The staff was nice. The offer was well below what KBB stated for a trade in and or a cash offer. We decided not to purchase a vehicle from them.

Everyone I dealt with were very courteous and answered all questions I had. Purchasing process was smooth and relatively quick considering all the paperwork that is required. They even held my check a few days until the funds transfer was complete at my bank. I would consider buying from them again in the future.

I looked for months for the 2016 Honda CRV I wanted and found it
here. Molly Dillon reached out to me and we emailed back and forth for
a week. She was extremely helpful and friendly. When I was ready I
went in on Tues night to make the deal. Reggie was my salesman and
he was wonderful. This whole experience including the finance dept
was a breath of fresh air compared to the dealers around here in
Rockville. I was a little nervous, last time I bought 1 it was 12 years ago.
They made me feel like family. Only complaint I have was waiting an
hour and a half to get into finance but I guess it's good they were busy.
I've been telling everyone about this dealership, family owned, very laid
back, wonderful experience!! :) Lauran

What a nice place to do business! Warm, kind, professional and efficient! These folks truly understand quality customer service. I've lurched many cars but Bill Fox was truly the most extraordinary car sales man I'd ever met! Imagine being met at the curb for your appointment by a smiling gentleman holding a welcome sign with your name on it! The whole appointment went extremely well - the entire team is excellent. I live 60 miles away - but I plan to return to Hamilton for my next car

I informed the dealership on 3-2-17 that I
wanted to purchase the vehicle on 3-7-17.
Communicated back and forth and they sold it
on 3-4-17. I was not happy because I thought
they would have held it. I informed them I had
cash over 6K for the down payment. So with
this taking place, I went to another dealership
and purchased a vehicle there on 3-7-17.

Called this dealer about a truck I was interested in. I live 3 hours away so I wanted to know if
it was worth my time to take the trip. Couldn't get a straight answer. Long story short I made
the trip. When I got there the offer that I got was on the high side. So I countered and was told
this was the numbers I was told over the phone. Wait. What? Nobody ever even called me with
any numbers so not sure what that was all about. Anyway they would not budge off of those
numbers. I drove 3 hrs was there a half hour and drove back home 3 hrs. Not sure who he
talked to about those numbers but it wasn't me. Horrible dealership. Never got a sorry it didn't
work out or a thanks for stopping in. Nothing! Lesson learned. CAN NOT recommended!
