Absolutely impressed with my experience at Hertz Car Dealership! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. They had a fantastic selection of vehicles, and I found exactly what I needed. Highly recommend for anyone in the market for a reliable rental or purchase!
The customer service was not good at this location. When we arrive the front desk person looked up at me, then proceed to do whatever he was doing. I decided not to look at a car, and when I called to cancel my appointment they were not concerned about the lack in their customer service skill. Also, when I was parked waiting for my appointment one of the employees almost hit my car with one of Hertz cars. I will not be returning.

I was very pleased with the deal and dealership personnel at Hertz Springfield VA. They were courteous, kind, and let me really inspect the
RAV-4 that I purchased. The quality of the RAV-4 was remarkable. i have often heard that purchasing a vehicle from a first-owned rental car
company can be a wise choice. My RAV-4 has been marvelous to drive and comfortable to ride in. I am looking forward to many years of
reliable service from this well maintained SUV. I would recommend Hertz Springfield to everyone buying a car.

Person that contacted me could not answer most of my basic questions and referred me to
another person. I do not like to be called to ask if I have any questions and then the person not
being able to answer even the most basic questions about the vehicle. If you don't know anything
don't contact someone. Have the person that knows the answers do it and not waste others time,
because of this I quickly lost interest thinking if I was to go down there whom would I be dealing
with someone knowledgeable or unknowledgeable.
