Stay away, this seller only contacts you to convince for selling, if you try to contact them for an issue after buy they will ignore you big time with the "They will call you back" from the receptionist. they have several claims at BBB open, Unfortunately I did not look there before buy. they will charge $1,300 for "Dealer Prep" but the car was barely cleaned and when I received the car found multiple error codes on several sensors, dents at doors and fender misaligned for an impact, a windshield camara hanging and an engine that sounds like a diesel engine. being a purchase online is hard to contact them cause they will ignore you. just look away.

When contacted they kept calling me asking for this & that Wanted me to come in on Thanksgiving Eve but I made appointment on That Friday but they Claimed someone else was coming in at 9 & they put me for 10am I said to them if they already got the truck then Don’t waste my time but had me come in anyways so I get there at 9 no one was the for that appointment & I let them know I was there So They told me to come in to Get with Omar as I got he said let him get the keys so I can test drive truck which Once he went over he couldn’t find keys he had to make phone calls which I thought then very unorganized then he comes tell me they working on it something was wrong with the truck cause was replacing something which was crazy to me & then we walk all the way over to look at it then come back in to found out someone purchased it in Ohio so they say But the whole Ordeal was terrible & misinformed They all was not on one accord at all Stuff like that make u not trust dealers like that

I want to express my deep disappointment with the experience I’ve had. The sale agent Zach and
Finance manager did not follow through on commitments, failed to get back to me as promised,
and made no real effort to work out a deal. This has been a waste of my time, and I will not be

I was on vacation when I spotted this Beetle. Had to have it! Zach told me to place a deposit and held it for a week. We stayed in contact all week. I kept telling him, "Don't sell my car."The rest is history! Driving around and loving it. My auto mechanic told me it doesn't need a thing. Great news! I had a Beetle in college, and now at 71 I'm feeling young again.

I had a nightmare experience with Guaranteed
Motor Cars, a dealership that seems to thrive
on preying on out-of-towners.
Despite reading negative reviews, I gave them
a chance and bought a luxury vehicle based
on multiple conversations with their rep, AJ,
who assured me it was in great condition.
Being out of state, I had to trust their photos
and so-called “dealer inspection.” Big mistake.
When the car arrived, it had over 10
undisclosed issues including significant grill
damage I explicitly asked about and was told
didn’t exist.
When I contacted the service manager, I was
told I was just “nitpicking,” confirming I was
dealing with gaslighting professionals, not just
incompetence. There’s been no apology, no
accountability, and zero follow-up. I wouldn’t
be surprised if my registration and tag now get
mysteriously delayed out of spite. Bottom line:
RUN — don’t walk — away from this place.

I’ve been trying trying to buy a car from this guy for over a week. After days of trying to reach through CarGurus i finally was able to talk to an agent called Omar. First call was fine he sent me a link tried to apply on it, I did and reached out saying I need a co-applicant so I did fill out that information but after that he just stopped responding, to calls to messages. After days I was able to connect to dealership and they connected me to the same guy, he says to me then after 4 days that he dint receive my co-application nevertheless I still gave him information. He said he’ll talk to the finance and call me he did call asked me if I’m willing to increase the down payment because of not a good credit score I said yes. He quoted an amount I said i am willing but first let’s try for something a little lower than that, if that doesn’t go through then we can go ahead with his quote. And he stopped responding after that and today I got to know by someone else they already sold it

I had an incredibly upsetting and offensive experience with Guaranteed Motors in Palos
Hills, IL. During my interactions, an employee named out paperwork a vile slurâ
âcarpet munchersââsolely because we are a lesbian couple. On top of this our
paperwork was sent 6 different times because of failure to put the correct legal name.
This wasnât just unprofessionalâit was blatantly homophobic, degrading, and
completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be subjected to hate speech,
especially in a place of business. I reached out to purchase a car, not to be harassed
for who I am.
If this is how Guaranteed Motors allows its staff to treat people, particularly members of
the LGBTQ+ community, then I strongly advise others to stay far away. I sincerely hope
the management takes this seriously by issuing an actual apology, disciplining the staff
involved, and implementing anti-discrimination and sensitivity training.
Until real changes are made, this is not a safe or welcoming business.

If you want to buy from a dealer that adds literally THOUSANDS of dollars to your deal via useless fees that
add $0 value to the deal then this is the one for you!! The list the vehicle at a cheap price and then tack on
ALMOST 10% OF THE ASKING PRICE in my case of the price in fees. Truck was $36,600 and the fees that
were added was $3,300 (and those are just the additional fees, not the doc fee/tax/title/tag like you might be
thinking) Then when called out on it they cut off communication. Don't waste your time.

Made promises that they could not keep. I let them know that I had no cosigner before going in however, that is the main thing that they asked for after getting my information. I also notified them that I didn’t want to come up there if I was not approved, but they assured they can approve me however I still ended up leaving with nothing.
Purchased a car here 12/27/24 and highly regret giving this place my business. These people operate with zero
professionalism; they add excessive fees to their "Great Deal" prices, have terrible communication skills (if they even reply),
and push warranties at every step of the way while lying about the price of them. The car I bought had 1,200+ more miles
than listed, so also assuming they use their inventory as personal rentals whenever they feel like it. They charge a dealer
"prep" fee yet left my car's gas tank on E, left on old wiper blades that immediately needed replaced after driving off, and
didn't include the rubber floor mats that were listed as "included" online. MJ (the GM) offered to reimburse me for these
items ONLY if I signed a document stating I would remove my Google review and never review them again... nah lol.
I can't include the rest of the details because of the character limit but bottom line, avoid this place at all costs!

Dont waste your time going here to these liars, told me they had the car I seen online so I made an appointment. When I got there Omar stated to try to show me other cars after he knew why I was there. Then goes on the ask me if I would like to start the application, MF you have yet to show me the car that was crazy to say. 35mins later car still not shown so he told me he will call me when they find the car.... Of course he didn't!!!! Scammers!!!
100% honest review!
Initial response was good, purchased the car 100% online because I live 8 hrs. away.
Communication was terrible after papers were signed.
I flew on Christmas Day to pick up the car the next morning and the car was not ready. Waited three hoursfor the car to get detailed even though the salesman knew I was coming well in advance.
I felt like they had their money and just wanted to get rid of me. The car is great but the customer service was significantly lacking.
I was not impressed with this dealer for various reasons. There are tons of hidden costs in their deals. They are pushy about getting you to sign their contract. There delivery and pick up people were not professional. The car itself had a large amount of minor issues when I received it. Please avoid this dealer.

I sent a request on a specific car because i had a couple of questions. I did receive a phone
call right away and emails from two different sales men. I emailed both of the sales men with
my questions since I was working and couldn't take the call. Both said they would love to help
but never sent the answers to the questions.
A few days later, I called and spoke with one of the sales men. He assured me he would get a
full price breakdown of the car and email it to me that evening. He did not. I sent an email
asking if about the price breakdown to which he never responded.
I went a head and sent a full price offer on the car through car Guru's and emailed the
manager of the lot that i had. No one responded! I never heard a word about the offer. I did get
another email from one of the salesmen assuring me he would love to help. I told him I was no
longer interested in doing business with them. The price of the car was no $800 higher than
previously. I doubt the car even exists.

Did get a call and agreed upon a price. Quote was sent and included $5000 more in included fees that wasn’t disclosed. When questioned, I was ghosted. Buyer beware. Shady dealership!

Do not waste your time with Guaranteed Motor Cars. After going for a test drive, we agreed on a price that was proposed from the salesperson. The salesperson went to confirm it with the manager, and we settled on that price, insisting that I purchase the car that same day. I had to ask a family member to leave work and come to inspect the car. When we returned to finalize the deal, they raised the price by over $5,000, completely disregarding our prior agreement. They are not serious at all and use tactics to force you into buying the car at a higher price, wasting your time. I do not recommend them at all.

I had the salesman's cell number, he never followed up with me so I went out & bought a 2023 Cadillac XT4 elsewhere. Not good customer service to ghost a potential customer. I would have bought it if there was better communication. I haven't heard from him since we 1st spoke on the 9th.

All their cars are bought from the companies that rented them, all the cars they bought at auctions, check the car or the lights are working, if there is a spare wheel, look at the engine ask them to give you info. on the mileage from carfax of this car .. All their cars with defects ...

I visited the Lansing location to see a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Vehicle was in very bad condition. A lot of scratches and dings all over. Drivers side mirror was very damaged. Customer service was terrible. No one greeted me when I came in, Moe eventually came over gave me the keys and walked away. When I expressed that I was no longer interested because of all the damage his response was “Well it is a used vehicle”.

David never sent me a photo of the dent in the vehicle, said “it’s small now we had our rent guy fix it” not interested in trade ins and acted like I was inconviencing them calling and asking questions. Not sure if this is a legitimate business... listing says accident free but large dent is noticeable and if you pull the vin has had major accident.

i called the dealer to make an appointment and they were very nice to me on
the phone giving me every detail on the car and overall was satisfactory!
However i had made an appointment to see the car within two days. i had
drove 45 mins to see and actually purchase the vehicle! But, when i got
there the dealer wasn't open. i had made an appointment at 10:15. they
opened at 9:30. i called the dealer three times and no answer looked for the
vehicle on the lot. i left them a message to never call my phone again and to
not waste my time. they called me back 45 mins later and tried to make a
bargain with me and when i asked what was going on they kept giving me
the run around. the man became very frustrated and i hung up. needless to
say i purchased another vehicle and was much more satisfied. stay away
from this dealership!!
