They use ads in the CarGurus to lure people into their showroom only to tell them that the car just sold to someone else, and they try to sell you a more expensive car! I'll never go there again!!!
My wife and I both inquired separately about the same vehicle speaking to two different salespeople and we both came away with same impression: these people are shady. I learned the online price did not include $2,500-$3,000 in fees and "dealer profit." My wife, and I've never seen her do this before, was so put off by the salesman she talked to that she blocked his number when she hung up. He told her they do not negotiate price and offered a trade in that was about 20 percent less than we got, and she said he was quite rude in his demeanor. Maybe this works for them, but it didn't for us. Just for reference, we ended up buying the same make and model and spending even more than the asking price for the Lux car.

First contact was Good,but I wasnât allowed to drive
on the road only in the parking lot!!! I agreed to
purchase the vehicle!!! Made arrangements to have
it delivered to my house!! Afterwards I noticed that
the oil was low 36% and other maintenance had not
occurred!!! I went to a Cadillac dealer to check it
out, thatâs how I found out about it!!! They agreed
and promised to pay a portion of the $750 bill!!! Still
in the 5 day window of returns!! A week later no
refund was provided!!! Not sure what to do next!!!
Then I got word of a recall on the vehicle !!! Please
help me out!!!!

Sold me a broken truck with that won't pass inspection. Bald tires. Broken trim pieces, interior was not detailed. It's filty. Missing floor mat for driver side. Absolutely terrible experience with the misrepresentation of a vehical. For 58k out the door you expect a brand new truck with only 32k miles!!!!

Replied to emails 3xs requesting CARFAX. Zero reply by Mohammad. Then called zero reply. Texted
and finally 3 days later an answer with a promise to have video and carafe by AM. Waited till noon.
His simple reply was car was sold THAT AM with zero apology. He then decides to argue.
WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE STAY AWAY!!!!! Market is changing good luck to all

Pros: The car is amazing! They have an incredible selection! Robert, my salesman, was very knowledgeable.
Cons: took a long time to get the deal done. I was supposed to get the stock wheels in the deal, but then they “couldn’t find them” and I was only given 1 key to my car.

Offered very little info on a modified vehicle. Stated it has almost 1000hp. What does "almost" mean? Didn't know how much torque. Emailed them 2 more times, requesting a build sheet, dyno sheet, where the build was done. No reply. Over 130k price slapped on a car, with no known info. Obviously they know nothing else about the car, and can't even substantiate the only one thing they claimed, the hp. No proof provided.
Now, they may get on here and reply with some BS to call them, so they can provide info. It's just a public response to make others who read this, think that they care. You already had 2 chances to respond. Huge fail.

Made an appointment to inspect and test drive and infinity QX 80. The salesman said the car would be ready and waiting, and clean when I arrive. My wife and I drove for over an hour from Martin County for this appointment. When I arrived the salesman had completely forgot about our appointment. The car was not there, and the salesman had no clue where it was. After waiting over an hour, and hearing many different excuses, the salesman walked in and said he had the car. The car Was filthy dirty. And the salesman had an attitude. He turned us over to another salesman, who was very professional, and a gentleman. I contacted CarGurus, and they contacted the dealership. Nobody has responded as of yet. I don’t think I will be buying a car there.

When I arrived at the dealership the price of the car I was raised by $3,000. Although the dealership said they would honor the original price. I asked the salesman if the tires on the car could be changed because they were approaching 10 years old and would be suffering from dry rot. I called because I noticed in one of their pictures online the center console looked like it had some damage to the leather and I wanted to find out what happened. Some sales guy named Rico Suave seemed like he could care less and felt it was more important to tell me that they specialize in selling top-end cars such as McLaren's and Lamborghinis. Really Rico? I had to call back, he then sounded like he wasn’t interested in trying to

Contacted the dealer expressing my interest in a 2013 Porsche Cayenne
GTS. I was asked to come in for a test drive and so I did. The vehicle's tire
pressure sensor showed 3 out of 4 tires with tire pressure in the low 10s
and the salesman taking me for the test drive said "its okay, it'll be a short
drive". Took the vehicle for a a drive and it rode very rough, not the first
impression you would want out of a used vehicle. Got back and left the
dealer as I wasn't fully convinced. Went back to the dealer two days later
and we test drove the vehicle a second time; however, this time I asked the
salesman to have the tires at the correct air pressure and they did. We go
for a second test drive and the vehicle rode just as bad. We come to find
out the vehicle's air suspension (equipped with all GTS models) was faulty.
Upon arriving to the dealer the salesman and sales manager send the
vehicle to their mechanics on the back to go over the suspension and tell
me they will call me back once they've gone over the vehicle. After two
days, no call back so "I" call the dealer to follow up. The salesman then
tells me "Yes, the mechanics confirmed there is water in the air
compressor and we can't fix it because its too expensive". So they're
selling the vehicle with a broken suspension system yet they have it on
their website listed as "READY FOR DELIVERY". When in fact, it is not!
Not the business model I would expect from a dealer that claims to stand
behind their vehicles. Be careful with this vehicle in particular as they
continue to sale the car and WILL NOT tell you the suspension is damaged
(although you'll notice that once you test drive it). Instead, they expect to
sell the car the way it is and once you sign and drive off the dealership,
you are on your own as the vehicle is not under warranty.

Nice that CarGurus follows up on customer experience. I have a Maserati under contract and some maintenance issues were discovered. Due to this, I have not taken delivery of the car yet. HGreg manager got involved and authorized the issues to be taken care of. Work is supposed to be done by the end of this week and I will take delivery next week. I am impressed with how customer satisfaction is proving to be a number one priority of this dealership. This warrants an enthusiastic endorsement of HGreg dealership.

Wonderful experience. Easy and fair deal. I contacted my sales consultant via the internet. Nader (sales consultant) was very responsive to my inquiry. Fair deal on my trade in, fir deal on my new purchase. We were so impressed with the dealership when we arrived. Since we had already agreed on a deal electronically, the buying process was completed in 30 minutes. Took us 2 hours though. We spent the rest of the time on a tour of the facility and all of the exotic vehicles that they offer for sale.
My vehicle only had one key. Nader searched for the second key going above and beyond in his search. Unsuccessful in his search, Nader contacted me and instructed me to contact my local BMW dealership. HGreg Lux will pay for a new key. That is really good customer service. I have recommended this dealer and Nader to all of my friends.

Despite getting the model and year of car we were looking for the transaction had some disappointing twists.
1. Details of the $899 pre-preparation fee were not mentioned in the initial contract / price discussions. The sales manager verbally promised to refund a portion of this fee (via a check). Car delivered on June 26th and no check yet!
2. Car arrived with no service manual & no master key, Seriously?? Nearly $40k for a 2010 SC430 and no Owner's manual nor master key?
3. When I turn on the windshield wipers I can hear the wiper motor however, the wipers don't move. Apparently the $899 pre-preparation didn't include checking the wipers.
It's nice to receive an email apologizing for the above items, lack of resolution is disappointing!

The salesman was helpful but their online financing wasn't in sync with sales.
Day before flying down for the car I was called by them asking if i had shown
any interest in any of their cars and could they be of help.

Initially Dealer wasn't willing to negotiate on price.
They were however, very accommodating in responding
to providing me with a P.O. upon request, and called to
see what they could do to make the sale work for me.
Currently working on closing the sale.

The experience was very good. My schedule kept changing, and I was never able to see the vehicle before it was sold. They were very accommodating with flexible hours, and curtsy telephone calls,however I did not make it to the dealer. Very professional business.

Appalled by the service received from HGreg Lux (Pompano Beach).
Drove couple hundred miles to this establishment over the past weekend
with a trade in and a check in hand ready to make a deal.
At which time we did not come to an agreement and we left the dealer.
Received a call from the same sales representative yesterday morning at
which time he was advised it would be an all cash offer no trade in. A
price was then agreed upon. He was to forward a payment authorization
form via email for deposit yesterday afternoon to place a hold on the
vehicle and contract would then be finalized today.
A follow up call was made on my end yesterday afternoon. Informed he
was unavailable and message was left.
Attempted again later in the evening informed he was available and then
when asked for a name, put on hold and then informed he was
unavailable and another message was left.
It is now 4:00pm next business day and have not received a call back or
email.. Dealer not happy that the trade in was taken off the table?
Management decide total sale price agreed upon was now out the
window? Who knows?!
We are well aware car dealers are in the business to get every dollar they
can get and that is understandable. But honesty and customer service
goes a long way with some people.
Clearly we were getting the run around. This is not a way to run a
business.
It appears they didn't want our business in turn we gladly took our
business elsewhere.

I usually don't do reviews but this Dealer deserves it . When I purchased my
Jaguar XK it was stress free. The entire staff was friendly and very
knowledgeable about their vehicles. They even gave me the fair market value
for my trade. The vehicles are kept inside an air conditioned environment to
keep them looking new. I've done a lot of car buying over the years and this
is the first Dealer I would highly recommend.

This dealership lied to me three times. I visited the vehicle to make a purchase. I asked the owner to make repairs on a few items. He agreed to the terms on Friday. I followed up on Monday and the car was taken to a Porsche dealership for PPI for another buyer. They also lied about the accidents that the vehicle was involved in. They also do not return calls. Crappy service
