Good communication....zero negotiation.

Excellent dealer with no markups and no surprises. After trying to buy a car at a bunch of other dealers, Hertz came through on the car I bought. Isaiah was great, knew his stuff and gave my wife and I the time and space to make the decision to purchase. I can't say enough how positive this buying experience was, especially working with Isaiah.

I will highly recommend this dealership to everyone. Stay away from regular used car dealers. They add all sorts of additional fees to the price.

I had already selected a car from a different dealer, but would still do business with them in the futyre.

Scheduled only available appointment for following morning and they sold car an hour later. Had pre approval /cash in hand could have came sooner. Called this place for over a week with no return calls for over a week. Don’t recommend them at all

Car was filthy. Engine bay a mess. Interior smelled of smoke. Didn't even bother walking in because I had seen enough. No way you put 0 effort into presenting a car and ask 9k. I don't care what year it is.

Very straight forward from the beginning, no room for haggling or negotiating. What you see is what you get.

Sales personnel were uninterested in my business. It took them 4 days to return a call regarding my inquiry. I had already purchased a vehicle at another location at that point.

Car was unclean when i got there from work sean didnt have the key to drive it. He told me to come back in 2 days cause the next day he had to meet an old friend. I asked him 4 pics n he never sent them or got back to me

When I contacted this dealer they did not respond until the second time the only reason I insisted was because I was really interested in the car once I got there I had to wait 2I minutes to see the car even though I had made an appointment while I was there I looked at other cars which also caught my eye when Sean finally came to help told me he was way too busy. He asked what my price range was i told him 20.000 for which I would pay cash he gave me the keys for three cars that I liked and walked away even knowing he was rude I took my time and saw each car when i finally made my decision almost an hour later he was still no where to be found I stood in front of hertz for 15 more minutes when my son 13 years old said mom I guess our money is not good enough for which I laughed but he was right Sean was beyond rude I found another sales man whom I gave the keys to who could not understand why I even had them and I left
