This is the wordy experience that I have had with a dealership. I scheduled a Rent2Buy with them. They did not respond to any email that I sent them. On the day I was supposed to pick up the car they told me that the car had not yet arrived. After that email I did not hear from the dealership after numerous emails AND calls. This was a terrible customer service and I’m glad I was able to find my car through another dealership.

Called in the morning, confirmed vehicle was available. Drove an hour only for sales man to tell me, oh, looks like vehicle was sold yesterday. Why would you confirm a vehicle is there and then have someone drive a whole hour only to find out vehicle was never available. Don’t waste your time with these folks.

Best experience ever buying a car! I can’t remember the young lady’s name who helped me but she was amazing (brown skin with natural hair). I inquired online. Literally in 2 minutes someone contacted me about the vehicle . That night I went to test drive it. I fell in love. They helped me with financing and got me a lower apr than I was able to get myself alone. I had my 8month old baby with me and they made accommodations so that I could nurse in private while paperwork was being processed. I recommend hertz !

We had a great experience, and they helped us to get an even better interest rate on our loan than expected. The only complaint was that it was a very long wait to get everything settled.

Great experience here! I delt with Loreal she was the best Ive delt with as far as salespersons and I worked at dealers for years. I told her I was interested in buying the car I found on cargurus. She had it out front and ready when we I got there. There was no pushy no sales tactics nothing just nice cars all low milage all in good shape at a no haggle good price. We bought our new car here and that was an experience weve never had before. By that I mean fast! Everything was said and done in about 30 maybe 45 min. We plan on buying another car in the next year or two and will definitely be coming here.

Loreal called me the day after I had made the inquiry, so I went to the dealer right away. She was great, gave me good vibes; very calm and patient, not pushy at all. She offered to see different Versas if I wanted, and answered all my questions.
The finance dealer was nice too, a bit fast, on going through the paperwork, but I did request to leave by 5pm. The internet was down at times and it slowed the process, but I came out with the car I wanted, with a good deal and a protection plan!
So far, no complaints with the car!
Oh, if you have a Bank of America pre-approval page, it will not work, because of the ambiguous terms in the letter... They check the finance on spot.
I say terrible. You inquire bout a car and after a day or 2! You hear from them. By that time I don’t remember which car I was interested in or car is gone already. Sold

My experience gave me a very assuring level of comfort. The atmosphere
was pleasant and friendly. My needs were met in a timely fashion. The

Vehicle was full of digs and dent. Hertz said it was certified best of the best in their fleet.
Flew down to pick up SUV. Good price, but body had scratches and dents with spotted interior. Also had a strong whine in gear. These items were not disclosed to me prior to pick up.Told by salesman the SUV was very clean. Dealer did make an allowance on the price considering the whining noise in gear.

Quick painless sale. Due to the nature of the cars sold there are some amenities that will not be included such as extra key. Must purchase extra key on my own but was provided with a vendor lead. Other than that the experience was very positive and would buy from Hertz in the future.

Charlie is a great sale person and kept in
communication. I didn't give 5 stars
because we called hours before we got
there in order to have all the paperwork
avaliable due to the fact that we already
completed half of the paperwork the day
before and we had other plans.
However, when we got there, we had to
wait almost 2 hours before we left the
dealership because of poor
communication from the other sale
person who we spoke with on the phone.
The car is driving great and price was
great.
