Absolute perfect sale they were all so easy to deal with would buy from them in a heart beat

First I worked with a guy who wouldn’t respond and barely even called me back. But then I worked with someone better. But then spent 8 hours there to finally get everything signed even though I already knew what I wanted. The car I purchased had a fair price but also had a lot of damage. Nicks and scratches all over it. Needed oil change and most of the cars needed tires badly. The car was filthy and even tho they offered to clean it, they never did. On top of that the car didn’t even have mats in it. The salesman was nice enough to grab a mat out of another car for me but could only find one. All in all it’s. 3/5. Could have been worse. But could also have been a lot better. You expect more when your buying an expensive car.

This sales team is HORRIBLE !!! I had to chase them down to try & give them a sale. No return phone calls, and when they would return the call it was an excuse on why they couldn't do what they said. If I could give a zero star or a negative star I would !!!

This dealership used the bait and switch on me. The car was advertised at $28,900 then when I get there after an 1 hour and 45 minute drive, they said the car had about $5k in their so called AD ONS(now $34.5k) l o received an email from their assistant manager stating that the price was negotiated for me prior to my appointment. NOTHING WAS NEGOTIATED!Not even $20! I drove their with my son because I thought I was going to drive home with a new car. I was there for almost 3 hours being neglected and ignored most of the time. I felt so humiliated and scammed by this dealership's management Andy Essa. Andy Essa has no clue on what great customer service is about. He lectured me on the breakdown of charges added to advertised price without giving consideration that I was mislead by his co managers email and by their bait and switch ads.He basically told me take it or leave it, I don't need your business.Absolutely the WORSE Auto shopping experience ever! This dealership gets ZERO stars!

It was a really easy process. No haggling or funny business. After the test drive, I walked out of there with the keys within an hour. A way more straight forward option then having to go to a large dealership and go back and forth with a “finance” manager.

These guys were really helpful and I appreciated the time they took to take close up pictures of the car as I was asking about any damages to make sure I wanted the car before I made the 60 mile drive. Unfortunately, the car was sold but I was notified before I drove out.

They told me that the car was available but i was not interested to buy rental car. i had no problem with the dealer they contacted me but like i said i was not interested to buy a rental car.

Spoke with dealer the day before, drove up from San Diego to LA only to arrive and the vehicle had obviously been in an accident/finder bender since the bumper was dented and hanging off. Very disappointed for this dealer to be a "no haggle" dealer but could not be upfront about the car.

My only complaint was that they would not negotiate with the price, even when I offered to pay cash, but their prices were so good that I accepted the "sticker price."

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership, Robert Grimes answered all my questions and was so helpful and very nice. I knew exactly what I was looking for and he helped me a lot by doing most of the work over the phone, which was a huge help to me and once I got to the dealership, gave us a test drive and finished up all the paperwork in less than 2 hours which was great because usually it takes way longer than that to buy a car. The whole experiece was great! The truck we purchased was already $4000 under blue book and they still worked with us on the price!! Jose was very kind and helpful. The 3 hr drive was well worth it andit dint take very long to sign the paperwork because they had it all ready for us!! Highly recommend this place even if you have to drive a bit to get there. Ask for jose and he will take care of you!

Joseph bobek was a great sales rep. He kept a warm attitude felt genuine and sincere. Honestly his attitude and price were the deal makers.
