They Contacted me instantly about the car and was able to set up a test drive the same day. They did a great job and helped me throughout the whole process. I ended purchasing the car the same day.
My salesman was awesome! He was able to answer all my questions. He was straight forward and honest. I placed a deposit on a 21 STI that is in transit. The price was MSRP which is unheard off these days due to mark ups. I will definitely be a returning customer for service and hopefully one day a second car. I will share my experience with everyone I can.

After I initially reached out to them, the transaction was very easy. Best experience I have had in
buying a used car. The sales person immediately responded to all my emails and answered all my
questions. Provided me with accurate intelligent information that I wanted and had the car ready for
our test drive when we arrived. I will definitely reach out the sales person when it is time to get
another car.
The dealership staff was very friendly from the moment you pull in to the minute you leave. The
facility is very clean and I felt safe being there during the Covid pandemic.

Dealer communication was very good, minus a minor miscommunication that had the
car locked inside the detailer's garage on the day I was scheduled to look at the car,
but no harm, no foul.
The car's condition fairly matched its true state; although I was a bit disappointed that
only one of the two remote ignition fobs was available, but that was outside of their
control.
The staff was very professional and approachable and willing to make a mutually
beneficial deal.
The test drive was limited, but adequate enough to get a read on the vehicle.
I purchased the vehicle in the end, at less than their reduced price, and with a great,
for a used car, guarantee; therefore, I must say that I've come away with a generally
good impression and would recommend a visit to their lot to anyone looking for a late-
model used vehicle, so long as they have it available.

The folks at Garavel are terrific: efficient, friendly, and responsive. I contacted them via
email on a Saturday night, and they called back Sunday morning. Sunday afternoon I
drove away in a new car. Their service is unparalleled, and they're just really nice.

Certainly not my best experience - Arrived at time and location I was told to go to - waited for 15 minutes asked receptionist to see
car - was told car was held at another lot. I asked where the lot was as I could look around a car unsupervised - was told it was a
way away and I needed to wait and be escorted. I decided to leave and get a coffee - got about 50 yards and was called and told
where other lot was - which was about 100 yards away, so close it was essentially the next building. Doh.... So 15 minutes of
unbridled boredom, and time wasting just because someone wanted to be bureaucratic.

As we arrived we were greeted by a young lady as she was apparently walking out to her car and asked us if we needed any type of information or assistance. She was very helpful, accommodating as well as friendly. Answering all our questions, calling us back in a timely manner.We had a lot of laughs with her and a few of the other staffers in making the purchase of the vehicle we came to see even though it wasn’t ready for viewing, the wait was made pleasant. Driving it home. Thank you Evelyn Santiago for making this a very pleasing experience.
Ms. Aviles from the customer rep who contacted me was the most
professional rep I ever dealt with. She contacted me both by email and
by phone and was clear, precise and had excellent attention to detail
and follow up. I spent 20 years in an auto tech high school in the S.
Bx. so this was not my first rodeo or Subaru Forester, The car was
over priced in my opinion by about 2K, it had 2 owners, one accident
and had a lot of work done (2nd owner) by Midas (cheap after market
parts and certainly not best mechanics). The prices in general seemed
for used cars were high in this dealership probably reflecting the
affluence of the community. Ms. Aviles was suburb!!! Best I've ever
dealt with.

He was very polite and He took time to explain the deal and tried to schedule time to come in and driving the car.
I had originally contacted Garavel Subaru about a new BRZ.
I'd driven
one in the past, and had good memories of one. I hadn't
seen the car in
person yet, but they asked for a deposit to hold the car - fair
enough. A
sales contract was drawn up, but I signed nothing. This is
important.
I test drove another BRZ nearby and decided the car was
not for me. I
asked for my $500 deposit back politely, that I need to drive
a few more
cars before I made up my mind again. Salesman Dave
immediately
suggested a WRX - and I understand his position, he's in the
business of
selling cars, as is the dealership. But again I declined and
asked for my
deposit back. He ignored it a second time and suggested a
Legacy,
which is a far cry from the 2 door sports car I'd originally
contacted him
about.
Again I asked for the deposit back. He has continued to
ignore my emails
and calls, even after I gave him sufficient opportunity to
settle this
privately. I have never signed a sales contract with them - it
does not
matter that the contract he drew up claims the deposit is not
refundable
for two reasons: said contract was not drawn up or signed
when he
charged me for a deposit. I've gotten deposits back with
zero fuss from
other dealerships in the past, so this is ridiculous.
Never mind the shady $189 VIN etching (which is useless by
the way,
that's not going to make it easier to find your car if it gets
stolen. The VIN
is stamped plenty of other places) line snuck on the contract
or the
absolutely insulting $500 paperwork fee.
I am a patient man, and I would have considered returning
in the future if
I decided to get a WRX. This has destroyed any chance that
I or anyone I
know will ever patronize Garavel Subaru, nor do I believe I'll
ever own a
Subaru of any kind of this is the kind of disgusting ethics
Subaru of
America allows.
Last I checked, the customer should be able to expect some
modicum of
decency when they purchase anything, let some something
as expensive
as a new vehicle.
Stay far away from Garavel Subaru.

Responded immediately & friendly on phone. Oddly did not have the model I wanted in their inventory so test drive would have had to be with a similar model.

Made an offer of 26k on a vehicle they were asking 27.5k for and was
told I'd get a call back within 1/2 an hour. They never called back so I
took my business elsewhere & bought a car over the weekend.
Would never buy anything from them, so unprofessional!
