Made an appointment felt like I was rushed on the test drive… my appointment was confirmed twice text and email days before the actual date just to arrive and not even get attended properly the sales man was busy doing other things with other clients rushed to leave the test drive to attend another person and expected me to wait I made an excuse and just left, why would I bother giving somebody my money and time when I can’t even get a moment of their time, I asked questions he didn’t even know the answer to but was quick to want to get me into the car honestly probably worst dealership experience ever.

Practically begging to buy the vehicle. Poor response time and follow up. The vehicle needs to go to the dealer with no explanation on issue. Turns me off on the whole buying experience with this Hertz location.

Had great contact at first. I was very interested in purchasing a vehicle. I talked with two salesmen and did my online application for the car. I received a call the next day, we discussed an issue and was told they’d call me back after 5:00PM the same day. Never heard a word from them again. I am very disappointed. I went ahead and got a car from another dealership, since I never heard back. I hope no one else has this issue going forward.

Had to ask multiple times over a week to get their best price on the car and they never replied with their pricing just irrelevant emails. Told them I was buying a car within 2 days still no reply with pricing. Guess they aren’t to worried about making sales.

This was everything a car shopping experience should be. Hector was wonderful to work with, personable and knowledgeable. Even though we gave him very little notice, he had the vehicle ready for our inspection when we arrived. The financing department did not try to convince us to use their financing but instead showed us how financing through our credit union would actually save us money due to agreements they had in place with our institution. They happily broke everything out line by line so we knew exactly where each part of the price of the vehicle applied. We were offered several different extended warranty and other coverage options but were not pressured to purchase any of them. We happily purchased our Sedona from them and drove away in a beautiful vehicle, with many bonus features, at a great price. I heartily recommend this dealership

Roger was very nice with us and we scheduled an appointment to meet and see the Nissan. A promise was given that something will done about the price but when we got there Roger was off and Julio took over. He wasn't nice but not rude too, he appeared just too serious. He told us its a fix price and showed us some of the Nissan Altima and Nissan Sentra we requested to see. We were really disappointed as we drove 3 1/2 hours to get to Anaheim and could not buy as the price was beyond our budget.

Wrong car model listed. Spent a lot of time talking with different dealers over several days to find out they had the wrong car model listed. This was the same at several of the Hertz online dealships. This was not only disappointing but a major waste of time.
