Salesman was great. Vehicle was exactly what I was looking for. Their inspection needs to be done more thorough, they sold me a vehicle with a faulty GPS system with a known and common issue where water gets into the shark fin antenna. They failed to change that. Then wanted to charge for that instead. Also detail was horrible. More like a car wash than a detail. Looked almost the same when I picked it up, just clean tires. Basically, sales people work great with you, service department is horrible.

bought ssr Monday, Tuesday my check cleared the bank, It is now Friday still have not been able to receive it and take it home. Dealer says it has to go thur there Inspection maintenance and clean-up before giving it to me. Dealer says theres a backlog of cars to go thur Inspection and mine might be ready by Friday late afternoon. I was not told of this delate till after I signed all the papers and wrote the check. this really has me pissed off, I feel that is not my fault that the dealer sold the ssr fast . I think my ssr should be pushed to the front of the line,because it is sold and payed for.

We had a great experience at Gerry Lane Chevrolet. Upon arrival we were greeted by Averian who was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She was not pushy at all. We also met Adrian, one of the managers who impressed us with her professionalism as well. Although we ultimately decided not to purchase a Suburban at all at this time, when we do, it will be from Gerry Lane and Averian. They had excellent service and pricing.
My first contact was to request the CarFax on the car which I promptly received via email. My next contact via email was to learn what the two damages to the car were as referenced in the CarFax. The Sales Rep replied that she did not know and had no way of finding out what the two damages were. After her response, I eliminated the car at her dealership from my consideration. She should have replied that she would find out what and where the two damages were to the car and get back to me. She obviously was not motivated enough and too lazy to determine what had happened structurally with this car.

It took three emails to get a response from them but once they did I had a good experience
