Dealer never got back to me. I had to call to verify if the car was still available. Once I spoke with a salesman he was very friendly. Unfortunately the car had already sold.

He was very professional. Made my visit to the dealership very enjoyable.
I talked to the salesperson who responded quickly to my interest in the car
and we had a good, friendly conversation on the vehicle we were looking
at. However, the day we were on the way to meet with her she called us
(as I had asked her to and agreed upon) and let us know another woman
from Indiana had an interest in the car and had given her preapproved
credit information already to the salesperson, and she would have the
choice first if she decided to finalize on the car. We ended up going to
another dealer in the area that had a 2015 Silver Buick La Cross with
19,155 miles on it listed on the internet and worked out a deal with them on
that car.

I was welcomed into the dealership no problem from the nice woman at the front desk but once I met a salesman for my scheduled test drive things went down hill. The car itself was great but I felt because of my age the salesman was not taking me seriously. He didn't seem eager to help me. Although he did answer all of my questions, once I said I couldn't make a deal today because I needed time to think and look at other vehicles he seemed to become disengaged. I wouldn't mind going back to this dealership, just with a different salesman.

and ready for my wife and I, truck was clean and
is what we wanted, long story short we
purchased the Yukon the next day.

Cut and dry. They had what I wanted. Traveled 2 hours to pick it up. All paperwork was ready. We signed the paperwork and left with a car 1 hour tops. Professional salesman and staff.

They we real good about letting us drive the vehicles. Were not willing to deal @ all.We Made an offer and refused. Did not come back with offer or try to even work some thing out. We went to advanced truck and auto in schoolcraft. gave us a deal to work with walked away with a hummer. Schoolcraft acted like they wanted our business, Harvey cadillac didn't care .will not ever go there again!!!

I never spoke to anyone at this dealership because, they left me a message disreguarding all questions I asked. They only wanted me to schedule a test drive. They did not have a picture of the real car online either.
