Car was in excellent condition. While I am satisfied with the purchase, if given the choice, I would not repeat this process due to the rigidity of the dealer’s purchasing policies and the time it took to receive the title afterwards. The shop is super clean and the cars appear to be in immaculate condition. It’s really up to your tolerance as a buyer. Good luck!
This dealer made me get a preapproval for the car the very next day I called early to go get the car and I was told to come at 2pm since he was going out to buy another car. Called at 1.30 and he told me he already took a deposit from someone else. What kind of professionalism is that? Do not deal with this company!

Worst place ever I've call them 2 times and both times I was told to call later to see if the car was still available did not even take my phone # to call me back , 3rd call 3 days later that I made again I was told the car was sold. I dont know maybe staff does not care about sales, maybe management needs no be aware of it.

Sorry to hear about this but it sounds like there was already a deal in place on the car and a deposit made before you called and the sale ended up going through.

I spoke to them on the phone at 6pm and made appt. to see the car the next day. I flew from Los Angeles to Sacramento and when I arrive in the am was told the car was gone. One staff told me he had not seen the car there for awhile, the other owner said the car sold at 11 pm the night before.

As a single woman I was car shopping alone when I came to GT Auto Lounge. I was treated with respect by extremely knowledgable staff who was very helpful and friendly and took the time to sit down with me to go over the cars history and engine components. This dealer has an amazing selection of very unique cars. I highly recommend you visit them for your next special auto purchase.
