Garage looking for this 2016 Lexus ES 350 and left with another car the same make and model just a different color. Staff was excellent and courteous. We went on a Saturday afternoon and they were super busy. But still was able to work us in the schedule. I recommend seeing salesman Erick Cover who made the process seamless. Hi Line Garage only sale top quality vehicles with low miles.

Very bad experience...So bad!! I do not recommend that dealer HI Garage He sold the car I want and we ready took about we have ready appointment for Saturday 8 the June 2019 at 10:00 am and one day before shows me another car and another price does not have seriousness in business. And he said the other one is sold . and I was going to travel two hours to buy that car we had already spoken and send the photo and the price The original car. they do not have seriousness.

I bought and drove their car in 2 days and the engine light was shown on control bar. Even they showed me their professional inspection for guarantee this car in good condition and I had a good deal. I still don’t know what I can do with my bad condition car as long as it didn’t show anything at the testing driving day

The dealership was an above average experience. Dealers don’t use any pressure tactics, and are willing to let you shop with some patience. The inventory is fantastic if your looking for a used luxury vehicle, and the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely use them in the future.

However, I had an appointment to come in and see A car that I had test driven the previous day and intended to buy, I checked my email before leaving where they informed me they had just sold that car 10 minutes prior. No response from dealer after calling to speak with manager I was told they were in a meeting and I would have to call back. Called back the 2nd time the receptionist was quizzing me as if I was someone from the news paper.. She finally put me on hold and never returned. I knew from that point this was not the place to do business. But they have nice cars online.. it’s the customer service skills that need a check.

Very pushy and rude trying to push the numbers down our throat. Made us feel very rushed, which ultimately led to us walking out. Very unpleasant. The next day we took our cars that we were trading into another dealer and they gave us $4,000 more than Highline offered. Very unfriendly and the sales office wreaked of some funky air freshener that was almost overwhelming

The dealer contacted me regarding the car. But when I asked about the trade value for a 2015 Corvette Z06 with 6,000 miles, I was given the run around that they valued the vehicles based on nationwide pricing. Because a dealer in Houston, Texas was supposedly offering one for $56,000, I was told mine was worth only $54,000. Another dealer has offered me over $62,000 for the same car. I would never do business with Hi-Line Garage.

I received a prompt response from Bryan. He was cordial and informative and i enjoyed my email correspondence with him. I ended up getting a vehicle elsewhere due to familial ties and a better deal, but Hi-Line had great value and great service from my limited encounters.

I wanted to buy a BMW and have it shipped to CT. I agreed to buy the car at the advertised price. They asked for my driver's lenience and proof of insurance. (This seem strange because they were not registering the car, I was.) They later sent me a buyers agreement with a $599 Documentation fee on it. They should have disclosed this fee upfront. I was providing the documents and they were trying to make their profits on this ridiculous fee. They are advertising low prices only to get you to commit and then trying to slip in the fee at the last minute. Buyer Beware!!!!!

It was a typical car buying experience. My main concern was some features listed in the advertisement for the vehicle wasn't on the vehicle i.e. tinted windows and 1 yr subscription to XM Radio so definitely pay attention and if possible go over every feature listed while there don't allow them to rush you no matter how busy they are. I would recommend bringing the original ad with you. Sales person was supposed to send and follow up with some things and after I called a few times he never followed thru. My items weren't deal breakers so I let it go. Price for vehicle and packages real good especially compared to my area and people while there were friendly but check and double check everything before signing and leaving.

Quilted me a price, then when they sent the bill of sale, claimed the wrong stock number came to their CRM, and had a different vehicle on it. They were prepared to accept a wired payment knowing they were giving the wrong car. I even validated the price in email on this car. Sad actually. They lost a sale. Would never recommend.

Let me preface my review with a little background. As a second generation pre-owned car buyer (Dad taught me well), I buy luxury vehicles online or at a local dealership that meet certain criteria; model, cleanliness, performance, price, and financing...and most importantly, service. If you don't treat me with dignity, I walk. My last two purchases from other dealers have been David Hasselhoff's Escalade for my wife (why - lol), and a CLS550 for myself. This is the first time I've bought from Hi-Line Garage, by chance looking for a Maserati and ending up with a beautiful BMW 740Li M-Sport, Executive Package...OMG, loved the car, loved the drive, the cleanliness, and of-course price...can't beat the price. But since everything began online, my first experience was with Purnell (Sales Professional) and Darren (Sales Manager). Great guys. They did everything to give me the right information and to make me feel comfortable with purchasing a car as a new customer some 500 miles away. So, I made the deal, pending an actual visit to the NC...flew in and got picked up at the airport by Purnell. When I walked into the building, the deal was as good as sold in my mind. The comfortable unassuming layout, the welcome by the staff, the no-hassle paperwork, and the attention to my needs. By the way, there were plenty of local shoppers; as we drove up to the dealership, there must have been a dozen other shoppers and families walking around the lot. I think I may have even sold a car while I was waiting for mine to get ready :). Guys, I'm hooked forever...just keep bringing in the cars I want and we have deals for the rest of time :). My brother will be calling you soon. Keep up the good work.

Make sure you ask for Erick Cover he knows his cars well and is very nice. You want have to worry about being harassed about prices, because they are already marked lower than they should be. Went out on a hot day me and my brothere where in the process of gettin a car but the sales person left us standing outside for 15 minutes...he eventually sent another guy out to talk but the guy never spoke or introduced himself to us...while me and brother was looking at car the guy who was standing with us jist walks off as if we wasnt there terrible service and i was trying to actually get a vehicle that day smh

The sales gentleman called me back the next day to give me information and also emailed me information as well about the vehicle I was looking at very knowledgeable on the car and very polite . Was not pushy at all !

Has only been a week, but I'm very happy so far. I worked with Bryan who did a great job and was responsive throughout the process. I had been looking for almost 6 months for a particular color combo & feature set and knew the market. The car was priced well, but had more miles than I wanted. I decided to still check it out and was surprised with the overall good condition. Bryan was also diligent in following up in the days after to ensure my insurance was figured out and to answer any questions I had. My only complaint is with the speed of operations. Admittedly, it was a busy Saturday afternoon when I first visited, but it took 45 minutes before I could test drive the car. When I returned to buy the car by appointment later that week it took almost 2 hours, despite me paying cash. I may be an anomaly, but once I decide what I want, I'd like to check out ASAP. The pressure to buy a warranty was applied, but not inappropriate. I didn't discount a star because I think this is more of an industry problem than something specific to Hi Line. I would happily buy from them again, and plan to refer others. For what it is worth, I checked with a few friends who work with numerous dealers in town and they felt Hi-Line was a respectable group.

The dealer is respond but the car was never available to see. When it did become available, we went to see the car the next day after notifying the dealer that we were on our way with more than enough time to respond. When we arrived, the car had already been sold the day before! A waste of my time in a part of town that is very difficult to travel due to construction and traffic. Do not recommend using this dealer.

They do not understand they over inflate the price of a vehicle, when said vehicle has triple the mileage compared to customary/table vehicle age. I made them a very fair offer, they declined. They need to get connected to reality. In addition, they do not clearly disclose the additional $499 they add to the price of the vehicle "just because they can". If they don't want my monetary offer, I'm sure other dealer will be more than happy to take and enjoy it!!

I was really interested in the car and needed a little reassurance about my trade-in before I made a 100-mile trip to the dealer. While I realize it's very difficult to quote a precise allowance without seeing the car, I gave an accurate description and provided photos to help assist. Unfortunately, after extensive conversation, the best offer I got was 1/3 of the amount I had been offered recently by two other dealers. By "hedging their bet" so conservatively, they prevented a sale and I found a better deal elsewhere. At least they saved me the inconvenience of a trip.

The salesperson Tony was a nice guy who was knowledgeable and not over-bearing. However, the finance personnel tried to offer me a ludicrous APR which he claimed was the best he could do...turns out it wasn't the best he could do and by the end of the day I got it down to what I deserved given my credit and previous vehicle history. Buyers beware, they call themselves a no-haggle dealership but that doesn't pertain to the financing options so don't accept what they initially offer you without a thorough review.

Visited HiLine's lot in Charlotte. Their salesman was very helpful and knew his products well. They have a good variety of late model cars bought at auction. Although we opted instead to buy a Lexus "dealer car" because the service history was very clear and the extended MANUFACTURER's warranty (HiLine's warranty option was offered by a 3rd party), our experience with HiLine was positive and would recommend that anyone looking for a late model luxury car at a good price give them a shot.

I can not stop raving about my experience with Hi-Line! My sales professional was Tony Byrd. I highly recommend using him. I was preapproved with the online tool but was skeptical it the "preapproval" was real. I live in South Carolina and did not want to drive almost two hours to be disappointed. I spoke with the dealer and ended up looking at a Mercedes Benz GLK350 with only 44,000 miles. When I arrived the vehicle was sitting outside. I was still a little nervous but as they state NO HAGGLE at all. I test drove and filled out paperwork. I truly received a luxury experience. My mother who is in Michigan is coming down to NC now to do business with them also. Thank you just thank you!

Quoted one price over the phone to bait me to drive over one hundred miles, then switched up with a lie stating that the car had a past that was not true. They then dropped the price again because they said it needed struts also proved to be untrue.

Thank you for taking time to provide us with your feedback. All of our cars are priced the same on our website and third party providers. Although, in this case I assume that you are referring to your trade vehicle. We do provide a "Trade in Appraisal Tool" on our website but never received one for your vehicle. The final trade value can only be determined upon physical inspection. As far as the history of the vehicle, Carfax stated that on 12/30/2011 the vehicle was registered in VA as a "Rental Vehicle". The struts were also noisy on physical inspection.

Traded in and used their financing. Got a great interest rate. Salesman (Nick) was very knowledgeable with info on the vehicle we were purchasing. Good communication after the sale. Recommend to everyone as top notch dealer.

The dealership contacted me through email the exact same night I inquired about a particular car (mind you they were closed at this time). When I arrived at the dealership they were nothing but professional and made sure they did whatever it took for me to get the car I wanted within my terms that same day! I definitely will and have recommended them to all my family and friends. The sales person I dealt with was Wiley and he was absolutely the best!!!

My salesperson was Joe. He was wonderful from the first phone call,I had my sick puppy with me because I was out of town and he was very understanding and caring, throughout the process they all were. I love my car, the process was painfree and enjoyable. I highly recommend Hi Line Garage.

Fantastic group of guys. If you don't buy from here you just missed a great priced vehicle. I didn't buy what I was initially looked at. Deals were too good to not up buy. Be sure to Ask for Darren and let him know Joshua sent you.

Ended up purchasing here because the price was right, but frustrating after the fact when we got the car home. 1. They didn't top of the fuel before we left. 2. They didn't top of the windshield washer fluid. 3. They didn't follow up about the insurance like they said. 4. The oil was low. 5. Finance process took way too long. While we waited, 1,2, and 4 could've been addressed before we left the lot. Regarding number 4, we called them the next business day and they wouldn't follow up. I had to call them 5 times before we ended up taking it to the BMW dealership. They didn't offer to pay for it or to do the service basically saying We needed to do it. Their actions made the vehicle purchase seem sketchy. They were not reassuring at all. Thankfully the BMW dealership was GREAT! BMW took a look and topped off our fluids/oil free of charge. The seller has yet to follow up with the last communication. They will not make you feel taken care of. A car purchase is too large to not have that kind of feeling.
