The salesman changed his time to accommodate me. I did not feel pressured to buy, have a co-signer or larger down payment. All of the things that cause anxiety when going to a dealership and the reason why in the past I purchased cars online. I’m very happy with the service I received and extremely satisfied with the purchase of my XT6.

I was interesting in a 2020 Cadillac Escalade and emailed someone at Hennessy Cadillac. Within Minutes James Shellaugh responded and it was late evening. James answered every question I had and even sent a video show casing every detail of the Escalade. I was convince at that time. I did come in the very next day James hadn't got to work yet which Gonzalo Mon dragon assisted and really took care of me by selling me my car. These 2 sales person really, really really made it easy to assisting me purchasing this vehicle. Great Professionals.

The dealer is great! And yet to still do business. I am meeting with him this week about a vehicle. This particular vehicle here he responded and also tried to get me to come in to look at it. He wanted me to have my fair shot at this vehicle. Being as there were several people looking at it. Unfortunately it was sold and he also let me know. I am interested in another one similar to this one. So it's fine. He responded and answered every question I've had and look forward to doing business. Thanks!

I was told that they would rather sell the car at auction than sell it for 30000. I understand i made a tough offer howevwr i didnt expect that reaponse. Then the sales manager called me a few days later and left a message asking if i was still interested in the vehical. I called back and left a message explaining my experience to which I never received a call back.

There are decent dealerships, this is NOT one of them. Absolutely try to take advantage of customers. Added 4K in dealer add-ons! Haven't seen that in awhile. This place is the reason car dealers are so notorious and untrusted. When I informed them I was not going to pay 4K in junk add-ons they said they were already on the car and I would have to pay for them....no I won't and neither should you! With so many choices to buy a car without being ripped off, time to move along. Con artists, not ethical and trusted business practices-you work hard for your money, do not fall for their scams.

I was told car was certified, when I called to go see it I was told car was in transport, I don’t know why would you have a car listed and not even have it in possession yet. I liked the picks so I decided to wait, it took them a whole week to get the car, Sales rep told me it had few cosmetic issues as well as parking sensors amd maybe a mount issue whick they were going to get replaced. I drove close to an hour to go test drive the car only to find out while I was test driving it that car had bad front differential, now that is a big issue.thanks God I had my mechanic with me while i test drove it, he heard the sound it made before I even left the lot. Aparantly they increased the price as well!!!

Saw advertised price on Car Gurus, went to Hennessy, agreed on a price. Obtained financing, then they immediately upped the price over $2000. Terrible way to do business, will never purchase anything from them ever.

Great place to purchase from. I had to drive to Duluth from south Ga, so when we arrived everyone needed a bathroom break. So thankful for the clean facility and changing tables in the men’s restroom. While we were there they offered us snacks which really helped to calm my anxious kids.

Had a deposit on a vehicle, we drove an hour and a half to pick it up and they had sold it to someone else without notifying us. We were actually going to buy 2 Escalades. Pretty frustrating experience.

I have been happy with Greg, Katy , and Sean. Everyone has answered all my questions and I am looking forward to meeting them all in person on Friday. They are even picking me up at the airport! Everything went smoothly at the dealership. Greg and Nigel were great. The Escalade was in perfect condition and the over 8 hour drive home was a relaxing and most comfortable one. EXTREMELY rude salesperson named Marlene. Was actually trying to sell me a 2016 Lexus GS200T that looked like it had been washed with sandpaper. Advised Marlene that I had $26,300 cash for the vehicle. Her response was, "I appreciate you are on a budget. Let me know when you come up with the difference of the $27,717.25 drive out." So this is how their salespeople talk to customers. THIS dealership really needs a class in customer service.

Truly an awesome experience even though I wasn't buying a cadillac. It's not that the facility was nicer because it was, more importantly, it's how I was treated. My salesman Carl, was great. The manager came over to introduce himself and determine how interested I was. They wanted to sell me a car. I didn't buy that day to try and negotiate the best deal. I called the first dealership I went to because they also had the same vehicle with similar miles to try and get them to compete on price. They were willing to compete, but I had no desire to give them my Business. Went back to the Cadillac store and bought the G70. For an incredible buying experience, I highly recommend Hennessy Cadillac whether you are buying a Cadillac or preowned vehicle.

The dealer stalled back and forth for almost a week, wasting a ton of our time we had to send multiple email requests for any information we asked for, horrible follow up, got us to agree to a price, said it was a done deal. We were waiting on APR terms, which they insisted I had to fill out the credit application to get the exact rate to determine whether we'd pay cash or finance. I told them I don't want to fill it out unless the deal is solid because I don't want to continue to run credit with multiple dealers. I spoke with them up until 7PM that night (post credit approval) and they assured they were just 're-writing the numbers' now that everything was final and would have the revised contract over in the morning.. The next day the GM tells me they sold it the night before. They were working multiple deals, and collecting personal data assuring 'it's a done deal' just to turn around and sell it to someone else. Completely shady practices, would NEVER recommend working with them.

I came in on a Saturday, Schedule a test drive.I was suppose to meet with Marlene but I did not come in at my scheduled time, Marlene had another customer so she introduced me to Allen. Allen took over very very courteous the entire facility from start to finish courteous polite, professional. Would you like some water would you like a snack. I loved my experience. Listen I came in for a test drive, I left with a car smooth transition Allen ,Marlene, Cal, down to the manager great service great experience. Please give them a try you will not be disappointed. The whole staff were friendly and helpful. Offering myself and my choldren drinks and snacks while my husband went for test drive. However, there were some dents and such on the vehicle we came to look at but since we had driven 2 hours to get there they filled up our gas tank before we left. They have since fixed the dents and dings on the vehicle and have invited us back to look at it.

The Dealership and sales reps were nice. The vehicle on the other hand, was junk. It had numerous door dings, rear bumper needed to be repainted, needed new tires, and all 4 wheels had been curbed. The main display in the Cadillac was also cracked. To advertise a vehicle for close to $60,000 with the amount of issues this one had is not a good look. I know it's a used car, but this was rough!

My great experience was a total surprise because my past dealings with car salesmans is usually bad and I try to avoid them as much as possible. We called 45 min before they closed about coming in for a test drive. The salesman said the gates were already locked and he hoped we would come back the next day. We were in town from 2 hr away so that was not an option. Very disappointing.

The people at Hennessy Cadillac were very personable and My salesman Ryan was pleasant and accommodating. I was looking for an AWD vehicle and was very disappointed to find that the vehicle was listed on CarGurus as an AWD but found out from the dealership that it was only a FWD. Finally I was very pleased with the sale price of the vehicle but after the finance office and the add ons the out the door price was significantly higher. The dealership did their job well I should have more knowledgeable and prepared for the finance portion of the sale.

We never visited the location as we were looking at a car online, however a representative contacted us immediately upon our request and followed up throughout the week when we had questions. Unfortunately, the car we were looking at was sold the day before we planned to see it. The representative informed us of this by email and offered to send us information in the future if similar vehicles were to come available.
