Started a conversation with Lucas and don't know how he can be a Internet sales manager with no communication. Asked for numbers on trade 3 days ago called dealership an was told he would call back and never did. Was told about transparent pricing which I understand but to take 3 days to get back to someone is horrible service and for that reason I would stay away from trying to buy over the phone. It's all a trap to get you to go in. Glad I had back up cars with quick efficient responses.

I was disappointed with my experience dealing with Herb Chambers Lexus. I scheduled an
appointment to drive/purchase a specific RXhybrid promoted on their web site. I made the
appointment for 2 days from then, and received about 4 phone calls and 6 text messages
asking me to confirm my appointment prior to the scheduled date. I confirmed each time. I
live an hour from dealership and as I was on my way there, received a call that the car had
sold to a "walk in" buyer. Why bother making and confirming an appointment 8 times? No
apology, no effort to find a similar vehicle, and no follow-up after.

My experience with the dealership was not good . The finance representative told me my credit was bad which I already knew and acted as though he had no interest in assisting me . I believe everyone no matter of there credit score deserves be treated with a certain amount of respect I would’ve recommended this dealership to anyone

We drove from Providence for an appointment to test drive a Mercedes CLA we were interested in purchasing. When we arrived the sales person told us the car was sold! Will never visit or do business this place again.

Almost bought this car. Went for a test drive & then went back with my
family so they could give me the ok. It was near closing and they were
super hyper putting on the pressure to get us to buy it right then. I
explained that I wanted my mechanic to check it out first & had already
made an appointment for 9am on Mon with my mechanic. But their sales
department opens at 9am. It would be a tight timeline so I tried to
arranged to pick it up earlier since they told me the service department
(who they said was who would have the keys) get there earlier (7am) on
Mon and they were not accommodating. Very much like âoh well on Mon
sometimes I get to work late so I canât guarantee the car would be ready
for youâ¦â They just wanted me to buy it right then. The pressure was
really annoying since I fully intended to buy the car with my mechanicâs
thumbs up. Long story short the car had been âsoldâ when I called to
confirm. Not sure I believe them, perhaps they knew what the mechanic
would find?

I wanted to buy this car but every time I asked for something the price went up. They want to 10 eight and by the time they were through it was 11 five.
If they fix the items I wanted done I would’ve bought it and now it’s $1000 less

Was going to get a car but they threw in $2500 worth of hidden fees and completely went against the deal they originally told me they would give me. I returned the car the same day after looking over the contract, two weeks later and still no refund. Amazing customer service until you tell them you no longer want the car

I'm giving it one star. The internet sales person was excellent but then more people got involved and the one salesman I thought was listening ended up selling it out from under me. Very frustrating

Very attentive
Sales associate one of the most professional individuals I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with when purchasing a vehicle. The finance department has a lengthy production where they try and sell you all extended warranties, interior/exterior protection packages, etc. Then get bent out of shape when none their “preferred” lenders can beat the APR on a pre-approved loan from an outside source.

So far so good. Hovig was very helpful and to the point. I placed a deposit down on the car and requested new floor mats as well. Hopefully I can return back in a few days to review again to follow up on the status. I’m waiting on the dealership to submit the title to my finance company to close the deal on Tue. Fingers crossed. But overall this experience was great so far.

Only to get there and wait for 30 mins so they could find the car find the keys then pull up in rusted out over priced 14 yr old car askin 10 k would not lower price as to reflect the work that was needed to car !! Great help wish car was lower priced
I stopped by the dealership on my own and figuring Herb Chambers had a Kia dealership this vehicle would easily be CPO through Kia, big selling point for a used vehicle buyer. No such luck. Vehicle was there and looked great at first glance. Upon inspecting the vehicle and even sitting inside I was able to notice some of the wear and tear on the interior and some sort of disgusting smell. I did a quick walk around the vehicle and noticed a dent in the back bumper, which for these vehicles, is a special separate piece that’s easy to fix. I would not recommend to buy this vehicle for the price offered.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! This Dealer was very shady in dealing on this
car. They kept changing the price and at one point actually switched
cars on me. I have bought 10+ cars in my life and have never been
treated so poorly. The Used car and general manager switched the
deal every time they reduced the price. They offered me $26m to
$29m to $33m to $31.5m to $31.1m to $30.8m for my car. Please let
your buyers know to be very careful when buying from Lexus of
Sharon. One star was being generous.

However was offered an even lower trade in
value than Kelly blue book “ good “ condition
rating price to start negotiations, when one
would expect an excellent rating and higher
trade in price. Have always bought Lexus
certified preowned vehicleS, primarily for the
superior maintenance, condition and trade in
value. May re consider paying that extra cost.
Given this experience with a loyal return
customer where only consideration is a higher
slight of hand price, I regret I definitely will not
shop at this dealership for future purchases.

The Herb Chambers employees work to please their customers, and that is evident! I enjoyed working with each person I met, and they helped me through the long process of purchasing my first vehicle, seamlessly!
The staff are all very responsive and work well together. We got the perfect vehicle in our budget and the team was able to accommodate all of our needs when we had to travel at the last minute to get our car.

Very nice facility. People were super friendly. The key after the test drive of
the Acura wouldn't come out they had to unplug the battery for it to come out.
Same issue again. They claimed a knew battery would fix it. I didn't stick
around to check. Electrical problems are hard to find and fix.

Drove all the way there from Cape Cod for them to call
me two minutes before I got to the dealership to tell me
the car that I was coming to look for is being sold then
try to put me in a different vehicle I liked it but the price
was way more expensive put a $500 deposit on it and I
ended up finding a better deal in my hometown same
exact car that I was looking for about the same mileage
and to get my $500 back from them it took them about
two weeks to refund me my $500 deposit overall I
wouldn't do business with them again The whole time
that I was there they made me feel like I couldn't even
afford this car I just had a bad feeling about the whole
situation and ended up looking somewhere else and
found exactly what I was looking for and that
dealership alone made me feel great and confident
about financing a car

Even though had letter from dealer with
end of season loyalty check for $750.00
off. They still quibbled and said we were
stealing car. Other dealers had more
color choices and even same car with
lower mileage. I wanted to continue my
loyalty, but never felt like they wanted to
do the same. Young sales associate was
very inexperienced, lack of focus and
attention to details, never offered us
water or anything and yet we were there
hours. Sales manager offered water
finally. Even though paid cash we were
made to wait hours because of low
staffing in finance and got hard sell on
extras even when we said we didn't want
to do anything but sign paper and write a
check. Follow up after purchase went
downhill from there...service dept. had
know idea we were coming in for loaner
car so inspections and repairs could be
done. Had to wait and come back again.

Got a call back from Madison and was excited about the vehicle. After driving thru Boston traffic for an hour, finally got to Sharon, MA. Met with there team of people, watched Herb Chambers video. Next, ready for test drive. I got into the vehicle, yes the one that I was excited about to buy. I turned the key to test drive this RX330 just to go 100 ft. back into a parking spot at Herb Chambers. Very, very, upsetting to find out the mileage of this vehicle was off by 60,000 miles. It was not a great family trip or publicity. I just can't believe a large company like Herb Chambers, doesn't have someone check on there web site for any errors. I did purchase a beautiful RX350 elsewhere, sorry HERB.

Very poor follow through on the registration plus the finance person told many untruths. I would give them a 2 star on a scale of 5 star.

Dealer was responsive but lack of interest in discussing any
possible of reduction in asking price was a turnoff. Purchased
car from another Lexus dealer.
