James at GT was great - I was concerned about driving a manual again, he drove it first for me so I could get a feel, and it all came back when I took the wheel. The Bullitt I purchased was a previous track car - and was exactly what I was looking for. No pressure sales - and even let me look under the hood and the car itself when I was checking it out. Ended up purchasing the car and now I'm counting down the days until I can get her on the track!

Contacted to view and purchase the 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart the day prior. Comes the day and time to come down to the dealership and the vehicle was sold the night prior. Very unfortunate

Awesome dealer. We ended up not getting the used 2019 because one of the Ford dealers made us an unbelievable offer to custom order a 2021 truck with options we liked that didn’t exist in 2019. I would absolutely recommend this dealer as one that will give you a fair deal.

Got my dream car in the right color, with the exhaust that I was going to buy but it was already on the car, and they were able to beat my pre-approved loan easily. Not gonna lie, I plan on buying another car from them in the future.

The team here was amazing. very efficient. quick process, no struggles. James and Paul were so helpful. answered all questions and did everything they could to satisfy me. also filled up the new tank!

Overall my experience was good. I did find it odd that the car didn’t come with the floor mats. I was told they typically don’t. I don’t understand why anybody would keep floor mats to a vehicle they are getting rid of. The salesman/manager I was dealing with said he would check but never got back to me. They also didn’t want me to put a lot down on the car.

I put an inquiry in to find out more about the car. A teenage sounding man called me back. I asked why the price was above retail by a few thousand dollars. I asked if the vehicle was extra clean or had extras installed to justify the higher price. He didn't know the answer but told me this. "Hey, we're not the lowest price out there and we're not the highest but what I can tell you is that every vehicle goes through a 120 safety point inspection and is fully detailed. I want to earn your business and I can tell you that you will have an excellent experience with us. When can you come down here to see the car?" I then asked him to find out more about the car because I didn't want to waste my time driving to Tacoma until I knew more about the car. He then got a little defensive and said, "Hey this car is priced at book. What book are you looking at? There is like three different books. Why don't you get me the book value that you found and show me the other cars priced lower." I told him I just wanted a call back to answer my original questions that he wasn't able to answer. Needless to say, he never called me back.
