My husband drove 3 hours to go look at this vehicle, in show and crazy winds. We had an appointment on Saturday arrived a little late due to weather. Staff was friendly, they worked hard to get us a deal that was perfect for us. Traded in our mini van for the expedition due to a growing family. Patty was amazing the whole way. This mama is happy

I had an appointment to view this specific vehicle and confirmed the availability of this vehicle before my appointment. When I got there I had the printout and vin number. The sales person showed me what I thought was this car. I even test drove it. I said I’ll take it. We sat down to do paperwork then he said it was a different car a more expensive car and the one in the picture was sold. I showed him the text messages confirming the appointment and availability of the car. I asked how much the car I was just in was. He asked the manager. The manager said you can’t buy it. Why???? He said it didn’t go through the inspection and it’s more money. Ok how much? Give me a number!!! I left off saying give me a call I’m looking to buy a car within the next day. They never called. I bought a more expensive car that I am so happy with that has every feature I can ask for and received amazing treatment. I’m so happy with my purchase.

about the a build sheet on a $52,000 used
car they had for sale and NO ONE could
provide me with one . The build sheet shows
all standard features and options that are in
the car . ALL other dealerships supply you
with this information. I ultimately went out
and purchased one on line for $10 even
though I liked the car I would NEVER deal
with this bunch of incompetent people.

My experience with this dealership was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. After contacting them about a
vehicle and confirming its availability multiple times on June 18, 2024, I made a 2.5-hour drive to Bohemia, NY.
Throughout the journey, I received calls from various personnel, including Jeff, assuring me the vehicle was still
available.
Upon arrival, I met with Carlos Johnson, the salesperson I had been in contact with. After a test drive, I was ready
to negotiate, only to be told by Carlos that the vehicle had been sold. The reason given was that another customer
had supposedly placed a deposit while I was on the test driveâa claim that I find incredibly dishonest.
This experience has left me deeply disappointed and I would strongly caution others against dealing with this
dealership due to their unscrupulous and misleading practices.

I expressed interest in the car, but live two hours away and wanted to know if they could deliver the car. I communicated with at least three
reps and one online chat person to try to find out if I could complete the transaction online and have the car delivered. No one got back to me
to answer that question for a couple of days. Finally, when I was told I could have the car delivered, I was told the car was sold.
I was pre-approved but for some reason they thought I should rot for 3 hours waiting for F&I .. Lou the salesman NEVER gave Me a out the door number said he wasn’t a numbers guy but gave me numbers for my truck for the trade in *red flag then Lou saw my Puerto Rico flag and had the balls to tell me I don’t look Puerto Rican ?!? And told another salesman “Hey you’re Dominican & this client is Puerto Rican your people don’t get along” CLASSLESS ACT of a human being. YES THEY HAVE GREAT REVIEWS on CARFAX .. I swent to go get lunch and NEVER returned and LOU & Generation KIA lost 40k plus sale.. and it took me 1hr & half to get to the dealership ..

Spoke to manager on the phone, forced me to give $1000 deposit or would not hold it till next
day. Drove from CT took almost 3 hrs. Set appt with Ramon but he was not there. Gave me
brand new salesman. Took my certified check, ran my credit got me financing, switched
insurance. Stressed over the phone needed the car same day as I was in rental and was
assured wouldnât be a problem. All finished and about to leave, they said they didnât have the
title and couldnât put dealer plates on as they werenât insured in CT. After running my credit
and going through everything they said pick another car or cancel the deal. Finance manager
was the NASTIEST PERSON IVER EVER MET. Telling me the credit check was âno big dealâ
trying to make me feel like it was my fault they didn't have the title. Ramon finally came in
around 1230. He couldnât care less. I sat there for hrs had my credit affected all for nothing.
Drove home with nothing. If I could give negative stars I would. HORRIBLE STAY AWAY.

I am in VT, the car is on Long Island. I explained
TWICE that I need it delivered, plus taxes,
registration, snow tires, roof rack...etc. She is a
crappy salesperson. I called the dealership
yesterday to get the Sales Managers name. I sent him a direct email 3 hours ago. No responseð¡
Had appointment to see this car. Drove there from a different county to find out not only was the salesperson busy but the car wasn’t even there. Was given some bs reason to where it was and was told to come back another day. Sale lost!

Although the product itself is an outstanding vehicle I have to say my overall experience was terrible, they
claimed the car had leather seats with cooling, navigation and moon roof basically all the options an ex would
have had, none of which was true. They took a $500 deposit before explaining that the price advertised was not
really the low price advertised on Car Gurus, plus I was practically railroaded into accepting their financing and
warranty plan. Henry the salesman who sold me the car touted the fact that the vehicle had remote starting that I
later discovered didn't work and when I went back to the dealership I was told it was an aftermarket product and
there was nothing they could do about it. What made decide I would never go back there despite the free oil
changes, inspections and car washes was the way I was ignored after I purchased the car. Their "tail lights out
the door" attitude left a bad taste in my mouth and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Carl was quick to respond and was honest with me. I reside over 80 miles from the dealer and asked that he not waste my time driving out
there to be disappointed. He walked around the used car I was interested in and took both videos and still pictures of the entire car and texted
them to me. I thought he was professional, honest about the vehicle and very appreciative as to extending himself to me. I will say that the
distance was too great for me to travel and though it was a good deal, I just didn't have the time to spare to travel. Thank you Carl for your
professionalism and honesty.

The salesperson on the phone was unable to provide specific details
regarding the terms of an additional VIP warranty which cost an additional
$1900. Also there was the $500 transportation fee. I guess shopping from
home is no different than going to the dealer after all. At least you don’t
have to drive over there to get aggravated and walk out.

It was very hard to get in touch with the person I was dealing with. Every time I called I was on hold for over 10 minutes each time and that was about three times. I finally gave up and started from scratch with another salesman. I’m glad I didn’t end up buying a vehicle from this dealership.
Horrible experiance. Contracted me right away set up an appintment, I get there and the car wasnt even there. I stood around and they Wasted my time for an hour that day. And then when they finally got the car they set up another appointment and tell me a couple hours b4 hand that they cant find the car again. Wasted my time and cost me money since I took off from work for this. Dont even bother with these people

Worst experience ever, I drove around 2 hrs to get over there to see a car just to see and talk about the car they charge me $500 they say they were gonna give it back if we didn’t make no business and we didn’t and know i have to be calling like everyday begging for my money to be refunded. Very suspect in filling out sales paperwork. Salesperson was personable, but very laid back. Left dealership to think about vehicle overnight, called back next day to leave a deposit to hold the vehicle. Salesperson was supposed to update paperwork for bank, bottom line bank rejected loan due to paperwork not being filled out correctly. Cost of vehicle, included fees for not using their financing services and other misc fees, no distinction between taxes and registrations. Had to call multiple times to discuss the sale, no return calls.

BE WARNED: The Sales team will be nice to you when you're buying, but the moment you have an
issue, good luck. I just waited on hold for 2.5 hours trying to reach the manager, Joe.
I bought a pre-owned car from Generation Kia and just yesterday - two weeks to the day after
buying my car - my ABS and Brake lights came on while I was driving. I immediately sent a text to
Joe and to Evan, the salesman who sold me the car. No response. Within minutes, my
Check Engine light came on and the car started making this loud, dragging sound and then
eventually, stopped driving. I was in the middle of a two lane road, but managed to safely pull over
to the side. I sent another text showing them the lit up dash. No response. I then called the
dealership and never go through to the manager because he was too busy. It's been 24 hours and
he hasn't replied. Car has been towed to the dealership but I'm left taking a $300 Uber ride home -
100 miles from here. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

**Please read.... BEWARE of this dealership,
especially if you are coming from out of state.
Now, i work for a large company and of all places,
the complaint department, so I very rarely will
complain but this experience was so bad I don’t
want to see anyone else have to go through.
I spoke to two sales reps and emailed two sales
reps ( email proof available) I told both sale reps
that I was coming 140 miles away and wanted to
be sure there was no damage on the vehicle.
BOTH SALES AGENTS (Scott) who said “ I took
that car in on a trade, she took great care with no
issues, no dents, scratches” . Ok great, took the
day off to go get my new car (2015) . The moment
I look at the car, I nearly died. I’m not sure how
Kia can call this car a CPO. Not 1 or2 or even 3
but 4 wheels completely destroyed and I’m not
exaggerating! A large gouge at the bottom trim of
the car and a big scratch by the wheel. He said,
well it’s priced with the damage!! What?????
That’s fine, price it for the damage but when I
asked not once but 3 times, I expect a Kia
dealership to be honest! Shame on you!!! I have
never had such a terrible experience as this. Your
tactics are unacceptable. Kia corporate office will
be hearing from me and my experience.

I went to this dealer and my overall experience was pretty good, Juan Carlos
( salesman) was very nice with me, I had a good deal and I bough a car, they
have a $600 fee( destination fee) for all cars so be aware and if you want try
to negotiate this fee , in my case no other hidden fees.

It seemed I just got e-mails sent to me that were not from a human. No one
answered the simple question is the vehicle available. I still don't know. They
should respond to questions.
I had a very pleasant experience with Generation Kia. Mark was my
salesman. He showed me the vehicle which I wanted. After getting in the
car I first saw the maintenance sign on the dashboard. He told me that
since the car I wanted was a trade in, they did not thoroughly test the car.
Nevertheless, he assured that all problems with be corrected being selling
the car.
The price was justified. Note, they will try to charge you six hundred dollars
for delivery (even though the car was a trade-in) and five hundred dollars
extra if you pay everything up front.
Be smart with your negotiation. If you have the information about the
vehicle ahead of time, you can avoid paying ridiculous fees.
One thing I have to point out is that they offered me a great price for my
civic trade-in. I recommend this place.

treated very poorly because of the obvious. I
think u can figure that out. Waited an hour before
someone came to ask me for help. While about
ten people passed and didn't asked me if I need
help. Stay away for the obvious reason.

Went to the dealership, test drove a vehicle and asked for their best price. They returned with a price $800 MORE than the advertised price. Apparently, a "Destination Fee" is not included in the advertised price.
On the plus side, they did ask if I wanted me to make an offer based upon the now-inflated price, which was thoughtful...

I had rated my overall experience with Generation Kia in an
earlier review as Good ,but had commented about the add on
fees and destination cost that was passed on that was not part
of the sticker selling price or said car....With in two days I got a
call from the sales person to whom I had no issue , But the
sales manager didn't like the criticism as to "FEES or the
Destination cost ,when I asked him as to the charge $75.00 for
a title for the state of New York , even though the would not
registered in New York ,I was told that he would get the $75.00
refund if I change my review ...... Funny after reading all the
other reviews of Poor to Terrible reviews ,I was Kind with my
review and I know the check is in the mail NOT.........

Bought a used truck from these guys after finding them on the Internet. Got loan approvals etc. and everything was in order on my end. I then traveled 4 hours to pick up the truck only to find out nothing was ready, truck not clean (outside), no loan paperwork ready, no tag/transfer papers ready. After sitting around the dealership waiting for almost 5 hours while they got there act together, finally on the road for a 5 hours drive home in rush hours traffic. But they were at least professional enough to fill my tank HALF FULL for my journey home. The only reason they got one star was because the finance mgr. was actually very good.

First we saw a post about somebody coming to this dealer and finding
that the cars he came for "just" had been sold. So coming from an hour
away with wife and baby for a specific car at a specific price the last
thing we wanted was to have this happen to us. So we called ahead of
time that morning. That car had been listed for 147 days on cargurus
and arriving around opening hour, we found out that the car had "just"
been sold. The only second car equivalent to it for that dealer and
listed on cargurus had "just" been sold as well. I let one salesman
know that he is obviously taking me for a foul and then learn that the
car was in fact sold the previous week... Who knows. Dishonest, totally
oblivious to the aggravation. No listing on hand, no price list, no regret.
I caught the manager saying to my face: "the operator's job is to get you
here"... lies and disgraceful, unprofessional: a cliche of a bad dealer...
We tried, we thought we covered our basis, we failed and got no
apologies...

Dealer did respond with sarcasm not once but twice. She assumed I couldn't read that the dealership was in NY and then told me in the next correspondence that it was already sold. What a waste of time and with attitude.

Found car listed for $11,998. Person who I scheduled test drive with over the phone (Kat) told me price was 11,998 minus $250 if I made an appointment instead of just coming in, so I did. Saleswoman was great, then asked about how pricing works & told her I found it online and the price listed. Never mentioned what Kat said, so she went over to sales manager who told her price was $12,4xx with an additional down payment of $4500. This was not mentioned on their website or cargurus, and I was already told differently, so I asked how much it would be if I paid cash, and was told $15,000. I would give 1 star, but saleswoman was great. She just got stuck in the middle of some very bad sales tactics used by the dealership.
