The sales manager Steve was awesome, super honest, answered all of my questions and had the paper work to verify his answers.
Haven't bought the Raptor yet, but going back to see it again in a few days!

After some work on the trade in, we reached a deal.
. We drove 6 hrs on way to look at vehicle we close deal and they said they where transferring tag online. So I go by my local dmv the next day and I am told they don't do that in Alabama I have to wait till dmv receives my paperwork and then they would reach out to me to get it transferred and I need to take my tag off because it looks like I'm driving around with a swapped tag and I need to reach out to dealer for a temporary tag. I contacted dealer and was told they would get me a temporary tag overnighted. It never came so reached out again manger supposed to contact me he never did salesman contacted me instead. He said they got my paperwork sent off and give it couple days and if don't hear nothing let him know and he would get me a temporary tag for the 2nd time. Never received it. Finally I was told there wasn't anything they could do since they transferred it online which my state don't do. Dealer Claimed was goin to send me a temporary tag twice and never did

Professional, courteous & straight forward sales staff. They delivered exactly what was promised. I purchased the MX5 from them.
Terrell was GREAT! He made my buying experience the best of any car purchase I've ever had. Everyone at the dealership was friendly. I had to arm wrestle the Sicilian but he was good at his job too!! Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely refer friends and family. Worth the travel !!!

Legit best experience I have ever had at a dealer! EVER!
Fabulous dealership. Quick to respond, transparent in pricing (when you ask) and really authentic sales people (I’m talking about you, Reece!) that redefine “used car sales”. I needed to buy a car and was dreading it. They won me over. Love my Acura RDX and beyond pleased with my experience.

The Hall Honda folks called me 15 times over the course of 4-5 days and I received several
emails also during this same time period ... way too agressive for my liking - additionally, the
sales manager flat out lied to me when i asked whether or not their "Internet Assistant" (Elaine)
was a real person or AI (robot)...she told me she was real but she worked from home...
overly agressive persistence in trying to make a sale is one thing , but lying to the customer is
over the top - I will never buy anything from Hall Honda & I will never recommend _

Gave me a good deal on my ‘19 Camry Hybrid. Went to another dealer to see if I could get a better deal on basically the same car. They couldn’t even come close and they told me to go back and buy it from Hall Honda.

Outstanding experience, my sales consultant Jenny Miranda was great. She went above and beyond to earn my business, including staying late after hours for a test drive as I was coming from out of state. The entire process was smoooth from beginning to end. I am enjoying my new Altima.

Horrible! Service.
Told me the car was available. I drive 3.5 hours
To be told it was sold . They tried to pull a fast one on me . They claimed that the had two cars the exact same color. The car I came to see had 43,000 miles . The car they had on the lot had 80,000 mile . Twice the miles ! These guy are stupid I believe some one would fall for they tricks
And deception ! Please don’t waste your time with them
!

Lied right off the bat making me an offer and telling me he's loosing money on this deal . I call BS . Asked me to stick around and dropped the price again .
Should of paid them for the coffee that they gave me , sure would hate to see them close . Then calls me an hour later with a cheaper price .

One of the salesperson I talked to was great, very informative and answered my questions. Called back again to negotiate price another salesperson forgot to put me on mute and was very rude when discussing the pricing with other salespeople. They stated “that girl is trippin” if you are going to do business make sure that the customer is on mute and your not being rude. When talking to the manager he had to ask what my name was and didn’t know what he was getting on the phone about and what car he was talking to me about. This was just my personal experience I wish it would have turned out better. Did not purchase a car here.

Extremely helpful and professional. The vehicle, unfortunately, was not exactly what I
was looking for.
They were very responsive and did a great job with follow up. The car we wanted to see was sold before our appointment so we never went in. I don’t know if they would have told me that before I got there but I emailed to confirm the appt and check that they still had it. They did immediately respond to say it had sold earlier in the day and emailed me some alternate listings to look at. Even though I never made it in and ended up finding a car elsewhere I appreciated their follow up and effort.

Initially priority Honda was pretty quick to reply. After my initial contact with priority Honda I reached out to see if the vehicle I was interested in was still available. Unfortunately I never heard back ☹️

Dealer responded to my initial inquiry.
The car I came to test drive had been sold the day before. Instead of informing me of this (I live an hour away), they still confirmed my appointment and when I got there they tried selling me a different car. Big waste of my time. Too busy chasing a dollar to care about the needs and wants of the customer.

Our experience here was fantastic. Best dealership ever. Power train warranty for life on a used car! Yes! Read the details on the cars they offer. The list of extras is substantial - definitely enough to make that final difference to help you decide. Sales staff was friendly and helpful - thanks Zach! Finance was great - thanks Jodi and Toby. My salesman, Mike Gaston, made my experience extremely smooth and pleasant. I’d definitely recommend this dealership to any family & friends. Everyone was courteous for the most part. Nothing out of the ordinary and I couldn’t handle. I walked away very confident in the deal made and the service provided.

They had car on car gurus i drove hour to get there and it was totally different car. Supose have 19 inch wheels like the sport does. It had 17 inch because had been in wreck they dint tell me about either so misleading and shaddy. Esp the used car manager

Asked for actual pictures (picts on web are stock miata picts), received
worst pictures ever. Asked for clearer picture never heard back.
Valedictorian and no one available to discus car. 120 miles to check a car is
to far. Need good pictures. They lose a sale.

Was very well pleased, Iyalked to Jimmy W. and recieved all the info I requested. Was not pressured in any way, decided not to buy this vehicle but he is still trying to help me find what I do want. I would definately and already have recommended this dealership and salesperson toa couple of my friends! I would definately do business with this dealership!!!

I had already found and purchased before I received the email. We were just lucky and found a jeep very close to home. Honda Huntersville did email us with information and I greatly appreciated the info.
Was reluctant to answer 2 simple questions: vehicle's exterior and interior
color. After 2 separate requests and 3 days later, they were finally
answered. The dealership was more concerned sending several generic
emails touting their professional service and financing instead of dealing
with business matters quickly and directly.

David Carter, the sales man who handled my sale, called me to check on how I was loving my Ridgeline.
I LOVE my "new" pre-owned car and DEFINITELY recommend both Priority and the Ridgeline!

I live about 2-hrs away from this dealer, however I visit the area
about 3 times a month and drive rite by this dealership. So I
emailed an inquiry through Website.X . The dealership did
respond the next day with a follow up email. However there
were no photos of the car posted at Website X, nor the dealers
web site. I responded to the follow up e-mail asking for photos
of the car. After 2 days and no response, I called the
dealership. The individual that responded to my email left early.
I believe I left a voicemail but I am not positive. So two days
later, now four days total, I called the dealership again and
spoke a sales associate different than the one from the e-mail.
The sales associate assured me that she would email me
photos by the end of that day. Two more days pass, no photos
emailed.
On Friday of the same week (5 days in) I had to travel to that
area but early enough the dealer wouldn't be open yet. I did
drive around the dealers lot but didn't see the car in question.
Ok, so maybe it's sold. The next day, Saturday, I call the
dealership on my way back home to see if the vehicle was
sold? Spoke with a manger, Keith, who told me the car was still
in inventory but wasn't sure if it was on the lot or not? He just
came back from vacation and wasn't sure of any details.
So here we are on Sunday night, a week later, still have not
heard anything else from the dealer, no phone call, no email or
nor any photos that I've asked her twice.
