I was told the vehicle was available and scheduled an appointment to see it. When I arrived, they informed me it had already been sold. This was very disappointing and a waste of my time.

The manager thinks because im a female walking in
by myself that I dont know pricing and how car
buying works. He was mistakenly wrong being i
come from a background in vehicles. Prices are over
priced. The manager also thought he was gonna give
me below what I know I can get for a trade in. He
knew once I walked out I wasnt doing business with
them.

I told them I didn’t want any add ons of any sort. Over the phone I agreed but when I got there of course they wanted to sell me on some protection plan. I told salesman I don’t want it. I was directed to the manager who I also told I didn’t want it. He told me it was mandatory and only agreed to remove it when I said I was walking. FYI “paint protection” which is their clay bar rub, wheel protection, leather protection, window protection and 2 more I don’t remember is a scam. Do not get it. I wouldn’t recommend going here for that purpose.

We were very interested in the vehicle. The salesgirl was very helpful but when it came to her boss he was very sarcastic and arrogant. At that time we decided to leave and purchase somewhere else. Very disappointing and definitely not return there!

the car was dirty. The car was &16900. And they added the fee $4,995.00, plus all other fees to come up final price was $26,544.00. i told
them this is a used car.

Service after the sale is terrible. I see why they receive so many negative reviews. I sent an
email to the Sales Manager Rigo Melendez and didn't receive a response.
Please follow up.
Awful. I requested filling out a credit application and completing preliminary documentation before I go there, so I wouldn't have to feel the
back and forth regarding making a fair deal. The person refused to do any of that, tell me their name, get on the phone, or give me their
manager's information. Of all the cars I found, this was my favorite, and I really wanted to make a fair deal, but the salesperson was unwilling
to try, so I ended up getting a car elsewhere. I will deter anyone from going to this dealer.
They told me to visit and see the car, and while I was test driving it, I was told that it’s sold. Just after that they tried to throw an expensive and lower quality model, on me. I highly suspect that they are just using you to appraise the value and see their market.
Highly suggest to stay away from these guys if you want to save your precious time and energy.

A waste of time! They contacted me several times before my appointment, including while I was enroute-
driving about 1.5 hours through a thunderstorm. Only to be told when i arrived that the vehicle I was to look at
was NOT ready to be seen or sold! NO apologies! I will NOT have anything to do with Auto Nation again.
I visited this dealership and was assisted by
Eduardo. He was knowledgeable courteous
and patient. Was unable to purchase the
vehicle I inquired about. Correspondence
ceased between him and I. I requested next
steps concerning purchasing the vehicle
and stated that I had an approval and the
name of the bank. There was no response.

Received a text from the dealer. Responded that J was pausing until after the Holidays. I did receive an acknowledgment.
Place was super nice and clean. Dealers were nice up until I needed a co signer. They started acting dry and did not really feel like helping after that. They also make it mandatory to purchase a $3000 “warranty” that offers to basically keep the car clean. Not optional what so ever which I found concerning because it wasn’t something I found necessary. It saddened me because they were boasting about how confident they are at being way more trustworthy than the rest of the dealers, only turning out to be just as bad with their extra fees. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place.

Submitted online request for information. Dealer reached out quickly, but would not provide a purchase order (sheet showing sales price, tt&l, etc.) after several requests. Dealership called a few days later to see if I was still interested. I asked for a purchase order again, was told they forgot and would send over - nothing provided. Removed this dealership from my shopping list.
I am very disappointed after I spoke to them several times and they called me Saturday to confirm I would be there Monday I drove 1 hour 11 minutes and then they told me they sold the car Saturday so they should have called me so I wouldn’t have made that trip for nothing very disappointed

Brought the auto same the day we looked at on 4-17-2024. 4-30-2024 we had rain early the morning. The windshield leaked rain into car above the rear view mirror and some rain on the passage floor board. I looked up this issues on the internet and found out their was a recall on the exact same thing. Contact the landrover dealer and they informed me that my vin# is not covered. To find out by reading over 50 bulletins that is a common problem with landrover discoveries. This issues did not show up on the car fax prior to purchasing. My wife contacted the sales person at hgreg.com in Houston yesterday. They told her they will be calling her back yesterday. The sales person call later afternoon checking to see if we received a called. We did not. I informed the sales person about the recall, he said that a Guy name Jerry will call me in the morning. No phones call from Jerry. The windshield is so loose I can move it with my hand by ver pushing on it.

Such a great experience. Plenty of helpful staff.
I decided to try and get more information on a certain vehicle. The communication was very shallow and passive. I will not be getting a car from here and due to the reviews that’s another upsetting side. I was looking for a particular salesman, and was transferred to someone that was uncomfortable to talk too. Sometimes people aren’t good over the phones .I’d rather answer more in person. I felt like I was being pressured into coming in and wasn’t given the time to speak on when I could . I think that there should be proper training on how to deal with customers over the phone. That entire conversation turned me off far as a business deal. I will be going elsewhere.

Dealership just opened 12 days before I got there. Nice people but very slow understaff I did buy the truck.
It’s bait and shove it down your throat. Example, you’re coming in on a vehicle looking at the price that you find on a lead source. If you have a budget in mind, this is not going to work!, because they have a package that they applied to their vehicles that cost around $2000 that you will not know until you get there and try to buy. I traveled two hours to get there only to find out that none of the vehicles were within my budget. I was putting a large down payment in order to get my note where I wanted it to be, I was not expecting to have to pay almost $2000 for nitrogen in the tires. Paint treatment and other inflated products. it’s all a forced profit. If they are forcing you to buy Window etching for example, you can do that yourself for like $45 from Amazon. All of the things they are selling on the unit in addition to the price listed online they will tell you it cannot be removed.
So the low price they show you is smoke and mirrors don’t be fooled their process is a scam.
