Well they seem to be like just about every other car lot. The sales people are relatively
nice and helpful and the finance department and managers waste a lot of your time. The
only way to have an entirely positive seeming and short trip to a car lot is simply accepting
everything they say and do. I want them to quit wasting my time and fax or email a copy of
the purchase order to my bank. They want me to come sit and twiddle my thumbs for
several hours while they try to convince me of all of the great and wonderful things they
think I should do instead of simply doing as I requested.

Great experience with Hertz Car Sales in Burien! Very friendly, very helpful.
Straight forward "No Haggle" pricing. Good email communication. The
original vehicle I was interested in had sold, but they had another vehicle
that I liked even better and I ended up purchasing it. The purchase process
was quick and easy, i was in and out in under an hour and they delivered the
vehicle to my home!

We had asked for the information on getting the car prehand because we didn't have the driving license but we only had the results. The lady we was emailing refused to give us any Info, she just kept saying come for an appointment and we will tell you everything. We traveled for 2 hours on different busses on a blazing hot sunny day. Only to be told that we cant get the car without a temp license, which is something that could have easily been told through the phone. It was super disappointing, annoying and frustrating. We had said we will get the temp license soon so he went over and saved the car for us. The day that we got the license we called him 5mins after telling him that we got it and we will be there to get the car. Only then is when we found out that he sold the car already. He didn't even call be to say that he is about to sell or already sold the car. It's really ridiculous because we took a bus from Everett to Spokane just to get the license, only place early appointment

I am happy with my purchase, and I appreciate staff helping even though we were getting snow! My one real complaint? I felt it was incredibly cheap and pathetic that she “went to put gas in it” before we left the lot, and when I went to drive away there was only A QUARTER TANK OF GAS. I just spent 29k on a car from you guys.... come on.

The salesperson was very attentive. I just do not understand why a WA Hertz is unable
to sell me a vehicle since I live in CA. I happen to be in WA for an extended period and
need a vehicle. I have had three different explanations as to why this cannot be done. I
give up

I asked about a specific vehicle safety feature which was key to my purchase decision, however they were non-responsive, only asking me to come in for a test drive. There are too many options on the web to physically visit each one. Dealers need to know their inventory and be able to answer specific questions.

We we're in an out with our purchase within 2.5 hours. At no time did we feel pressured. We felt that what was being told told to us was honest. We didn't feel we got taken. All the extras we got was my wife agreeing an did not feel the cost was going to effect the total monthly payment. Will definitely encourage others to take a look at the company for purchasing a vehicle

They described a different car and when we get there, that car wasn't there and they said they make a mistake when they posted so I was very disappointed.

This is the best place to go and get a car the salesman's are not pushy they listen to what you want instead of just throwing you into a car that's reasonable or something that is garbage ask for Brandon he's super cool and laid-back and let you make your own decisions also the sales manager is great and friendly I will definitely be back for my future car

We wanted to look at three vehicles listed on CarGurus. The sales associate was attentive and brought us to the vehicles so we could inspect them. The environment was laid back but professional. When my husband and I started discussing if we wanted the vehicle, the associate excused himself in order to give us privacy. Absolutely no pressure to buy, which is a welcomed change from used vehicle sales staff at other dealerships. Upon opting to purchase the auto, a simple explanation of additional warranties was presented. Again, absolutely no pressure to buy any extras. Be sure to ask about the Hertz powertrain warranty and find out if the vehicle you are purchasing has a manufacturer's warranty as well. Excellent buying experience, and I would recommend to anyone who doesn't want to deal with a dealership, but finds they need to.

So far it's been very positive. Gianni Falzone originally contacted us by e-mail and met with us, 11/4. We drove the 2016 Toyota RAV and it was fine but not AWD. We drove a 2017 with AWD and will be purchasing it this Friday. It was a much easier experience and convenient without time wasted travelling from one place to another.

The dealer was very helpful, and found us as many cars that were similar to the Mazda 3 but at a lower price eventually settling on the VW Jetta. (Be mindful that they don't haggle at all) after we got the sale all lined up we went to the sales manager that tried to sell us on extended warranties and other garbage for ridiculous prices, however that is to be expected, they are just doing their jobs. Overall good experience though

Quick to respond by email and phone call. Incorrect model was listed. It wasn't a Prius C four but a Prius C two and they had several of them. Some had little nicks in the paint job but looked to be in good shape.

We bought a car from this dealership
and the price was good, but the service
was poor. The car needed some work
done so we made an appt to come back
in 3 days to pick it up. When we returned
it still wasn't ready. The asst mgr
apologized and promised to fill the tank
with gas to make up for the wasted trip
(1hr each way) and for not having it
ready for us. When we were finally able
to take possession of the car the tank
had not been filled. We took the car and
left frustrated. Will not return to this
dealership because the staff seems
disorganized and unprofessional.

very professional. It took us hours to get to the dealership, I let
him know we were on our way & he was ready for us when we
arrived. We got a good price for trade-in, fair price for new car. I
love my new car! Beautiful, clean & very impressed with extended
warranty available. Didn't realize buying a car now takes hours,
but it does. Have a pre-determined quote ready from your
insurance, I did & was thankful. Didn't give them a 5 only because
their bathroom needed some attention.

This place is GREAT! We had been to 5 other dealers. Here no pressure. They allowed us to take our time, we had lunch and came back to the right decision. Hertz is awesome. They have one guy who speaks 5 languages! First he spoke to me in Spanish and then in Russian to another customer. My family was treated with respect with no pressure. Great experience!

Great Service! Honest employees and no back and forth. They were straight forward with me, I found the car I was looking for. It was certified and cleaner then alot of the cars I had seen at local dealers. Their process is very fast. I didn't have to wait around for hours.
