I had an appointment scheduled, arrived on time, and still waited nearly an hour before receiving assistance, while the salesperson seemed more focused on other sales than helping me. I was also told to call my insurance company and add the vehicle before leaving, which was unexpected, and I received no information about the vehicle’s Gold Certification. This has been the longest and most frustrating purchase process I’ve experienced, even when using certified checks. While I remain loyal to Toyota, this dealership fell short. The vehicle was sold as Gold Certified, yet I’ve noticed wind noise and what appears to be a warped windshield, raising concerns about the inspection. I would appreciate prompt contact to have these issues inspected and corrected to meet Toyota’s certified standards. Do
not waste your money at this place.

Quick at responding but we drove 3 hours to see a vehicle that was listed to have a power liftgate as a feature. Feature was listed online and on the window sticker and got there and it didn’t have a power liftgate.

Salesman was fine however after finding a major issue with a car management, just decided not to sell it to me so they could try to stick it to the next person. At some point ethics should matter somewhat.

Came in to look at this Wrangler. It was absolutely gorgeous and priced below market. My salesperson took really good care of me and I left super happy. I would totally recommend Hendrick to anyone looking for a great deal and a better dealership experience.

Terrible experience. Contacted them via phone worked out a deal because we were driving two hours. They agreed if we came in that day we were good to go. Drove done and they went back on price said they couldn’t do it. So we drove to Charlotte and purchased for lower than what they had agreed to on the phone before they went back on their word. Would give zero stars if I could cannot stand a liar.

Quick Glib Talker NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE Tried to tell me no Tundras had a Linex liner. Clearly not a FACT possibly an opinion. Tried to
force me into specific financing and again NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE about banking/finacning processes. Basically lied about all his customers
financing from all over the country and then immediately switching their loan to another company within 30 days with no impact to their credit
or interest rates. Guy was so flaky. Wanted a 2000 deposit and when I said no way immediately switched to 1000.00 and then nothing but did
say he could not guarrantee it but would try to hold it for me. Salesman had ordered truck for himself but decided he did not want it so that
may have something to do with the runaround. Either way don't trust this guy at all.

Even though I ended up getting my car at another dealership because the car here wasn't available then and I was really in a hurry to get back behind the wheel after my car was totaled out, I thought very highly of Hendrick of North Charleston SC! They kept my in the loop about the vehicle I was interested in the whole time, but there was never any type of push or harassment from them! They were wonderful and I will definitely be checking them out over the next several months when my daughter starts to buy her first car!

I actually went to purchase this vehicle last Thursday ! They told me to wait until the after the holiday and the vehicle would be ready for pick up ! Mind you in a out of state customer that was paying cash not financing! They had me to come all the way to the dealership to pick up the car for the not to be ready at all and to tell me it wouldn’t be ready until the end of June !!! This company has bad customer service and they don’t treat you like you suppose to be treated when paying cash for a vehicle

After driving 2 hours, I did not purchased the vehicle. Dealer wasted my time and gave me a run around just to shave off 600 bucks. I walked away for wasting my time. To my military community, go somewhere else like I did.

They reply back I spoke with a salesperson in people with his manager his manager wanted to give me $12,000 for my truck I only owe $14,000 on my truck but my truck my truck is worth 165 I know this I had a praise twice so the $27,000 went to $31,000 for the price of the vehicle once the numbers came through I don't see how that possible but it was a no-go on this vehicle I think if you want to make a sale the manager should do everything in his power to get a deal closed not trying to make money for the dealership knowing they can sell my truck for $16,500 and could have paid my truck off of 14 but he still wanted to lowball me I saw a car for 7 years I know the business I would not recommend this dealership only because of that bad experience right there

They were...OK, but don't expect anything special. S L O W and you will hear a lot of "I'll be right back" then they will come back after 10-15
minutes. I actually had to walk out at one point and the sales person had to come out and chase me down in the parking lot.Wanted to come
in and pay for the car, I thought drop off check and sign some paper work. I made an appointment and asked that the paper work I was going
to be signing be emailed to me so that I could review before coming in. That was too much to ask and was told that it is all electronic and not
possible.We all know that is a load of crap. Makes one wonder what they wanted to hide. When I did show up, check in hand and on time,
what did I hear again? You got it "I'll be right back". What a waist of MY time! Incompetent at nearly every turn and they wonder why the public
has such a low opinion or car dealers.It is because of crap like this!! Like I said at the beginning nothing special, but typical.

Drove 2 hours to view car I was told was had not a scratch on it... got there and 3rd tail light was broken with water in it. Had a huge scratch in trunk and multiple other scratches. Was told, "oh I didnt see that before"... was a huge waste of time for what could have been an easy honest phone call.

I would rate 0 stars if possible! Buyers beware, shady
business! One employee said the place was closed on
New Year's. Emailed us the vehicle was still available at
5:16pm. Called on the way there just to make sure. Girl
said store was open the day before and car had sold at
2:00pm. Um, how are you closed and open at the same
time!?! How can you sell a vehicle at 2, then email
someone over 3 hours later to come on in to take a look
at it!?! Foolishness!!! I would NOT recommend this
place!!! I went and purchased 2 vehicles elsewhere!

Big dealer feel. Walked from the lot around the showroom looking for the bathroom while on crutches, no one approached or offered to help. Deal for the car I wanted was decent, but as usual, they don't want to give what your trade is worth. When I did find who I was looking for, he and everyone else was nice enough.

beast. The truck was trashed!!!

I made an appointment to view the minivan but when I arrived the vehicle wasn't ready to show or test drive. The dealership said they'd clean it up and drive it to me since they wasted my time but then the sold it to someone else instead of keeping their word.

Drove 100mi after calling to check on availability of a vehicle I was interested in. Got there and they couldn't find it at first and as we were leaving the salesman tap on her window and said they found it. They finally brought the car out and it was filthy. We did not buy the car . The salesman was courteous and friendly though.

Due to traffic what should have been an hour drive turnes into 2.5 hours. After arriving for sxheduled visit salesperson pulled a vehicle up to the curb which was clearly the wrong one. After another 15 minutes came back and said vehicle was not on the lot........WHAT a waste of time. I would not recommended this dealership

I absolutely dreaded getting a car. I would have resorted to any other solution but after total loss car accident I had to spring into action. I went to one dealership before them and after a mediocre experience I felt already defeated. I started looking online in hopes to find the Rav4 I wanted, but still in my fixed budget. Hendricks Toyota popped up with numerous choices which Immediately provided me with some relief. I continued to have that good feeling as I had been in contact with the sales department all day over text message. Once I arrived I was greeted promptly by the women I had been talking to.
I sensed even more relief once I realized efficiency is key there. As soon as we got on the lot they showed me their full selection of pre-owned Rav4s as I requested. It took me about ten minutes to find my perfect Rav4. As a first time buyer, it was obviously scary taking those next steps in making the deal. However with them it was clear and honest communication each step of the way. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the job the Hendrick's team did while going through this process. Highly recommend this dealership! They are knowledgeable team looking out for your best interest.

today. Chris and Andre were very
professional and I thought they did a
great job. My biggest concern with the
whole experience was the WAITING
between the deal and the finance
department (over 2 hours). Hendricks

My family and I showed up ready to
purchase on a Saturday evening it
seemed as if the replacement
salespeople were working. No one
greeted us, and when we finally had to go
inside and search for a salesperson he
did NOT help at all. He seems as if he
had better things to do. He trailed behind
us vs leading the way. We knew more
about the vehicle than he did (Highlander)
my wife and I were undecided between
the Highlander and Honda Pilot. The
sales process was so horrible we left
went to Stokes Honda and bought a
2016 Pilot. This dealership had energy
and did not have a problem dealing with
a family with two young children. Safe to
say the product (Toyota) did not match
the People.
