Unprofessional wanted me to leave my down payment before they would even fill out a credit application even though I had already done one myself and sent it to them told me that even if I came in that day, I wouldn’t get my car for two days even if I was approved, but I still had to leave my down payment

Drive 45 minutes to see car. No one came out to help me. Vehicle had damage that you can't see in photos. Lot is crammed that you can't move around to even look at most cars. Wouldn't go back.

Came in a couple days later to buy the car and found that several folks had tried to buy it while we were gone but our deposit was honored like a reputable dealer should. Horrible customer service. Multiple people never provided requested autocheck or even pricing on warranty. Tried to get a purchase agreement sent for 3 days.. never sent. Then car sold out from under me!!!!! Save yourself the hassle

The car was sold a day after I saw it posted and went to look at it. Now I know why I couldn't find it. Anyhow, they contacted me Monday morning to let me know the news. Even though things didn't go my way, they had good, timely communication and offered me to look at other cars.

Was prepared to purchase a car and told the sales person I was 1 hour and 15 minutes away and would not arrive until 6:20pm. She told me sure I’ll wait. Didn’t arrive until 6:30pm and everyone was gone. After I texted the contact number I was told I waited until 6:20pm and gone for the day. Total waste of time, gas and energy.

Nice car. Great price. Obtained my own financing, but deal fell through. Title was Not available for that vehicle. I was very disappointed. They refunded my deposit. Looking for a similar vehicle and deal.

The process for buying the car was quick and smooth. They let us take our time to look over the car and browse the other inventory without pressure to buy. So far the car has been great for the price. Highly recommend for a reliable new-to-you car.

Vehicle was not as described after calling and asking about it several times. We drove 3 hours for a piece of junk that was completely and poorly repainted and the doors weren’t attached properly. Waste of time. Would not recommend.

Interior very clean, exterior needed to be rinsed off before test driving. Took to mechanic to check out seeing no warranty was offered...over 2000 worth of serious work needed to make the car just road ready...when I returned owner would not even negotiate price...appears to be a mechanic on duty at the lot, no wonder the cars are priced so low...they are pieces of crap... DON'T BUT FROM THIS DEALER....!!!

Bad experience the sales person tried to sell a car with brake issues stating brake light is on because it needs brakes I asked why sell a car with bad brakes, then I’m coming from far I asked why it smells like burnt gasket he said you need to drive.. but mind you he was complaining I took a long time test driving moonroof not working but the guy not there’s to fix it would cost me 100 to get it fixed so stay away

Alright, don't seem like they want to work with you, like you need to buy a car from them, no comfort or welcome in talking to them. I made a cash offer on a car and they said no without a thought, then I offered money down and they said we don't take money down or do loans only cash ,I said and this is a dealership. I'm buying the exact same car somewhere else, for the price I wanted, there loss.

These guys a pretty straight forward. They were very helpful. Jack and Tonya treated me great and were very helpful in helping me decide on the right car.

everyone is cordial and friendly. The price of the vehicle did not change, and that is big for me. Ill recommend this dealership to others.

This vehicle is a piece of crap!.......Paid 18,000 cash and can't even drive the truck. (Haven't had the truck 2 months)They know how to patch up vehicles and make them look good!....BE CAREFUL! I only gave a one rating because you have to give a number but honestly it's a ZERO (0).

The associate we worked with as courteous and very helpful. Unfortunately, the car we were interested in sold before we could get to it, but our visit there was positive and we would go back there if another vehicle that fits our needs came available.

I was disappointed. After driving 2 hours, it turned out that the vehicle was not for me. It had some issues that the dealer was not aware of until we pointed them out to him.

Took multiple attempts, emails phone calls text messages for me to finally get a hold of a representative. I asked multiple times if there is any issues or problems with the vehicle and asked him to make sure everything was ready when I came up to purchase the vehicle. When I arrived I could immediately see that the vehicle was in very bad shape, but I gave it a chance and took it for a test drive and realize that the AC did not work, the brakes were bad, and when I got out and look the car over you can tell it had been in an accident and they had just put it back together a spray painted certain areas. It was a disappointment as this place is barely a step up from a junkyard and they do minimal things to get these cars ready for sale. It looked as though mini vehicles had set for years at a time being auctioned off from one state to another. The vehicle I was looking at was a 2012 but looked as though it was more so the age of a 2001 or 2002 vehicle. Stay away

This dealer doesn't know what he is doing. He's adding fees on top of advertised price. There is a law in Georgia that a dealers fees have to be included in the advertised price, not added on during the contract process. If the car is for sale for 7000.00 and the dealer charges 500.00 for dealer fees, the car must be advertised for 7500.00. Dealers can charge what they want for fees but it has to be in the over all price. This dealer didn't want to hear this and seem to think its ok. Ive tried talking to him and what I got it would be 3 weeks for me to get my money back. I couldn't tie my money up for 3 weeks I needed a car. So I was kind of stuck. I am doing what I got to do to resolve this issue. It hasn't been a good experience for me.

Ok overall experience. The car had a couple issues (2 windows didn’t work and neither did sound system it just clicked nonstop) that should have been taking care of prior or disclosed in the ad. Nice enough to deal with and were willing to fix the issues on the car but decided to buy something elsewhere

I called to ask some questions about the car, Jack rushed me off the phone and told me all of the information was on the website. I told him I was having trouble finding the information and that I only had a few questions left. My last question he told me he "didn't know" the answer. If you didn't know the answer why didn't you look it up for me? or how am I supposed to find an answer on your website that you don't even know the answer to or wont take the time to look up for me? I am very disappointed in his customer service skills. I was very interested in this car and planning on buying it on Wednesday when I came to test drive it, but after that phone call I wont be making the trip.

They are super nice until you drive off the lot. The sales manager asked me to trust him about getting a part for the car I purchased and to my sorrow I did. The car wasn’t ready to go like I was told before I got there and he told me the part came in bad and he would get it and send to my daughter to be received Friday after thanksgiving at the latest. She came from out of town to get the car. I spent $75 to fix a tire so she could travel back safely which I didn’t take the car back for them to fix even though they supposedly put air in the tires. One tire wouldn’t even receive air because of the bad valve but they said nothing to us just sent us on our way. They have caller ID so they won’t answer the phone when I call about the part they owe me. I trusted the sales manager instead of getting it in writing so this is my fault but don’t be fooled about their customer service because it’s awful after the sale.

The car I went to see wasn't available and I was steered towards a different car. I didn't end up purchasing a car from here because of the high mileage but the sales manager was awesome.

I contacted the dealer by phone, they answered my questions about the vehicle and invited me to come check out the vehicle.

I was told by the dealer the truck had been inspected and had no issues. It drove fine during the test drive. Shortly after taking delivery it started driving ruff and took it to a mechanic. It turned out to need a new engine. Before buying a car from this dealer I would suggest having an independent mobile mechanic come out and inspect it.

Me and my pregnant wife drove a hour to see this Tahoe that was supposed to be in good shape.... It was nasty. Bad service. There was stuff from the previous owner still in the back seat. That was not a good experience.

Responded by phone to my request for info quickly. His Boss was unwilling to negotiate any on a vehicle with such mileage though. In the long run, I wasn't going to drive over an hour to see a car I couldn't buy.

Had a great expeience with the dealers and got a great price for a VW Jetta. And they were helpful even after they sold the car. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a good deal on a used car.

I purchased this vehicle for my son. When I got home (over 3 hours away) I found out that there was so much wrong with the car. The dealers only told me about something small and easy to fix but it turned out to me so much more wrong. I am shelling out money left and right for this car. I feel like I wasted my money. I will not recommend buying from this dealer.

Bad place to do business, those people are selling bad cars with a lot of problems and you contact them about the car's problem they do not want to hear one word from you and they don't help you with your problem because they said that you are buying used expect these problems with the cars.

Description does not include info that the salesman tells me- car no good, needs battery, etc. when I called , another sales woman never mentioned any bad, all good only. I drove 160 + miles round trip for s crap car for my son. They like, son was disappointed, and I was mad. They tried to get me there to update me- I am sure. Will not do business there

This car did not exist. The address is a dealer but not the same name. A person claiming to be a sales person told me the car was on the other side of the lot. It was not. Then he said it was in the shop. It was not. Then he asked a 2nd guy who said it was sold. The whole experience was greasy.
