I received messages from several different people at the dealership multiple times a day. When I finally scheduled a time to test drive, the car was already sold before I arrived but they did not tell me that right away. The salesperson took me in the back, made a copy of my driver's license and then left. A new sales manager came over, took my key to my car to appraise for trade in and only after that came back and told me the car was already sold. And then tried to convince me to take a look at their other cars. The entire experience felt very shady. And the next day, I got an email from the salesperson saying they were sorry I missed my appointment. The tracking and communication is clearly not there amongst their employees.

Ended up purchasing this vehicle. Prior to purchase, contact with dealership was great. However, have already had issues with the CRV and contact following the sale have been difficult. Promises made by the salesperson were not kept. Was told my car would be picked up and serviced and loaner car would be left with me at my home. Now I have to drive to Virginia Beach from Hampton myself and will not get the vehicle back when promised. I am 61 years old and in poor health and driving in heavy traffic is something I prefer not to do. Spoke to Ian, one of the managers, this afternoon and he was very nice. Hopefully, things will look upward from here.

Don't waste your time. If I could leave a 0 rating I would. Not helpful at all. Wouldn't budge on the price of a 2016 Ford explorer. Then wanted to know why we decided to not get the car. The salesperson wouldn't even get up from her desk to ask about the price we offered. Told them from the beginning what we were thinking and they completely ignored us and thought that we would just settle at their price. I'll take my money elsewhere

They contacted and told me that the vehicle will be ready when I get their but when I get there they can’t find the vehicle they find out they sold it. Unsatisfied

Although very very helpful, I find dealer personnel do not listen to stated
requirements...perhaps because they are trying to help! This seems rampart across
the country. Another issue I find happening is a vehicle is likely to be mis-labeled
online or represented incorrectly to me verbally. I end up frequently knowing more
than the sales personnel. This wastes time/efforts and leaves me not wanting to do
business. I will add that it is better to be at a dealership in person, but in my case
not possible across the country or regionally.

I wanted to know if the original warranty came with the car. Amanda at the dealership said she would check and call me back. I asked her not to call, but to send the information via e-mail. Instead, she found that my son's cell number was on file and she called that number and asked me to come in to the dealership. I informed that I was not interested in visiting the dealership and that I did not need additional information. She called my home phone the next day and I told her not to contact me again. She called again the next day. I left a message for the sales manager the next day and ask me to contact me about her unprofessional behavior. This ends a 20 year relationship I have had with HALL HONDA. I will never purchase a car there again.

Awesome experience from start to finish. Ended up purchasing the vehicle we called to question about. Although not exactly the color we originally wanted, the condition of the vehicles was superb. It had even more features than we originally were looking for. Kelsy was very enthusiastic, energetic and very patient through the purchase. Although the dealership was very busy that day, John, the Manager was available and accommodating during the purchasing process. We appreciate Ian, who stepped in to assist us when Kelsy was wrapping another purchase. Byran was knowledgeable, patient and kind when we were juggling on all the different finance options.

Contacted me twice in one day. Spoke so fast, I couldn't understand her. When I finally spoke to her the next day yo tell her I already bought a vehicle, she sounded very annoyed and disgusted when I told her where I bought it, instead of wishing me good luck. Very unprofessional.

Cindy and the team were very responsive and helped us out of there with a new (used) car in a minimal amount of time. We didn't buy what we came in to see but purchased another car that we liked more.
