Expected professional exp. cause its owned by Hertz. SO WRONG.
I was sickened by the unprofessionalism of the staff from start to end
1. "Salesperson" knew nothing about the car, said,"You will either like it or you won't, but I don't care," talked
about her ex, how clever & manipulative she is, & kept pressuring me- Yes or No? during the test drive(4x).
2. Playing loud music & skipping songs instead of paying attention to the loan paperwork.
3. Very rude finance guy said:
a. I had Red Flags, but wouldn't say what they were (I have excellent credit) & just gave hollow corporate
answers.
b. "For my protection..." needed my SSN card in addition to my drivers license & mortg statement bcuz of
the flags. Protecting me? How?
c. Wouldnt do the deal w/o the ssn card & just walked away. Had to ask, "should I just leave?" Got a shrug.
4. Leaned on a car waiting for my ride & was accused of trying to damage it.
Do not trust these kind of people with a major or minor purchase.

From start to finish - professional, friendly, helpful, and fast . Richard , Gosh and
the manager fantastic.
Very unwelcoming at this place. You have to do and find all your own financing, they don’t take true ins, and the front of car is damaged. They don’t do CarGurus lenders (that I was pre approved for) and they want the customer to handle finding financing on their own. I’m very interested in the car, but it’s not a pleasant, convenient, or easy experience for the customer at this place.

Great and fast experience our sales rep was so patient and kind . Helped me buy exactly what I wanted !
Quick response and follow up call after test drive. Unfortunately prices are dictated by corporate and there is no negotiation. The car that i was interested is in inventory over 45 days and they raised the price over $10,200 since it was first listed. Not sure how they’ll ever going to sell it but definitely not to me

Great service, sales agents contacted me quickly and very helpful.
This is the most unprofessional group of car sales people I’ve come across in the past 40 years. Did not know how to sell me this car and take my money. At the end of the day they made an excuse that the car had a bearing problem, but checking the website the car was marked SOLD ‘ and not to me . Stay away from dealing with these people Kevin the finance manager couldn’t help neither could Nate the sales manager . Really can’t understand why they just could not simply sell us the car and take our money?
Max was extremely helpful and everyone in the office was very
friendly. Max gave me the pros and cons about various models,
including the one that I came to see. His information helped me
choose a car that I liked better than the one I thought I wanted initially. Hertz offers a 7 day guarantee program in case you don’t like the auto
you chose, so I had no worries.
Hertz prices are great and they take care of all the paperwork and
even delivered the car to my home. I’m very satisfied!

The sales person, Denver, was extremely helpful. We found the car I had
contacted him about and they got it ready for me right away. I think it was the
first time I've felt "no pressure to buy now" from a car sales person and that
made me trust him more. I bought the car and love it! Easy to work with
company and I would definitely go back!! Mahalo Hertz!

The guys from hertz were fantastic they
presented the car beautifully and let the car
sell itself only getting involved when I
approached them with questions. These guys
will be the first people I contact whenever I by

Gary was VERY helpful and gave me a lot of
cars to choose from without me even having to
go down there. He actually went out to take
pictures in the rain because I wanted to see
what the inside of the car looked like. He was
willing to let me take he vehicle for a few hours
to test it out. Only reason why I gave this 4
stars and not 5 is because I really wanted a
Camry and the closest thing they had was an
Altima. Really nice, but I still like Toyota's
better. Thank you Gary for all your help!
