I made an appointment 2.5 hours away at this dealership with a salesman named Tolu/Joshua. I arrived at the appointed time, and the salesman was with another customer. (understandable)
Then I waited a few minutes and met another man, then I was passed on to another man who took me out to the car with the key. Did not offer to test drive it with me. Opened the car and when asked questions about it stated he was not really all that familiar with the Subaru.
I actually thought the car was the darkest blue possible (and it was for that year), yet it was not the NAVY blue that I had repeatedly asked about. Tolu sent me a video which I had looked at and in the light it did look dark blue. SINCE this appointment, I have had a chance to research the colors available and will be looking for the Outback in Dark Blue Pearl (NAVY BLUE).
All in all, the dealership seemed nice. I did not feel unsafe there as a woman alone. It was heavily stacked with male employees.

They were quick to respond on a car that i was interested in. Very polite! Reason i gave them a 3 rating is because i couldnt get over there
right away due to im 2 hours out. They kept in touch for 2 weeks stating they still had the car. The day before i was suppose to arrive the car

After a week of negotiations, an offer from me to put a deposit to hold, a set appointment for Monday, and making arrangements to stay overnight with my M-I-L, I received a text at 10:38PM Saturday night saying the car wax sold out from under me.

Communication with this dealership was horrible. They quickly reached out by email and I responded with what I was looking for and a few questions but no response. Got a follow up email the next day asking if all my questions were answered which I responded to with my questions for a second time. Again no answer. Once again I got a follow up email asking if I had any questions. This happened a few more times before I gave up on getting me questions answered. A few of the follow up emails were from the “GM” and “Sales Manager” and they even included an email signature. These were just fake emails from the same sales person who did not answer my questions. They came from the same email address who was not responding to my questions even including his personal email signature below the “GM” or “Sales Manager” signature.

The dealership was good at correspondence, in the beginning. They listed the best match for the used car I needed, it was even in their inventory for two weeks. I set up an appointment. All the correspondence (emails and phone calls) indicated they would have it ready and waiting for me. Because of my work I had to plan to make a fairly long drive to see the car, I drove 3 hours to see it. They called me to confirm my appointment about five hours in advance. When I got there (exactly on time) I needed a quick restroom stop(courtesy of the long drive) and when I came back to the customer greeting desk I waited for ten minutes before anyone spoke to me. Finally after 3 or 4 people failed to help me a guy said he would be my salesman because my original rep was with a different customer. He asked what we were there for (apparently not knowing my appt. details) then I sat for 10-15 minutes. Finally he came back and said the car sold a couple hours ago. I will never go back!!

Well, The Dealer quoted me a price of $17,884 for this car throw email. When I went to buy the car. The
Dealer sent me a price of 24,749.00 (-) 4,500.00 rebate, That is 20,249.00 for the car. They told me that
because I was not in the military add $500 and not a 1st responder add $500 and not in collage add $400, plus
add in the dealer freight of $975 to the 17,884 and that would give me $20,249 for the car. wow
Looks like a click bate. How many people would qualify for all these discount at the same time

Absolute liars that will tell you anything to get in the door. I asked if I could get the internet price even though I don’t qualify for the incentives. The dealer said yes. I said are you sure? I can get the car for (x amount) even though I don’t qualify for the incentives? He said yes I don’t see a problem with that. Seems reasonable. I asked another time and he said yes, again. I ask for the price in writing before I come to the dealership. Said they were going to send that day. Sent it 3 days later with a price $3k above what was agreed upon. Wouldn’t honor the price we talked about. Slimey slimey slimey just like the majority of other car dealers.

I had an evening appointment to see a car and I got there and found that it was sold that morning. I understood
selling the car, but someone could have contacted me during that day to save me from a wasted visit.

Don, Anthony, and Leo went above and beyond on our most recent car buying experience. Was shopping for a new Sonata for my wife. After test driving the first, she settled on wanting a sunroof option. Unfortunately the vehicle we were eyeing was sold, but Leo was able to find one comparable that worked for our budget. They couldn’t have been more pleasant people to deal with! Entire salesman and sales process was dishonest and unprofessional. Wasted almost my entire day with who I thought were honest people. Was told I had a deal by Karl and set to travel from NC . I got two calls with in 5 minutes of each from two different salesman. One I had not talked with all day and then the original guy telling me someone had just walked into buy the car. Sleaziest I have ever dealt with and I have bought a lot of cars in other states. Not to be trusted by any means!!!!

One word to describe my experience would be ‘horrible’. We decided to visit this dealership as it listed a very good price for the car. The consultant assigned to us for showing the car was totally not interested, he was rude and arrogant. We liked the car and when it came to pricing they mentioned a totally different and higher price than what was mentioned online !! To add to the trauma a higher official talked to us, and she was even more rude and instead of talking to make things better she made us feel so small, she belittled us..my advise would be not to visit this dealership as this area has
several other Hyundai dealerships with people who are nice to you and actually interested to sell. The review is straight out of heart :)
Terrible experience. Price was listed at 14,280 on car gurus. When we got there, their price was 20,000. Nothing was listed as advertised and none of their math added up to any rebate amounts. Their website had the car listed at 15,280 and the numbers they provided didn’t even match their own website. Terrible Stay away from Heritage.

I rate this place a two stars because I’m thankful that I was able to drive the vehicle. The Hyundai Veloster is and will be a revolutionary vehicle to change the approach on affordable hot hatches. If you have not test drove this vehicle I highly recommend you do. I rate this experience so low due to the lack of hospitality received from this location. They treated me like with no respect and doubted my ability to purchase this vehicle. The manager proceeds to tell me I’m trying to help you so your car won’t get repo’d. Instead of backhanding this man into oblivion I refuse to do business with this establishment. Next day I found a better dealership that gave me a better offer and did everything possible to meet my requirements. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Be aware!!!!
Two managers (Not sales person) gave to me $1030.00 different prices for same vehicle same time.
Those were Sarah Herr (Sales Manager) and Stephanie Ross (Internet Manager).
Heritage Hyundai was offered $1,200.00 extra Stimulus discount. Even their smallest price was higher than other dealers Ther were Not offered extra Stimulus discount.
After I received an email from General Manager John Holliday, He was checking on Me for What is going on?
I explained the problem by the email But No any action from Him too.
I am still keeping all emails If some body need I can email to Him or Her.
No more Heritage Hyundai Towson.

The dealer representative contacted me almost immediately. They were very, very helpful for us to obtain the car we wanted. They even went
out of their way to obtain from a different location the exact model and color we were wanting. We made a deal with them and flew over to
finalize the arrangements. The dealer met us as the rail station with the new car and helped in every way to make our travel very rewarding.
We were traveling over 300 miles with the new car. The sales representative was checking on us along the way. In driving the car we had
some questions about the operation of the vehicle and the sales representative was able to get answers for all our questions. I cannot say
enough about the excellent service we received.

At this moment we are still negotiating a price on a vehicle on the lot, so I had to say no to the purchase of a car presently. The phone conversations have been respectful and they have been open to working with our budget. They have listened to what we are looking for and are making an effort to make that happen.

I'd been in contact with them for days trying to get in for a test drive. At first, the car hadn't been inspected yet. Came in the exact day they told
me the car had finally gone through inspection. Made an appointment and got all the way out to Towson from the city just for them to tell me
they'd sold the car an hour and a half before I got in there. No one let me know. They just let me come in so that they could try to sell me cars
that I'd already said were out of my budget and not what I want. Extremely inconsiderate and a waste of my time after I'd just gotten off from
work on a busy weekday.

Another bunch of shady people. The price for this car is really 18k. I tried to get a used CPO from them and he quoted a price, just neglected to tell me it was just used.

Firstly, Heritage is not even identified before a call or e-mail from them,
also, no price listed, no photo. Further, all I received was a lot of lip
service (no answers to my questions about a specific car) from a
salesman, internet manager and general manager.
The general manager sent an e-mail with all the platitudes about 100%
satisfaction guaranteed, and to contact him directly with any
dissatisfaction. I laid it all out for him in an e-mail - no personal
response. I then got a note from the internet manager saying that the
vehicle had been sold. The car is still advertised, even though it hasn't
been available since 3/8, at the latest.

Would not trust this dealer. Agreed upon a price. Put a deposit down. Then they sold the vehicle from under me at a higher price. Worst experience ever. Had to give a star but they don't deserve it.

I received GREAT service, a fair deal, and as an afterthought following agreement to purchase a truck asked for an offer on the car I drove to the dealership. I received what a consider a fairly decent price for my trade considering this was a dealership. Overall this was a pleasurable transaction and I left the dealership thinking I would absolutely recommend this delaership to friends and family --- as well as return when ready for another Great Deal.
Rudy in internet sales, and Justin in new car sales ( closer ) were true professionals.
