The general manager and two sales associates
contacted me in response to my interest. Everybody
was enthusiastic and wanting so much to be helpful.
I made an appointment to check out the Miata on
offer. I drove 38 miles to the dealership which had
advertised a red soft top convertible. When I arrived
it turned out to be a gray hardtop convertible. A
classic bait-and-switch? Perhaps. The sales
associate’s reaction was a shrug and a mumbled
apology. I left the general manager a VM but never
heard from him again.
The next day the dealer’s website had been changed
to show a gray hardtop for sale. I’ve deleted Heritage Mazda of Catonsville from my used Miata search file.

The dealership was very helpful and nice . They tried to accommodate the purchase however , we found something more in line with what we were looking for.

Terrible service. We had an appointment abd drive over one hour to see a car, but the salesperson said he was just too busy to work with us.

addressed the issue had it fixed and Mohan Delivered my new car [Sharde] to me so I wouldn't have to drive back to pick her up

Purchase price very inconsistent with Lease
price and advertised Mazda USA offers.
Disappointing to say the least.
Mazda USA advertises the CX5 lease at 319
per month. The lease amount offered by this
dealer was more than double on a vehicle
that was roughly $7500 more.

If you have ever contacted any Heritage dealership, they will keep your telephone number in
their database and call you repeatedly even if you have checked off "email contact only". They
have texted me and argued with me. When told not to contact me , they have argued that I
have provided a telephone number.

I am another victim of being told the vehicle was there and it was mine and then vehicle being sold before I got there.
I saw the vehicle advertised on a Thursday and requested information thru Carguru. There was not even a picture of the vehicle up. They contacted me Friday by email that the car was available. They even sent me a link for a vip appointment to hold the vehicle. I was contacted by a sales person for which she confirmed the appointment. She also sent me a video of the walk around of the vehicle with pics to follow. I never received the pics so I sent a email asking for the pics. Her manager called me telling me the sales person left early but confirmed my appointment for Saturday morning and if I knew where the dealership was located. The sales person called me Saturday morning telling me she was going to send the pics. An hour and a half later (an hour before our appointment) the sales person called me to tell me that the vehicle had been sold the night before.

Dealer said the car would be ready in the morning, I drove a hour and a half for the car to still be dirty and have a sticker that said not for sale, there was also trash from the previous owner and pieces of cut pipes in the car. Sales associate said it needed a oil change manager said it didn’t need anything. Liars!!! Don’t trust them!

I initially had a typical car sales experience where they had one price for the car but when I was working with them got sold and they will honor that price. Later I was contacted by Mr. McGuire who was very polite and gave me a choice to either contact him by email or phone, a wonderful customer service which very much impressed me.

The best experience ever. Just decided one night I wanted to buy a car. I was scared because I didn’t want to get ripped off. I automatically loved the grey Chrysler 200. After I sent in my information that night they called me within an HOUR!! Mega points for that!! So we spoke with Jessie Abod. He told us we could come in the next morning. The next day came and early in the morning we were receiving a call from him. We made plans in coming in. We took a little while because we were trying to find a ride. Once we got a ride we got there and they were so welcoming. The listing was accurate. The car looked wonderful. The car was clean and nicely detailed. The staff was friendly. I had my two kids with me and they drive me crazy but the staff understood. Lol. They played in the cars while I dealt with paperwork. I would definitely recommend this place to any and everyone!

We told the sales manager that we didn’t like the color. We drove an hour to the dealership. The sales manager said “i have a blue one that i can’t show you yet.” We left. An hour later, the blue one was on the website and cargurus. I have inquired about the blue one on 2 different occasions and nobody has responded.

I asked a direct question about the car I was interested in and they lied to me. After I discovered this and
informed them I was smart enough to figure that out and not to contact me anymore, they continued to send
me emails asking when I would come in to see the car. Obviously they use a marketing strategy of telling the
customer anything to get them in to the store and then try to sell them anything. I HATE that approach. I will
NEVER darken their door under any circumstances!!!!!

Amazing! I walked in the door doing my shopping on this app beforehand and the service was unbelievable. I was in and out as fast as I could be and the service was great the whole time. Naz Islam was an amazing sales representative along with Alexis Davidson. Those two paired with Tavon the sales manager and Deniz Ulusoy provided an amazing deal and made the process as smooth as possible. I recommend this place for everyone looking for used cars!

Very poor. Drove across state for a meet with a rep that wasnt there and a non existent car. New rep was disinterested and poorly trained. Manager was trying to play catch up but wasnt able to give us a deal on the car we wanted.
