I’m a first-time car buyer and it was super hard for me to get financed. The team at Globul helped me, and they were super patient with the process. They put the car on hold for me and they were super helpful. I was able to get a Mercedes CLA which is my absolute favorite car and I’m so happy that it’s mine now. The customer service at this dealership is amazing and I will definitely return for my next purchase eventually. 10/10 would recommend

THE car dealership is the USUAL USED CAR MENTALITY ! Anyway they can take advantage of the customer THEY WILL! I dealt with VINCE whom seems to have a bad memory from one day to the next. A verbal deal was set one day and upon receiving the title for my trade in, the previous verbal deal was forgotten and then the arguing started. The trade in on my PERFECT 2012 Mini Clubman was $2000 TOOOOOO low and their addition of hidden charges made the auto I WAS interested in a 2016 go from 12900 to $15,000. The sales force are predictable, Very friendly and upon realizing their deceptive practices they become an angry RUDE person with inability to negotiate, basted upon their foreseeable commission. I was deeply disturbed with their practices and felt as though THey view the buying customers as blind ignorant women coming in for a $39 dollar change and leaving with a bill for $1000 replacing the Battery, Fan Belt, and timing chain. I will profess it would be A Miracle TO FIND ONE HONEST.

What a terrible experience. I called and no one answered. I emailed them and told them I was very interested in the car but some of their listed feautures were incorrect. It said car had carbon ceramic brakes and also was listed as a moonstone metallic. Both incorrect. They later replied with an email saying "sorry the car is sold". If they can't identify their cars and respond in a proper manner to a customers who wants to know about their cars, maybe they should stay away from selling vehicles and not lie saying their car is sold to avoid answering their customers.

Nice cars and different sales process from other car dealerships I’ve purchased vehicles from; have to verbally agree on price prior to test drive. Pricing is very firm.

Treating me fairly did not have to sit in the dealership for 3 1/2 hours just to buy a car willing to work and negotiate we’re no one else was kind of didn’t like the one price for a car in like every single dealership at least they were willing to negotiate and haggle which is the fun part about buying a car

Asked what the best price was they said 13000, I said the price was 12900 before, they said they knocked it down to 12600 but dealer fees makes it 13000. Dealer fees is just another way to say we can charge more . This is why ppl don’t like stealerships.

I went To Globul to check out this SUV, looking for a family car. But gave me various options that i drove off with an amazing deal w another vehicle that was great for my family and they offer financing options as well. The sales person that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable with everything helping me step by step. I’ve been to other dealerships Where they were so pushy, and spent hours even almost all day but with Globul i was Out in my new vehicle within an hour, amazing customer service !! Highly recommend , I’ll definitely be back for more business! Thank you Globul !!!!

It could of been a better deal with exceptions being bad paint as noted different types of tires on auto z, doors work improperly and a few other exceptions..The price was a bit to high ..But oh well...

Vance was very helpful and friendly. We flew down and drove back to Washington in our new car. Very reliable and fast at getting back to messages.

I've contacted them three times by phone and 4 times online. When I talked to "Iverson" a second time he told me he "just forgot" to get a value for my trade. I've been told I'll get a call back the next morning a few times. It's been three days since the last time I heard that. If this is how they neglect customers I can only image how neglected the vehicles must be.

Any questions or concerns I’ve had Vince knew immediate answers to. Here are generous hard working gentlemen always on duty to assist you with your car buying needs. Location is excellent and close by, inventory lists plethora of selections to choose from with many high quality vehicles. They provide financing as long as you give them the required and proper documentation they ask for. My request to come in to look at a vehicle in the lot was almost immediate they were very inviting to meet with me personally regarding to my first purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase low mileage, great quality vehicles. First time buyer, I rank this dealership 9/10.

Had a hard time communicate with then at first until you tell them you're preapproved already. I noticed on Cargurus that its saying that it has been in 1 accident. They sent me a Carfax Report right away showing it hasnt been in accident. Right before putting a down payment to place it on hold, I purchased a report from AutoCheck and it showed it was in an accident 2 years ago and reported as "severe damage." Also i had a BMW Dealer run the VIN and it stated that 1 month it had a used engine swamp. Take this however you want.

Dealer Was OK giving me an out the door price over the phone but not OK with doing it through a text message. I’ll let you as the reader of this review make your own conclusion as to the trustworthiness of that.

When I initially contacted the dealer through CarGurus, they emailed me and we scheduled a mutually agreed to date and time for my wife and I to see and test drive the car (a Kia Soul). We arrived on time but were told the car was not there, nor would it be available anytime soon. They asked if we wanted to reschedule, but since it was our only day off from work, this wasn't a possibility. The two sales people seemed completely indifferent and were unapologetic. Accordingly, I, cannot recommend this dealer.

I have to say I’m very particular about what car I want and what dealership I will deal with. This dealership was kind, courteous and very professional. Answered all my questions and was never pushy. I have to rate them as one of the best I’ve dealt with in a very long time. The BMW I purchased needed front brakes after a couple weeks and they replaced without question. Thumbs up to the owner, Vince and Iverson...you guys rock! My next purchase will be at Globul Cars without a doubt. Be ready with a great deal my friends!!

Absolutely terrible, I would walk or take a bus before buying another car from them. Buyer beware unless you are a lucky one who is actually getting a vehicle that isn't loaded with issues. Dishonest as the day is long! The front brakes and rotors were trashed, I needed to drive the truck 500 + miles to get back home but had to stop and get those items repaired because it wasn't safe to drive, especially in the rain. The repair cost nearly $800.00. When I did get home and took the vehicle in to the shop two other items had to be repaired immediately and at a cost of $1,900.00 in order for it to be considered safe to drive on the road. It had also been in multiple accidents at various times in its life and the paint reflects that by the color not matching in various areas. They told me a safety inspection had been performed to make sure it was reliable and safe to drive, but when pressed to provide me verification of the inspection they wouldn't do so.

I didnt talk to the dealer after seeing the Vehicle had bottles inside the car, more likely the car was being used as a transport car or an errand car. The other vehicle next to it also had someones personal belongings in the back seat which does not make sense if you are selling the car.

First they were not only awsome! I actually got a different car! A Mercedes cla 250! 2016! They worked with me gave me a good deal on trade in and then helped me to get the car I wanted! Also very courteous not pushy and made me feel like I got a great car! I looked and I got the lowest price for mileage and year! I will recommend any one too them! Vince walked me thru! He was awsome! I totally recommend them!

Great experience! Flew from LA to buy a specific car, they picked me up at my hotel, took me to their dealership and showed me the car. Vince was very professional and knew everything about the car. Another car caught my eye and after learning more about the car...that's the car I bought...the 2013 Evo Lancer pictured. Vince went the extra mile and got me financed and on the road in about 3 hours. Now, to be clear, I was an out of state buyer from LA, which gave my Logix Credit Union (based in California) a company policy issue disallowing them from writing the loan directly to an out of state (Nevada) dealership, but my credit is in the the high 700s and I had a healthy downpayment. I read the "one-time" review and guess my only question to "one-time" is this: Did Vince really mishandle the deal, or is more likely that you failed to honor the agreement within a reasonable amount of time and they simply decided to go with another buyer who was ready, willing and able to close the deal

Just purchased this vehicle took about two hour looking over the truck test drive and paper work the manager was very help full easy transaction I had my own financing so it was a cake walk full tank of diesel some minor problems with truck but nothing unexpected

dear god they are horrible, gave me attitude, office looks extremely cheap & tacky. they get their cars from auctions so If you're looking for a reliable car I wouldn't recommend them.

Sales guy was young, he was nice, did not offer me a test drive. The feedback scared me a little, one guy bought a Cadillac with a bad transmission and owner would not work with him to fix or replace car. Still considering purchasing vehicle.

They we're okay but not very informative. I don't live in the same state as the dealership but was willing to travel Across country to purchase the car, I asked for the carfax and never received it. Maybe I'll call once more for it but if I don't receive it there will be no deal.

The car was not really 100% which was expected for amount of miles it had. Dealer was not willing to negotiate at the time and an offer was mad and they declined. Well the car now is listed for an amount lower than what was offered and I already purchased a car else where.

The salesman was not friendly nor was he willing to barter at all on the car price.

Dismissive and rude. Posted prices are also fabricated. They post low and then murmur that the price doesn't reflect a significant mark-up in additional fees. I would recommend them to no one. Their high rating has most likely been falsified by the people at Globul.
