This car has been in a major accident- please look at it carefully. I went to test drive and was hoping to ourchase- make sure you are eyeing all parts of this vehicle when deciding for yourself. Bad cosmetics, dents on the interior base, and rr seemed out of alignment This does not go to speak for the dealer as a whole- I did not look at any other cars.

I was contacted by salesmen who continually set appointments for me without asking my availability to do so. After a couple email exchanges I felt this wasn't the type of customer service I wanted.

My used car buying experience was great but not perfect with them. I do appreciate the fact that they stayed true to their word and did not push options and warranties on to the sale. The only thing they did ask was that I check out their financing rates and I agreed though I knew the rates I got from my own credit union would be hard to beat and that turned out to be the case. Soto and the team were great and next time I’m in the market I will check on their inventory first.

Ms. Dombrowski was very helpful. Car was not ready but she provided as much info as was available. Dealer however would not move on price so I brought somewhere else and saved $2000.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We wound up purchasing a 2014 Kia Sorento from them and they let us know they were going to have something fixed and the car inspected for us.

Experience with this dealership was great! I didn’t end up finding the right vehicle in my price range, but Shawn and the rest of the staff were so accommodating and helpful. Their customer service is top notch!

I was disappointed that I could not bring the car home on Thursday, the 14th of April. Cargurus reported the car had been on the lot for 60+ days. When I inquired about the car online I was told the car needed new brakes and an inspection. The staff that worked with me was very friendly and professional. Hopefully, I will be able to pick up the Odyssey on the 21st. Fingers crossed.

I am working through looking for a vehicle, and the staff at Grace Auto were available, communicated well, and straight forward. it was a good experience overall as I start the process.

I could not be happier with my purchase and the experience I had at grace auto. They truly go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I've been through a lot of dealerships and have been given the usual excuses for everything but that was not the case here, they worked with me, fixed things I wanted fixed and didn't give me a hard time about anything. When I picked up the car we all chatted like old friends and when I left every single employee congratulated me. I want to thank my salesperson Selma for taking care of me, she kept a smile on her face through the whole process and even laughed at my dad jokes (thanks again lol) I will definetly be coming back here for any future used car purchases thanks again everyone!

Dealership contacted me immediately and I made an appointment two days later to test drive the Jeep. As I drove the vehicle, the check engine light came on and I decided not to purchase the Jeep. Austin D. was cordial, polite and customer oriented. If this dealership receives another like Jeep, I would gladly consider returning there to test drive and possibly purchase.

This car had been involved in an front end accident. The front bumper had been repainted and was still bent in the front. Not the best body and paint job. Also the plastic engine shield was damaged in the front of the vehicle.

Reached out to dealer a week before coming, as I was out of town. I was told to send vehicles that I was interested in and they would have them ready for me to test drive. Day of my appointment, cars not ready and the car I was most interested in wasn't even on the lot! I will say that they were all very friendly, I was just very disappointed.

Say this truck and just had to have it. I was skeptical going into the whole car buying/trading experience because I've been really screwed over in the past with added fees and pushy buyers, but these guys were anything but! They were so polite and not pushy at all. They worked with me on my financing but didn't run my credit with 20 banks just to find a low apr. They work alongside a few great banks that are easy to access and contact and the bank I went with gave me a GREAT rate. They are also a really friendly trade-in location and gave me a great deal on my honda civic. They were quick, not pushy, friendly but also professional. Highly recommend these guys. They are awesome!

Not happy with outcome dealing with this dealership. Visited, test drove Jeep, had son-in-law take time from work to go check it out before i finalized purchase. During his visit salesperson communicated with him offering him a test drive. That very night i got a text notifying me jeep had sold while just talking to my son-in-law that day they mentioned nothing about being in jeopardy of another sale. Very disappointed in customer service!

I worked with one of the owners and found that he was very polite and helpful via email and in person. However, I had made an appointment in advance to see the vehicle, and when I arrived, it was clear the vehicle had not been prepared for me. One of the tires was low on pressure and the vehicle had not been cleaned. It additionally had severe road noise and was clear there was an issue with the front tires/suspension. I would have expected the car to have been prepared for showing considering I had made an appointment.

I recently bought this Jeep from Grace Auto Sales and honestly they are some of the easy people to work with. Very nice, very open, and just awesome. I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friend and family and also to whoever reading this. They will get you what YOU want.

While I decided not to purchase this vehicle, the manager was extremely helpful. This manager was unlike most as he really showed interest in attempting to make sure I was happy with anything on his lot. I told him I was looking at another vehicle on another lot and he even gave his feedback on the particular vehicle I was looking at which I appreciated. I definitely would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. Most managers at dealerships are all about getting you a car and sometimes it feels overwhelming. In this case, it didn’t feel that way. He was kind, courteous, helpful, And understanding. I will most definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle!

They were initially slow to respond, but talked to Austin about this car. We agreed on a price and I obtained a loan approval. I had an operation that precluded me from an 8 hour round trip for a few days. Austin said he had someone coming in the afternoon to look at it and I offered to send him the money right then, but he refused. The person ended up buying the car and I was left with an approved loan and no car. I would find it hard to trust any dealings with these people until the signature on the bottom line and then wonder how the service would be.

My Fiancé and I was looking for a dealership who were flexible and able to assist us due to our unique situation. I was online looking for a SUV that was in good condition and a for a fair price. I reached out to them through this website and got a couple in a matter of hours. Dia, the sales manager, called me directly. I told him my situation and he said, “Come on in brother. We will take care of you.” Myself, a business owner, understands that customer satisfaction and the experience is everything. Dia and the team stayed late, we’ll after closing to ensure that we were taken care of. This was the first day. Due to the lateness, we had to come back the next day. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the vehicle. That didn’t deter us from following through with the transaction. Dia ensured us that the issue would be taken care of. However, when we went back the next day, when submitting the paperwork, an erroneous error was submitted in the banks side. It had nothing to do with Dia or the team but they took it personally. As if it reflected on their professionalism and honesty. It wasn’t their fault at all. All in all, he worked for in total, 8 hours to ensure we receiverd the best deal for the vehicle we purchased. The team, was very personable, professional, respectful, and responsive. For my business and military family, they are here to serve and I highly recommend them to anyone. I had been looking on line at hundreds of car listings. Most of which were in Fredericksburg . I decided i really did not want to go out of town to buy a car. Shortly after, I noticed a listing for a 2008 Toyota Rav 4. Best part was it was only 9 miles from home. The description sounded to good to be true. I called the owner, John Grace, and he suggested that I come see it to make sure , it was all that it sounded to be. I did, and the rest is history. I have never had a better car buying experience in my life. The professionalism , truthfulness, and attention to detail in buying a car, words cannot accurately describe. I am thrilled to write this review.
