Dealership lied, said they placed a used Honda hrv exl on hold. Drove an hour and a half to look at and buy the specific car that was placed on hold. Confirmed the morning of again that we would be by to see and purchase the vehicle. 30 minutes before we reached the dealership they texted that they sold the vehicle. Dealership refused to make the situation right. Would not give a deal on the car they had similar to the one that was placed on hold.

As soon as we realized that your appointment was scheduled for the same vehicle that had just sold, we sent a message at 12:35 PM to notify you. We also followed up again at 4:54 PM to ensure you were aware before your arrival. When you arrived at 5:30 PM, it appeared those messages may not have been seen earlier in the day.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I drove car for a test drive then bought it. Financing available at HCH and was quick and painless. I highly recommend them. I love my 2015 Honda.

Responsive via email but we drove an hour to see a vehicle that turned out to be in pretty rough shape(not reflected accurately in pictures), and they were not willing to repair anything or make any concession on price. Guy we met with at the dealership seemed entirely uninterested in actually selling a car to us and maybe spoke a total of 20 words the whole time. Awkward since we were the only customers in the whole place-he could have asked what we were looking for and made some recommendations or something. Nice on the front of avoiding pushy sales games but maybe was too far the other way and just came off like no one was there to sell cars.

They went above and beyond and even took a video for me since I’m in Louisville and they were going to be closing within two hours and I was not going to make it there until closing time very very helpful I did not end up making it there I did purchase an automobile in Louisville but they were extremely nice and helpful more than accommodating I highly recommend this business

I contacted them about buying a car. They were over 4 hours away from my house. They wouldn’t let me negotiate over the phone and wouldn’t work out a deal with me. They just kept doing the car sales bs. I just want to buy a car! I just don’t want to drive 4 hours and not be able to work out the deal. If they don’t want to talk about it over the phone before I drive 4 hours, then I’ll drive 4 hours elsewhere.

After reading several reviews, this seems like a common occurrence at the dealership. Inquired about a vehicle and a few days later they increased the price before making to the appointment. I asked why there was an increase on price, the response I received was because of market value and they wouldn't honor the original price.

Sales reps were very helpful but feel the dealership management is into some bait and switch games with listing a price and then suggesting they didn’t know there was an option on it and refused to negotiate a penny. If they truly didn’t know the option was on the car, then they weren’t doing their job in listing the car correctly. Way too high extra dealer fees too. Have a hard time trusting management at this dealership.

Although they were pleasant and responsive, after several days of back and forth emails, they refused to honor the price they had agreed to. I almost drove 3 hours to the dealership but luckily found out they weren’t going to honor the price the day before scheduled appointment. Moreover, after spending a great deal of time negotiating with one of their “sales team” they said that sales person was the secretary. It basically sounded like an excuse to get out of the negotiated price. I personally will avoid this dealership in the future.

Was contacted by dealer. Spent two days conversing back and forth to talk price range and time to see the car. I drove 1 hr to the dealership to only find the car was on the mechanic's lift and could not bee seen. It turns out I was talking with a call service center and not the dealership. The dealership itself seems like a good dealership, but be sure you call. By the time I could see it again the car had sold.

Wednesday we made a deal to come look at car on Thursday and I took off work Thursday. wednesday night she started emailing me saying it wouldn't be ready before Friday. then Thursday I got another email saying that it woundnt be ready to look at until Saturday evening . I was going to loose more time from work if I listing to her, so Thursday morning we drove 3.5 hours out of state and look at another car and we ended up buying that car.

The dealership did contact me. Salesman told me all 2017-2018 ridgelines were AWD which isn't true... found two that where 2WD.. Thanks to Cargurus in my research

Overall the salesman was pretty good but when it came time to crunching the numbers I really didn't understand why we couldn't come to some agreement of the vehicle had had damage to the rear passenger quarter panel all the lights were on the dash when I first got in the truck even though they eventually got the lights out I still quoted a price that was reasonable and I guess the accounting person who does the final number crunching would not budge off of the price the mileage is good but there was issues with the truck and they seem like they didn't want to work with anybody so I made an offer if they could get the things fixed I will pay the price they was asking they simply told me this truck must not be for you so the salesman were pretty good but overall didn't want to sell me the truck basically because I had knowledge of the vehicle and where it should be for the price they wanted and it wasn't

The price listed on cargurus was 11900. I called and confirmed price with a salesman and set up a time to drive it. When I got there the price was 17900 for that car, but they had another one 3 years older, with 40,000 more miles for that price!!! I did not expect a reputable dealer to pull a "bait & switch."

Bought a 2007 Honda Accord from HCH. Love it!! Chris Wilkerson worked with us dilagently to get us approved with not so great credit ( one year of major hardship will demolish your 20+ years of outstanding credit I learned!). He truly went out of his way and beyond. He is the most wonderful car sales rep. I have ever delt with , having purchased cars from 8 I think , dealing with many more. Just overall great , down to earth , knows his business. We will return for our next vehicle and do/will highly recommend Chris Wilkerson and Hardin County Honda to our friends and loved ones or anyone looking to purchase a quality vehicle!
