Asked about a smell in the truck (my daughter has asthma and sensitive to smells) and what type of shape the truck is in. When I got there they had all the windows down which tells me that there is a smell that she was trying to cover up. I got in, there was a smell and stained seats. That truck had more dents on it and the electrical for towing outlet was hanging off. It was a waste of time and I am really frustrated we even came to look at it.

Terrible the manager laughed at us told us they are not going to lower the price of the truck. They won’t put the bed cover as part of deal and the addendum had to many things we didn’t want and they won’t remove anything. We had the title to our trade and and cash but the price of the truck was 6 above MRSP
I did not have a very good experience with this dealer. I went to see this 2020 Equinox and
found the photos posted of the vehicle were misleading. The exterior of the car was very poor.
There were several small dents and scuff marks. The front bumper cover was partially
detached from the fender as if the car was in an accident. The paint was weathered and faded
in some areas. I saw signs of possible oil leaks on the engine. i briefly spoke to the manager
after a test drive regarding issues I saw and manager only comment was used cars come in
various conditions. Dealer did not try offer price reduction or sale of car and I did offer to
purchase car. I would caution anyone going to this dealer to purchase a car.

I had a great experience here the salesman Eddie and his manager are very welcoming and helpful wish we could of got a deal done here. the Vehicle wasn’t what I wanted maybe next time, i recommend buying a vehicle I’m looking forward if they get that to buy here I say go to Long Beach Chevy harbor.

The dealership dragged me on for 24 hours making me think I had a chance to buy the truck only to call me and tell me they sold it. I had to keep calling asking for an update, and they would tell me sorry that person isnt available but we'll let them know you called. Then had the audacity to call me back and ask if i wanted to try another vehicle! No wonder this dealership has terrible reviews. I don't care if they were giving a free cars and trucks I will never deal with this dealership again!

I wanted to buy 2 new cars and salesman
demanded $25K over the sticker price. The
manager was quite rude and has no sense on
how to build a strong clientele base. As we say
back east, he’s looking for a fast buck and not
long term customer base.
stop by to look at the 1500 and ended driving out with a new RST. Got a great deal on my trade great service no games straight forward deal. Great people at Harbor felt comfortable being there. really appreciate Andrew and the finance team making this deal easy in and out, took me longer deciding what truck to take than signing .

Internet Sales Manager Stetson had some great deals on the 2020 3.0 i6 Diesel Silverado posted and I would have made the 100 mile trek if an equivalent deal did not surface at my regular Dealer half the distance away. He was courteous, responsive and thorough throughout the intensive exchange.

My wife, young daughters and I were very pleased with Mr. George Lopez, outstanding salesman at Harbor Chevrolet. Luis, over in finance, is also a fine gentleman and was quite helpful. They, and a couple of very nice lady employees made the purchase a very pleasant experience. George shared his own snacks with my girls and, after all the paperwork was signed, he gave extra time to familiarize us with the modern features of this beautiful car.

I ask for then to hold the car until monday but they lie to me stating that some else purchased the car wen all they did was raise the price i happy i didn't do business with then

Andrew replied to our request very promptly. He also was able to find a
transport to ship our car from Long Beach to Desert Hot Springs, CA.
However, he stated that he could get the car to us on the date we
requested, which was April 20th. I don't have the car yet and it's May 2nd.
I think Andrew just told us what we wanted to hear to get the sale instead of checking with the
transport company to see if it was possible and then letting us know when
it could be delivered. He would not have lost a sale with us but at least we
would know that he's doing everything to keep us accurately informed and
we would not have expected the car on April 20th, which was my birthday
and the car is a birthday present. Andrew also confirmed that there were 2 charging cables in the bag, a 120V and a 240V. There was only the 120V.

I didn't end up buying from this dealer but I will say they had the best pricing. I went with a Toyota and to be quite honest I think it was a mistake! Toyota's quality had dropped drastically in the past few years, it's obvious that they have been cutting corners.
Car was already sold by the time I got there. Should of called in before I
arrived. Dealer look like a ghost town. Didn't have a lot of varieties of
vehicles to select. Not the usual dealer that has a salesman chancing you
once you drive in the lot. I had to look for a salesman for help.

The dealer was responsive in calling me back with regards to my inquire on their 2008 Chevrolet Corvette. However, they were not willing to negotiate in price at all! The car was advertised st $32,000 and they would only move a couple of hundred bucks when they were asking top dollar for this vehicle.

I've been in the car repair and sale industry for 30 years.
I myself drove down to the dealer and inspected this vehicle on there own car lifts. Vehicle says "clean title" but that is because the major accident and repairs that were done were not reported to Carfax,etc.
But the fact that the dealer knowingly put that car on the lot and tried to make up terrible excuses while trying to sell me this car is a show in there low level of trustability and durability in there vehicles.
(Front and rear bumper poorly painted.)
(The bumpers and fenders do not line up)
(During test drive the vehicles roof support cracked under pressure from turning right while driving into the drive way)
Basically when the body comes off level the cars body twist

I spoke with the dealer in regards to this vehicle. I was planning to purchase a Chevy Trax for my husband's birthday on August 15, at which time we were going to be visiting the Long Beach area from San Diego. Harbor told me they were unable to hold this vehicle for me unless I wire transferred the entire asking price that same day. I was unwilling to do so without my husband having opportunity to test drive the vehicle. This vehicle apparently sold a few days later. I purchased the exact same vehicle from another dealer on August 15.

Harbor Chevrolet was not forthcoming of the internet price on Car
Gurus that I found and tried to sell me the vehicle at a higher price
until I showed them the add on my phone and then things changed.
I would have purchased the vehicle but somehow after 2 days the
price changed and went higher and I was told the vehicle sold when
it was still on the lot.

I wanted to buy a used vehicle they had on their lot but someone else
beat me to it. Their asking price for the vehicle wasn't some "true
price" nonsense, it was a fair and decent price, which is why that
sucker sold so fast, it was right at the average selling price for the
year and mileage. Anyway, I expressed interest, tried to get my
credit union auto expert to secure the car for me, someone else beat
me to it, and the dealer was polite and quick to inform me of the
status of the vehicle. So, I'm bummed I didn't get the ride but I'm
impressed with the dealership and would definitely buy from them in
the future.
