All very good with dealer response. First an E-Mail response to my inquiry, then a salesperson contacted me by phone. Made the effort to send me some early pictures and a Carfax. Will meet with them in person in a few days . That is how it should be!!

Salespeople responded pretty quickly to online and in person inquiries. However, when asked if the price was negotiable, both salespeople said right away that price was a no-haggle price. My husband asked for a $900 negotiation but was refused. Four days later, the price was dropped by $1300. Needless to say, this establishment lost a customer because of lack of trust. Not sure if it is a salesperson tactic or stubborn management, but it just seems shady. They are losing money and customers. Number one important thing for a customer (especially with such large-scale purchases) is to trust the salesperson.

Initially truck wasnt ready for sale. I asked to be contacted when it was ready, waited a week and contacted them again. It was ready for sale, the saleswoman asked me how I wanted to proceed and I asked for an out the door price so I could close on my financing and I NEVER heard back....This dealership sucks at communication and I wouldn't deal with them again. They had my email and my phone yet they simply couldn't respond to either text or email. Very Frustrating.

Called on a Thursday to see the car, scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning. When I got there, the car wasn't ready. They tried to get me to qualify for a loan before I'd even seen the car. They said it might not be ready until Monday. I went elsewhere and bought another car that same day. I gave them two stars because they were polite, if pushy and ill prepared.

Dealership respond the following day, said vehicle was in service I was told I would be contacted as soon as it was ready. Never heard from them I received an alert vehicle was sold. Poor customer service.

Car Gurus does not let me change the stars, but it should be 0 stars. They contacted me quickly. Then it went downhill from there. When I told the agent I may not be ready just yet, I was just ignored after that. I stopped by and the salesperson did not open the vehicle so I could see it. He just brushed me off and ignored me. I have called, texted and emailed and just keep on getting ignored. The manager said I should contact her to discuss the situation. I did as she asked and she ignored me too. It has been made clear that they were upset that I did not purchase when they wanted me to buy. The salesperson also made it very clear that there was no way I could get any incentives so forget about getting better pricing. I am hoping that they call me back, but I don’t keep my hopes up about it.

Terrible! We went to go see the truck in the evening and told them we wanted to buy it. We just needed to show them our trade the next afternoon once I got out of work so we offered to give the salesman Vince aka “Vinny” some Ernest money down to hold the truck for us. He told us not to worry about it because he was positive the truck won’t sell. My wife spent the day washing the car and going to the bank to get approved on a loan. When we showed up to the dealership, Vinny shrugged his shoulders and said sorry, he sold it to someone else. He didn’t even bother to call us to let us know. Thanks for wasting our time! Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Contacted dealer multiple times. The sales consultant Chris only sent me the car fax and never got back to me on bottom $$ out the door as promised. I was very disappointed I did not hear from anyone about this car over the entire weekend. So I contacted them on Monday and they told me it sold. Bottom line is I missed out on a great buy because of lack of or poor communication on their part.
