Awful experience. Dealership was 6 hours away, no big deal to purchase a car. The small dealership which I was sent to was full of stereotypical "slime bag salesmen". Nothing was as described, the dealership, deal, jeep etc. I walked out and was completely disrespected by Logan, a papercut is more pleasant than dealing with him. Don't waste your time with these jokersters.

The sales person was great, but the finance guy was not willing to budge. I drove for three hours, and we couldn’t seem to come to an agreement. Not to mention that most of the cars are buybacks that have had prior issues big red flag for me.

In a word, Excellent. Straight with the facts, thorough, and pleasant. Unusual to do a car trade in
transaction virtually and end up with what I wanted--but that is how it played out. I was 300 miles
away, and Henkel had a car of interest, but I was not going to travel 300 miles to talk about a deal. I
represented the car I had for trade, stated what I was looking for, and these folks came back, not
exactly where I had hoped but close enough. And so I drove the 300 miles, they were satisfied that
the trade I had was correctly represented, I was satisfied that the car I wanted was correctly
represented, and the deal was done. I am happy and genuinely hope the sales folks at Henkel are
happy.

Was interested in purchasing this van for the price originally listed 27989. Wanted to trade my 2014 Subaru with 26,000 miles. I was told the price on the van was going to go up to 30989. Reasoning was a shortage of cars so they could do it. Told them I wanted to buy van for original price and wanted 15,500 for my van. Response they couldn’t do that because they could only sell for 16,900. They also wanted to tack on 499 for dealer prep. On a used car that probably needed a wash. Feel like this sales person was trying to rip me off. As you can see van is still for sale and has been for over 225 days. Mmm maybe work with a customer who has a great trade and wanted a fair price for the car they wanted to buy

Friendly nonpressure salesman. However he was not fully prepared to answer some of my questions. The test drive swayed me to not consider a Jeep Wrangler. It rode well but the interior was too cramped for my comfort. Especially since 80 plus percent of my driving will be comuting to work , not off road. I'm sad but not the right car for me.

Logan was a great sales manager who was always quick and prompted to respond electronically and make accommodations for me with the covet mitigations I'm dealing with out of state.
Beware of this dealership! Garret was a horrible salesperson. Would not recommend. Reviews are right about this place. Deposit doesn’t matter either. The car was finally ready and on it’s way back from inspection/ new tires. I was told to head in and within 10 min I get a text saying don’t bother I sold the car. So we waited for 2 weeks on this car and Garret just says it’s too bad. Beware this place its a rip off.

Dealership did not contact me via email however I went in person the day I saw it listed but it had sold the previous weekend...it'd be wonderful if they would pull the vehicles that have sold off their internet page.
From what I understand, the internet person is about the last to know that a vehicle was sold and they should be the first to know so it can pulled off the website.

I contacted Henkel on Friday of the same week I first saw the Jeep on CarGurus. Salesman called me back almost
immediately. I made a small deposit to hold it for a few days. The following Tuesday, I drove the 86 miles to the dealer,
looked the Jeep over, and took it for a test drive. It was immaculate and exactly as described in the listing. The next day, I
came back with a friend who is a mechanic for a Jeep dealer and knows tons more than I do. He gave it the OK, so I bought
it and drove it home. The salesman was very knowledgeable, friendly. and helpful, as was everybody I had contact with at
this dealer. CarGurus rated this as a great deal and it was. I highly recommend Henkel.

It was actually my girlfriend who ended up buying this vehicle. The salesman (Nick) promised us that after buying, they would detail the whole car, inside and out. When she got it home, she showed it to family members - one of which was a sister-in-law. When she reclined the passenger seat back, she found old food and dirt in the crevice of the leather seat and when she ran her hand over it to scoop it out - out came a razor blade! There was light dirt and a greasy film all over the front of the car.
After examine the documents, she found that the 1-year warranty Nick had promised her from Chrysler was a lie and that it was only a 3-month warranty issued by Henkel Auto.
Overall, we still like the vehicle so far, but one thing is for certain - we will never buy here again, nor recommend the dealership to anyone. Telling lies just to make a sale doesn’t ‘cut it’ with us. Over $32,000 and getting a quick wipe-down with ArmorAll over scum doesn’t ‘cut it’ with us. Piss-poor experience!
Brice was a fantastic salesman. I never felt rushed. I
was pretty set one one vehicle, but was still hesitant.
He showed me a few others very similar, but in the
end it solidified my decision. He seems new, but was
very knowledgeable but not a “know it all”. He wasn’t
ashamed to ask others questions and get me

Dealer suggested i pay a deposit to remove the specific vehicle from being bought by someone else . A sight unseen evaluation for my tradein was to be sent in the form of a file or a link that was never sent. On saturday on the holiday weekend less than a week after my deposit was recieved was returned without any discussion. When i contacted them about this their reply was people are interested in this vehicle.my question is it was to be protected by my deposit wasn't it. While i secured financing
I set up a test drive with this dealership and the following day drove 1.5 hours down to BattleCreek to test drive the vehicle and they told me sorry but it was sold the previous day. Usually don’t leave reviews but a phone call would of been nice and saved me 3 hours of my day. Plus the vehicle is still showing as available online.

Bought this great car. Very happy overall!
Buyer beware! I made a 4.5 hr trip to purchase a used 2018 Challenger RT after several weeks of discussion and settling on a
price. I asked for an honest inspection of the car along with picts of any, abnormalities, etc in the finish before I made the trip.
The salesman (Gale) never checked it but swore the car was perfect with no issues. When I arrived, I was thoroughly p#ssed at
what I saw!! One side of the car had been hack painted on in the rear qtr. Key scratches and scuffs all over the rest of the panels,
then a bad attempt at a paintless dent repairs done on the other side, drill holes (plastic plugs) left inside the door jams from that
repair. Based upon this vehicle, I cringe at what might go on to others in their inventory and what people might overlook. The
Carfax on this car was guaranteed clean which didn't mean squat. The Mgr did give me a $100 gas card for my wasted trip. I did
not buy the car. Please inspect carefully before buying used from their inventory!!

This dealership took pictures so you couldn't see the multiple dents in it including the rolled in front bumper, also it had scratches so deep the metal was exposed, was smoked in heavily and the inside of the truck was trashed along with not detailed at all and the tires where 30% and they want $24k for it.

After showing interest on Car Gurus, I was quickly contacted by the
dealership. I took the vehicle home that evening to test drive and show my
boyfriend. I didn't want to give it back the next day! Mark at Henkel made the
whole process very easy for me. I didn't have to take time off work and he
handled the whole financial side with my bank. He streamlined the process
and made it very simple for me to have my dream vehicle! The best part was
that I didn't have to give the Jeep back and now it is mine!

I had been looking for this car and was ready to buy; I was contacted right away, they gathered my personal information but then said they didnt have the car I wanted and tried to sell me something more expensive -- it was a bait and switch!!! I was horrified!! When I called him out on it he dropped me like a hot potato and didn't call me back. This dealer misrepresents their vehicles and should not be allowed to do this.

I was told by a sales rep that if I called to schedule an appointment, they
would honor that no matter what and not sell a vehicle before I could see it. I
made an appointment for 24 hours from the time I contacted them. Then 3
hours later, they said they had someone else who wanted to see the car and
said I could come earlier or put a deposit down (without seeing it). Texted me
later that night to tell me the car sold. Not impressed.
These people were GREAT! The communication was stellar before, during,
and after my purchase. I was coming to their dealership from another state
and they made my buying experience wonderful! I'm usually one of those
people who only review if I am upset....but not this time! I have already given
their names to two people in my circle!
Drove 7 hours one way to purchase this vehicle. Vehicle was suppose to be ready for pick up, it wasn’t. The truck was nasty on the inside, salesman did not have paperwork ready, would not let me talk to a service guy about some maintenance questions I had. I decided to go ahead with the purchase but would recommend using caution when dealing with this group.

The dealer experience was not just good - it was great. I ended up
purchasing a car through them. I got an outstanding deal, an incredible
happy with the car I got. I was never "sold" anything. I ended up
spending just a few minutes at the dealership when I picked up my car
and finished the paperwork. The SALESMAN DID 90% of the paperwork -
I didn't have to spend hours waiting for the "finance guy". Other dealers,
for other cars I bought - the finance guy tries to sell you a ton of things
you don't need. This finance guy should me two options and answered
my questions about the options and that was it. I never felt so
UNDERSOLD - I LOVED IT. I will use these guys again and again.
They are the best in Michigan.

I was quickly contacted by Jaime, an internet sales associate, about the vehicle of interest. She provided lots of information on this particular vehicle and another salesman, Peter, provided additional details about this vehicle and some others that met my criteria. They were very responsive to calls, emails and text messages, accepted a deposit to hold the vehicle, and assisted me at the dealership on the day(s) I was available. I traveled from Maryland to this dealership in Michigan. Jaime and Peter were extremely customer service-oriented, very knowledgeable, and Peter was very patient as I made my decision. They had the car ready to go and completed the deal on the day before Thanksgiving so I was able to drive home for the holiday. This is my first used car purchase (from anyone other than a family member) and I've not shopped online for a vehicle in the past. The internet sales department made car shopping a very different experience than simply heading into a dealership; overall, I'm very satisfied with the experience, and so far happy with the vehicle. While the internet research helped me to identify the vehicle of interest, I appreciate the on-site personal service and information Peter provided about specific features of the vehicle. Once we decided on the vehicle/price, the final sales process was very straightforward and quick. The dealership accepted a variety of payment options (cash, check, credit card, financing) with no pressure to use one over another. I would not hesitate to do business with this dealership and these sales people again.

Little disappointed that there was no flexibility to negotiate a deal. Even more so disappointed that after running the Carfax finding it has a "branded title for being a lemon." Feel like they are asking for a clear title price.

The vehicles on your site were not on their lot. They said they were in transit but not there yet. Only 2 of the 5 we drove the distance to see and test drive were there. Also, absolutely no negotiation room or real willingness to work with us. It is unfortunate that we were not able to work together to get a win win out of the opportunity.
